The effects of Verapamil ( Ver ) . Aspirin ( ASA ) and ASA+ Ver on platelet aggregation and generation of thrombosis were studied. ASA and Ver inhibited rabbit platelet aggregation in vitro and rat platelet aggregation in vivo induced by ADP, also prolonged the occlusion time of thrombosis that was induced electrically in the carotid artery of the rat, and reduced the death rate resulted from pulmonary thrombosis that was induced with inducer composed of collagen and epinephrine iv in mice. The effects of Ver and ASA were markedly increased when combined, meanwhile all showed good dose-dependant manner.

The level of CD4~+ CD25~+ regulatory T cells was assayed in the peripheral blood from the patients with Graves' disease (GD) by floweytometry.CD4~+ CD25~+ regulatory T cells as a kind of non-specific immune cells appear to have no relationship with thyroid function,however,their lowered number in early GD patients suggests that they seem to play an essential role in the pathogenesis of GD.

The chemical constituents of Vaccinium bracteatum were studied by means of macroporous resin, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC. Eleven compounds were isolated from this plant. By using ESI-MS and NMR, the structures of the eleven compounds were determined as 10-O-trans-p-coumaroyl-6alpha-hydroxyl-dihydromonotropein (1), 10-O-cis-p-coumaroyl -6alpha-hydroxyl-dihydromonotropein (2), vaccinoside (3), 10-O-cis-p-coumaroyl monotropein (4), isolariciresinol-9-O-beta-D-xyloside (5), tectoridin (6), vicenin-3 (7), quercetin-3-O-alpha-L-rhamnoside (8), quercetin-3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (9), quercetin-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranoside (10), and quercetin-3-O-beta-D-glucuronide (11), respectively. Compounds 1 and 2 are new, and compounds 4, 6 and 7 are isolated from the genus Vaccinium for the first time.

Objectives To evaluate the safety of intravenous amiodarone in patients with atrial fibrillation and rapid ventricular response via an accessory pathway. Methods Sixteen patients with Wolff Parkinson White syndrome (W P W group) and 16 patients with concealed accessory pathway (control group) were included. The anterograde effective refractory period of accessory pathway (ERP AP ) in W P W group and the effective refractory period of atrioventricular node (ERP AVN ) in control group were measured. Objective To dump and recover the expired data in No.1 Military Medical Project, avoiding the waste of large amount of storage space and improving the operation performance of hospital information system. Methods After clearing the backup table, the data from the original table backup was put into the backup table. The data was unloaded from the backup table to a file, and then the file was saved. The data in the original table was deleted, but it could be restored to the table when needed, and the corresponding data could be obtained through the application program. Results The storage space was enlarged after data dump. Conclusion The dump of the expired data can make data management more scientific and hospital information system run more smoothly.
