1.Antiangiogenic therapy for PTCL
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(3):190-193
Peripheral T-cell lymphomas (PTCLs) are insensitive to traditional chemotherapies which lack of effective treatments and have worse prognosis than B-cell lymphomas.Angiogenesis plays an essential role in the malignant tumor growth.Recently, studies have shown that the expression level of VEGF is related to the clinical characteristic and prognosis of PTCL.Novel drugs based on anti-angiogenic theory show curative effect in the preliminary clinical trials for the treatment of PTCL.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(21):-
OBJECTIVE To observe the antibacterials usage of Orthopedic in PLA General Hospital.METHODS By retrospective review,326 inpatients with operation case were investigated randomly.the medication, course of treatment, wound healing and so on were analysed.RESULTS The utilization of antibacterials was 100%,average use time10.5d;The main types of aminoglycoside drugs were penicillins, cephalosporins in which the highest frequent usage were Etimicin Sodium Chloride Injection, nafcillin sodium for injection, injection, cefmetazole sodium, injection fusidic sodium, injection amoxicillin sodiumFlucloxacillin sodium.CONCLUSIONS Strengthening the management of antibacterials, specifing the principle of operation medicines are important for anti-infection after operation.
3.Primary culture and hepatocelluar specific protein expression in human amniotic epithelial cells
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(03):-
Objective To optimize the method of primary culture for human amniotic epithelial cells (AECs) and detect the expression of hepatocelluar specific proteins in AECs. Methods AECs were obtained by collagenase and trypsin digestion method. 10,20,40 ng/mL epidermal growth factor (EGF) and 10 ng/mL basic fibroblast growth factor were added separately to the culture media, inverted microscope was used to observe the cell growth and proliferation, and the optimal condition for primary culture of AECs was obtained. The primary cells cultured without growth factors were served as controls. The expression of hepatocelluar specific proteins such as albumin,cytokeratin-18 (CK-18),alpha-1 antitrypsin (AAT) and alpha-1 foetoprotein (AFP) in cultured cells and histological sections were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The AECs available were relatively pure, with only a few mesenchymal cells. EGF of 10 ng/mL was chosen as an ingredient of culture medium as the growth and proliferation of AECs significantly accelerated with 10 ng/mL EGF. The expression of albumin,CK-18,AAT and AFP was detected in amnion tissues and AECs cultured in vitro. Conclusion Collagenase and trypsin digestion method and culture medium with 10 ng/mL EGF are favourable conditions for primary culture of AECs. Hepatocelluar specific proteins are expressed in human amnion tissues and AECs cultured in vitro, indicating that AECs have some characteristics of hepatocytes.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous pneumatic nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods Fifty-nine patients with complicated renal calculi(ranged from 2.8 to 7.0 cm in diameter measured by KUB),including 36 patients with unilateral calculi and 23 patients with bilateral calculi, received percutaneous nephrolithotomy by using ultrasonic and pneumatic lithotripter(EMS Ⅲ),puncture hard wire, and mental dilator.A track from the skin surface into the kidney was established under the guidance of B ultrasonography. Results 82 tracks in the 59 patients were successfully established. The mean operation time was 90 minutes(45-150 minutes),and the management time of stones was 30-70 minutes.Residual stones were found in 15 kidneys and were removed by extracorporeal lithotripsy or two stage lithotripsy two weeks after operation. The clearance rate of stone in one session and two sessions was 82%(67/82) and 93%(14/15),respectively.Hospital stay was 5-15 days(mean,10 days).A follow-up of 1-6 months(mean,3.2 months) in 59 cases showed no severe bleeding, infections, and stone recurrence. Conclusions Ultrasound-guided percutaneous pneumatic nephrolithotomy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy for complicated renal calculi is characterized by high efficiency, safety and minimal invasion.

OBJECTIVE To analyze the antibiotics usage in perioperative patients of oral surgery in our hospital.METHODS Adopted retrospective review,365 oral surgery inpatients with operation were investigated on medication, course of treatment, wound healing and so on.RESULTS The utilization of antibacterials accounted for 100%.Nitramisole,aminoglycosides,Cephalosporin and penicillins were the main kinds.Single use accounted for 18.63%(66 cases),the bigeminy for 43.29%(158 cases),the trigeminy for 27.12%(99 cases),the utilization with four or more drugs were 18.63%(40 cases);the average of treatment course was 8 days.CONCLUSIONS To strengthen the management of antibacterials, more education of the principle medicine, usage are helful for reducing surgical site infection.

Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the effect of Dureping injection (DRP) on IL-4, IFN-? mRNA and CD40L protein expression of FM1 infected mice with virus pneumonia, and explore the mechanism of antiviral effect. Methods ICR mice were divided into 7 groups:DRP1, DRP2, DRP3, SHL, Ribavirin, sham and model group. The mice were sacrificed on the 7th after infected, and the lung index was calculated. Then, IFN-?mRNA and IL-10 mRNA in the lung tissue was measured with RT-PCR, CD40L protein in the lung tissue was measured with Western-blot. Results The lung index of mice in model group was significantly higher than sham group (P0.05). Conclusion DRP in vivo could down-regulate the lung index, inhibit the transcription IL-4 mRNA, enhance the transcription of IFN-? and inhibit the expression of CD40L protein in lung of FM1 infected mice.

Objective To measure the quality of manual wheelchairs made in China. Methods 20 wheelchairs was tested with ISO 7176-8, focused on the static strength, impact strength and fatigue strength. Results 8 (40%) wheelchairs passed the test. Conclusion The fatigue strength is the key factor of the wheelchair quality.

Physical training induces beneficial adaptations, but long excessive exercise may lead to severe damage to the skeletal muscles, liver, heart, kidneys and immune functions. Over the past few decades, health scholars have been searching for natural components that can prevent or improve the damage induced by hyperkinesis. The mechanisms of organ damage induced by long overtraining include immunosuppression, metabolism disorder, hormone disturbance, oxidative damage, etc. Natural poly-saccharides have interventional effects on these injuries, possibly by improving immunity, regulating metabolism and ameliorating free radical damage.
