Aesthetic qualities of the medical staff directly affect the quality of disease prevention and control.Military medical university is responsible for the task of training highly qualified military medical personnel.Medical aesthetics education in military medical university is necessary not only for medical development and military modernization, but also for the overall improvement of the quality of medical students. The meaning of medical aesthetics teaching, teaching content and teaching methods were discussed in this article in combination with medical aesthetics teaching practice carried out in military medical university, aiming at strengthening medical aesthetics education of cadets and training them to be social and military needed high-quality medical personnel.
2.Effects of soy oligosaccharides and peptides on blood lipid metabolism of rats
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the effects of soy oligosaccharides and peptides on lipid levels in rat plasma. Methods Sixty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into five groups fed respectively with normal diet(ND group),high-fatty diet(HFD group),HF diet+2% soy oligosaccharides(SO group),HF diet + 3% soy peptides(SP group),HF diet+2% soy oligosaccharides+3% peptides(SOP group) for 8 weeks, and the concentrations of blood lipid and apolipoprotein were measured at 28 d and 56 d.Results As compared with HFD group, the serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerol(TG),very low density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and atherosclerosis index(AI) in SO,SP and SOP groups decreased significantly, while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) increased significantly;the level of plasma apolipoprotein A-Ⅰ(apoA-Ⅰ) increased significantly, while apolipoprotein B(apoB) and apoB/apoA-Ⅰ ratio decreased significantly, especially in SOP group. Conclusion Soy oligosaccharides and peptides can prevent hyperlipidemia by adjusting blood lipid metabolism in vivo effectively, especially when they are combined.

Objective In order to understand the content and effect of health education in military professional education, and provide the basis for the improvement of teaching. Methods Through the methods of quantitative and qualitative research, totally 113 students in the class of health education and health promotion were selected to conduct questionnaire survey between 2010 and 2014.Results Most students think it should be appropriate to increase the hours of work organization of basic level troops and epidemic prevention, which account for 68.14% (n=77), increase the hours of health education practice, which account for 63.72% (n=72).40.71% (n=46) of the students think should be appropriate to reduce the communication in language art and skill teaching hours. Some students think that other contents are helpful to their work units except that environment and health are not helping to their own work units. For individuals, the contents are all useful for themselves, especially the health education practice, PPT production skills and material picture processing.Students are satisfied with the contents of health education. Conclusion In the future, we should increase the learning hours for health education, optimize the teaching content and strengthen the network construction to enhance the professional education teaching quality.

To foster the medical scientific and humanistic spirit of medical students,a cours "eOutline of medical humanities" was designed and implemented in the Third Military Medi-cal University. This course puts great emphasis on helping students understand the meaning of medical humanities, improving their judgment of the social and moral value of medicine, giving correct guidance to young students as to the essence of medicine, promoting the harmony of medical scientific spirit and medical humanistic spirit of the medical students and making tehm become qualified medical workers.

Objective To analyze the characteristics and changes in the disease spectrum of Air Force(AF) servicemen in order to provide reference for the determinatron of the overall level of health of AF and priorities of disease prevention and control. Methods The data of outpatient and inpatient diseases between 2009 and 2013 in AF was collected and analyzed statistically according to the International Classification of Diseases-9(ICD-9),and statistical description was performed with SPSS18.0.Results Between 2009 and 2013,unit B had the highest number of outpatients and inpatients, accounting for 47.74% and 39.64% respectively. The upper respiratory tract infections,gastroenteritis/gastritis,chronic low back pain, skin diseases, nasal sinusitis, training injury, trauma, hemorrhoids, varicocele and stone diseases were the common and frequently occurring diseases in AF,which were the top ten in the disease spectrum.Among them, the incidence and admission rate of skin diseases kept declining. However, the incidence of gastroenteritis/gastritis in unit A,the incidence and admission rate of chronic low back pain in unit B and D,the incidence of injury in unit D,as well as the incidence of neurological headache and hypertension in unit C and D were higher than in other units. Conclusion Respiratory system disease, and occupation-related diseases such as low back pain, training injuries, trauma, skin disease and digestive system disease are the focus of health care in AF.Health education and health promotion for these diseases should be improved, and health intervention for key populations should be enhanced.

Purpose To study the expression of TMPRSS2, ERG and ETV1 in prostatic cancer and their clinical pathologic signifi-cance. Methods Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry (MaxVision) were used to detect TMPRSS2, ERG and ETV1 expres-sion in 70 prostatic cancer tissues, 10 prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia tissues and 18 benign prostate tissues. Results There was no statistical significance on positive rate of the expression of TMPRSS2 among prostatic cancer tissues, prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia tissues and benign prostate tissues (P>0. 05). The positive rate (81. 4%) of ERG in prostatic cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia tissues ( 30. 0%) and benign prostate tissues ( 0. 0 ) ( P <0. 05 ) . The positive rate (68. 6%) of ETV1 in prostatic cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia tissues (50. 0%) and benign prostate tissues (22. 2%) (P<0. 05). There was no correlation among the positive rates of TMPRSS2, ERG and ETV1 in prostatic cancer tissues and age (P>0. 05). The expression of TMPRSS2, ERG and ETV1 was positively correlated to Gleason score and clinical stage (P<0. 05). TMPRSS2 had positive correlation with ERG (rs =0. 465, P<0. 01). TMPRSS2 had positive correla-tion with ETV1 (rs =0. 590, P<0. 01). ERG had no positive correlation with ETV1 (rs =0. 151, P>0. 05). Conclusion ERG and ETV1 are expected to become therapeutic targets for prostate cancer. Detecting TMPRSS2, ERG and ETV1 at the same time is helpful to diagnosis and differential diagnosis of prostatic cancer, which might be new molecule markers of prostate cancer.

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of different detection methods for Mycobacterium tuberculosis in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods:BALF from l00 patients in Changsha Central Hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 was collected.Among 100 patients,65 cases were clinically diagnosed as tuberculosis, and 35 cases served as control.BALF smear method, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and membrane reverse dot blot (RDB) were used for synchronous detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Results:The positive rates by BALF smear method,PCR and RDB were 43.08%,73.84% and 92.31%,respectively (P<0.05).Sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,and negative predictive value for BALF smear were 43.08%,88.57%,59.00%,and 45.59%,respectively;for PCR were 73.85%,100%,83.00%,and 67.31%,respectively;for RDB were 92.31%,100.00%,95.00%,and 87.50%,respectively.Conclusion:The technique of membrane RDB can not only accurately diagnose Mycobacterium tuberculosis, but also can rapidly and easily identify the resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to streptomycin (SM),rifampicin (RFP) and isoniazid (INH) genotypes. It possesses high clinical value.
