Cohesion is a degree that reflects the mutual attractions among the members in a group and pays attention to the status of members.It is association and distillation of all members'will and behavior extension in a group.The intensity of the group cohesion is the important symbol whether a group is competitive or not,and it plays an important role in the survival and the development of a group.This paper starts with the group cohesions of teachers in higher institutions and analyses the factors that affect the group cohesion in higher institution,On this basis,the paper puts forward the tactics in improving the group cohesion of higher institution.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens in patients with hospital-acquired pneumo-nia(HAP)from neurosurgery department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University(called“our hospital”for short),so as to provide reference for clinical use of antibiotics in the clinic. METHODS:The pathogen culture and drug sensitivity test of 652 HAP patients were analyzed retrospectively in neurosurgery department of our hospital during May 2011 to May 2015. RESULTS:Of 652 cases,pathogens were detected in 608 cases,with positive rate of 93.3%. Among 608 strains of pathogen, there were 443 strains of Gram-negative bacteria(71.2%)as Klebsiella pneumonia,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia co-li;108 strains of Gram-positive bacteria (17.8%) as Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus pneumoniae;67 strains of fungus (11.0%)as Candida albicans. There were 67 strains of ESBLs K. pneumonia,43 strains of ESBLs E. coli and 8 strains of methicil-lin-resistant coagulase negative Staphylococci. The drugs sensitive to Gram-negative bacteria included imipenem,piperacillin sodi-um and tazobactam sodium,cefepime,etc.;those sensitive to Gram-positive bacteria included vancomycin,etc. CONCLUSIONS:Main pathogen of HAP patients in neurosurgery department of our hospital are Gram-negative bacteria,and they were highly resis-tant to antibiotics;the highly sensitive drugs to HAP include imipenem and vancomycin,etc.;the antibiotics should be used ratio-nally according to etiological analysis.

Objective: To explore the correlation between the hemostatic activity and commercial grades of Panax notoginseng. Methods: After treatment with different commercial grades of P. notoginseng, the mice blooding time (BT) and clotting time (CT) were measured. At the same time the prothrombin time (PT), activation part thrombin time (APTT), fibrinogen (FIB), and platelet count (PLT) were also detected by fully automated blood cell analyzer. The contents of dencichine were determined by HPLC. Results: Mice BT, CT, PT, and APTT were decreased and PLT was increased significantly in all the commercial grades of P. notoginseng. Among all the commercial grades, the countless Tou Sanqi Powder has the best hemostatic activity. There is no correlation between the commercial grades and homostatic activity. Different contents of the extracted dencichine were observed among different commercial grades of P. notoginseng. The highest content of dencichine was 0.98% in countless Tou Sanqi and the lowest was 0.52% in 80 Tou Sanqi. There is no statistical correlation between the dencichine and hemostatic activity or dencichine and commercial grades of P. notoginseng. Conclusion: There is no statistical correlation between the commercial grades of P. notoginseng and haemostatic activity or dencichine contents. The dencichine in countless Tou Sanqi which is the cheapest of all displays the better hemostaic activity than those in 13 or 20 Tou Sanqi whose cost is almost as ten times as countless Tou Sanqi's.

Objective The generate of posterior capsular opacification(PCO)is associated with the adhensive and migration of residual subcapsular lens epithelial cells(LECs).Titanium dioxide(TiO_2)nanometer is proved to have the ability of killing tumor cells and cultured bovine LECs.This study tried to observe the effects of TiO_2 nanometer thin film provoked by light on adhesiveness and migration of bovine LECs in vitro.MethodsThe fresh bovine lenses were obtained and cultured in DMEM containing 10% of newborn bovine serum.The second to fifth generation of cells were used in this experiment.The slide modified by TiO_2 photocatalyst film was prepared by sol-gel method.Cultured cells were seeded in filmed or unfilmed slides respectively and exposed to ultraviolet(wavelength 365 nm)for 20 or 40 minutes.The contact angle between water drop and slide was measured by droping method and the cells adhered to slides were calculated after 24 and 48 hours of culture.The growth status and migration distance of bovine LECs were assayed and compared between filmed and unfilmed groups.ResultsThe contact angle between water drop and slide was 0°±2°and 18.825°±2.342° in filmed and unfilmed group respectively,indicating a obviously smaller contact angle in TiO_2 filmed group than unfilmed one.The numbers of bovine LECs adhered to filmed slide was considerably reduced in TiO_2 filmed group compared with unfilmed group in different UVA exposure time(t_(0 min)=5.492,P=0.001;t_(20 min)=6.031,P=0.000;t_(40 min)=6.828,P=0.000).However,no significant difference was found in the numbers of adhensive cells among 3 UVA irradiation time points(F=1.278,P=0.297).The migration distance of the cells was significantly shorter in TiO_2 filmed group in comparison with unfilmed group in 24 and 48 hours after UVA irradiation(F_(group)=14.965,P=0.000;F_(time)=38.033,P=0.000).ConclusionThe TiO_2 nanometer thin film is characterized by the superhydrophilic property.So it can effectively impede the adhesion and migration of bovine LECs in vitro.

OBJECTIVETo compare the efficacy differences between dog-days medicinal vesiculation and regular-day medicinal vesiculation for perennial allergic rhinitis (PAR), and observe their effects on serum immune globulin E (IgE) and interleukin-4 (IL-4).

