OBJECTIVETo investigate diagnostic efficacy of transvaginal three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography (3D-HyCoSy) in assessing tubal patency with chromolaporoscopy.
METHODSA total of 157 infertile women underwent 3D-HyCoSy to evaluate tubal patency. Among these patients, 39 patients were also examined by chromolaporoscopy. The concordance of the two clinical assessment methods was analyzed by the Kappa coefficient test.
RESULTSAmong the 306 oviducts examined by 3D-HyCoSy, 99 (32.4%) were patent, 126 (41.2%) partially obstructed, and 81 (26.5%) completely obstructed. Diagnostic results with 3D-HyCoSy were not statistically different from those obtained in the 39 women (78 oviducts) who also underwent chromolaporoscopy, and the two methods showed a high concordance (k=0.747, P=0.000). The 3D-HyCoSy procedure had a sensitivity of 84.8% (28/33), a specificity of 96.2% (25/26), and positive and negative predictive values of 93.3% (28/30) and 86.2% (25/29) respectively.
CONCLUSIONTransvaginal 3D-HyCoSy can accurately reveal the spatial path and morphology of the oviduct and is a safe and effective method to evaluate tubal patency.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of four different methods of laparoscopic hysterectomy: laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy(LSH),classic intrafascial supracervical hysterectomy(CISH),laparoscopic-assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH),and total laparoscopic hysterectomy(TLH). Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out on 740 cases of laparoscopic hysterectomy in this hospital from January 1999 to December 2004 in respect of operating time, intraoperative blood loss, weight of removed uterus, postoperative recovery, time to normal sexual life, sexual satisfaction, and incidence of complications. Results The operations were accomplished under laparoscope in all the 740 cases. The operating time of LSH,CISH,TLH,and LAVH were 95.3?32.4 min,84.5?31.7 min,105.3?34.5 min,and 169.4?37.4 min, respectively. The time to normal sexual life of LSH,CISH,TLH,and LAVH were 30?5 d,50?9 d,35?7 d,and 54?11 d,respectively. The incidences of complications of LSH,CISH,TLH,and LAVH were 1.7%(2/120),1.3%(4/310),2.8%(7/250),and 1.7%(1/60),respectively. Conclusions Laparoscopic hysterectomy is safe and reliable.Of four methods of laparoscopic hysterectomy, each has its advantages and disadvantages, and method selection should be based on patient's own conditions.

Due to unknown onset time, patients with wake-up stroke and unknown onset stroke areoften excluded from thrombolytic therapy. However, many clinical studies have shown that multimodal imaging techniques can effectively guide wake-up stroke and unknown onset stroke for intravenous thrombolysis. Its endovascular treatment has also made some progress. This article mainly reviews the imaging findings, intravenous thrombolysis, and endovascular therapy in patients with wake-up stroke and unknown onset stroke.

Left atrial myxoma is one of the rare causes of cerebral infarction. As the left atrial myxoma complicated artery embolization is more common in cerebral vessels, the first clinical manifestation of about 1/3 patients with left atrial myxoma was cerebral infarction. This article reports a 24-year young female without common vascular risk factors, including hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.Multiple cerebral infarctions are the first symptom in patients with left atrial myxoma, and they are analyzed in combination with literature.

Objective:To optimize the processing technology of prepared Morinda officinalis based on nystose content. Methods:Orthogonal experiments and the nystose determination method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition) were used to optimize the pro-cessing technology. A Welch AQ-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column was applied with methanol-water(3∶97)as the mobile phase, the column temperature was at 25℃, the flow rate was 0. 8 ml·min-1 , the injection volume was 10μl, and the drift tube temperature was at 40℃ with low temperature atomization. Results:The linearity of nystose was good within the range of 0. 214 8-0. 644 4 mg·ml-1 and the recovery was 99. 5%(RSD=3. 5%,n=6). Conclusion: On the basis of nystose content determination, the optimal processing technology of prepared Morinda officinalis is as follows:liquorice of 4%, stir fry time of 15min and the boiling pot temperature of 200℃.

An improvement of chemiluminescent system for determination of peroxynitrite anion (ONOO-) has been made. In this system, the effect of some antioxidants for scavenging ONOO- was tested. The constitute of this system and the program of starting were followed as: The ozone (O3) was bubbled through a glass-frit into 10 ml 0.01 mol/L solution of sodium azide in CB(pH 10.5) to generate ONOO-. The 800 μl ozonized solution of azide was injected into a glass tude in situ which contains 100 μl sample and 100 μl luminol solutions to initiate chemiluminescence (CL). The pluses / 6 seconds (CP6S) were determined immediately and continually for 10~30 times. A certain CL intensity (CP6S) was chosen as evaluation index to compare the activity of antioxidants. This chemiluminescent system is sensible, simple and stable. The determination limit was 8.74 μmol/L ONOO-. The linear rang was 8.74~74.04 μmol/L ONOO-. The intra batch and inter batch variation coefficient (CV%) of the analysis were 3.35%(n=10) and 5.52%(n=10) respectively. It was tested that Vit.C, teapolyphenol, procyanidin and thiourea all have effects on scavenging ONOO-.

NF-?B is one of important transcription factors, which plays an important role in many immune and inflammatory responses. The novel data showed that the NF-?B pathway was also detectable in myocardial cells, vascular endothelial and smooth muscle cells, and involved in the development of many car-diovascular diseases. The present review gives a detail presentation of current advances on relationship betweenNF-?B and cardiovascular diseases.