METHODSSeventy-two patients were randomly divided into a dog-days moxibustion group (34 cases) and a regular-day moxibustion group (38 cases). In the dog-days moxibustion group, medicinal vesiculation was applied on the 1st dog-day, 2nd dog-day and last dog-day in summer by lunar calendar, 3 treatments per dog-day for totally 9 times. In the regular-day moxibustion group, the moxibustion was given on the regular day for continuous 9 times. The symptom score, rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire (RQLQ) and the level of IgE and IL-4 were compared before and after treatment in two groups; the short-term and two-year efficacy evaluation were performed too.

RESULTSThe short-term total effective rate was 88.2% (30/34) in the dog-days moxibustion group, which was not significantly different to 86.8% (33/38) in the regular-day moxibustion group (P>0.05). The long-term total effective rate was 97.1% (33/34) in the dog-days moxibustion group, which was significantly superior to 81.6% (31/38) in the regular-day moxibustion group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum IgE, IL-4 and RQLQ were significantly reduced (all P<0.01), but the difference between two groups was not significant (all P>0.05).

CONCLUSIONMedicinal moxibustion could be taken as a regular treatment for PAR, which could be performed during the whole year, and dog-days moxibustion could be considered as an enhanced method for prevention and treatment of PAR.

Objective To evaluate the development of immature oocytes after freezing-thawing by conventional cryopreservation method for mature oocytes.Methods Immature oocytes were collected from stimulated ovaries of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI)cycles.Immature oocytes were in vitro matured directly or after slow freezing-fast thawing and immunostained for tubulin and chromatin and at last visualized by confocal microscopy.Results No statistical difference was found in maturity rate between freezing groups and the controls.There was a statistically significant increase in abnormalities of chromosome(23.7% vs. 50%)and spindle(28.9% vs.53.9%)in the GV freezing group compared with the GV control(P

Objective To investigate the risk factors for traumatic lumbar punctures in children with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. Methods 132 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia totally received 2634 lumbar punctures. The basic data on age, sex, body mass index (BMI), platelet count, interval between two punctures, and presence or absence of ultrasound-guided procedure were collected and analyzed. The risk factors for traumatic lumbar puncture were identified by logistic regression. Results The risk for traumatic lumbar puncture was higher in children younger than 1 year, and it was relatively lower in those aged 1 to 10 years. The risk for traumatic lumbar puncture was slightly higher in children with a BMI index of more than 95. The longer the interval between two punctures, the lower the risk. If lumbar puncture was guided under ultrasound or radiographic images, the risk was much smaller. Conclusions Age of younger than 1 year, BMI index of more than 95, shorter interval between two punctures, and direct puncture can increase the risk for traumatic lumbar puncture.

OBJECTIVE:To study pharmacokinetics of domestic and imported Phenazopyridine hydrochloride tables and bioavailability of domestic tablets, and to evaluate the bioequivalence of two kinds of tablets. METHODS: A randomized crossover design was performed in 18 healthy male volunteers. They received a single oral dose of domestic or imported tablets 200 mg. Plasma concentration of phenazopyridine hydrochloride was measured by HPLC. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by 3p97 software and relative bioavailability was evaluated. RESULTS: The plasma concentration-time curves of domestic and imported tablets conformed to one-compartment model. Main pharmacokinetic parameters of domestic tablets vs. imported tablets were as follows: t1/2Ke(3.52?2.03) h vs. (3.18?1.85)h; tmax(0.76?0.33) h vs. (0.79?0.43)h; Cmax(76.41?70.15) ng?mL-1 vs. (75.49?70.37) ng?mL-1; AUC0～8(159.10?116.32) ng?h?mL-1 vs. (164.65?129.89) ng?h?mL-1; AUC0～∞(237.12?115.06) ng?h?mL-1 vs. (262.69?155.05) ng?h?mL-1. The relative bioavailability of domestic tablets was (96.63?14.05)% compared with imported tablet. There was no significant difference between the pharmacokinetic parameters of two formulations by variance analysis, t-test and 1-2? confidence interval method. CONCLUSION: The domestic and imported tablets are bioequivalent.

Objective To analyze the incidence and the risk factors of retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) among the multiple and single gestations births.Methods A prospective control study was applied to the research.The preterm infants were selected that from September 2013 to December 2015 in neonatology department of our hospital.They were divided into multiple gestations group (52 cases) and single birth infants group (600 cases).RetCam Ⅲl retina camera and binocular indirect ophthalmoscope video were used to screening the ocular fundus.The cure rate of the two groups was compared with chi-square test.Results The incidence of ROP in multiple gestations group (32.69％) was higher than single birth infants group (20.83％) (P =0.047).There was significant difference about the multiple and single gestations births in ≤ 30 weeks (P =0.040),and there was no statistically significant difference in ＞ 30 weeks (all P ＞0.05).With the increase of birth weight,the ROP detection rate of two groupa was reduced.There was no statistically significant difference about different birth weight among the two groups (all P ＞ 0.05).The oxygen usage of ＞ 5 days ROP detection rate was higher than 5 days or less in the two groups (P =0.025,0.001).There was no significant difference in ROP detection rate between two groups with ≤5 d oxygen usage.There was significant difference about the multiple and single gestations births in oxygen usage of ＞ 5 days (P =0.020).Multivariate analysis found that multiple gestations and small gestational age were risk factors for ROP.Conclusion The smaller gestational age,the lower birth weight,and the longer oxygen therapy with the preterm infants,the higher the incidence of ROP.The number of different gestational is also the influences factors of ROP.Multiple gestations overall incidence of ROP is higher than the single birth infants.The smaller the gestational age and the longer oxygen usage,multiple gestations incidence of ROP is higher than single gestation in different births.However,there is no relationship in different birth weight among the multiple and single gestations.
