Objective To design and develop a quadrature demodulation circuit for detection of ampli-tude and phase information in EIT measurement. Methods A model structure file was built in matlab/simulink using the elements in Ahera DSP Builder and verified by simulated stimulation. Then the model file was convert-ed to VHDL file via Signal Compiler, and the synthesis, adaptation, simulation and hardware implementation were accomplished. Results The simulation and testing results show that the circuit can extract the real and imagi-nary information of the measured signal and it also meets the EIT measuring requirement, with acceptable mea-sure error. Conclusion The demodulation circuit based on DSP Builder can precisely give real and imaginary information of EIT and provides technological support for full-information complex impedance measurement.

Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate word recognition abilities in 4-talker babble noise (BN) in children with normal hearing (NH), and to explore the lexical effects, age on speech recognition ability in children. Methods Children of 3~6 years old with normal hearing (N=212)were participated in this study. One hundred and twenty-four children were performed under the quiet conditions, while 88 were performed in 4-talker babble noise. The standard-Chinese version of the lexical neighborhood test was used to assess spoken word recognition performance. The speech level was 70 dB SPL, and signal to noise ratio (SNR) was chosen 4 dB in BN.Results The correct scores of the NH children in quiet for the DE, DH, ME, and MH words were 96.45%±5.17%, 88.87%±7.73%, 91.90%±7.31% and 82.38%±7.95%, while the scores in BN were 85.34%±11.23%, 66.42%±11.08%, 68.81%±15.99% and 48.58%±12.81%, respectively. The word-recognition performance in BN was significantly poorer than that in quiet. The word recognition scores showed that the lexical effects were significant in the BN (P<0.05).Children scored higher with dissyllabic words than with monosyllabic words;easy words scored higher than hard words in both quiet and noisy environments. The word-recognition performance also increased with age in each lexical category in the 3-to 6-year-old NH children. Conclusion Age and lexical characteristics of words had significant influences on the performance of Mandarin-Chinese word recognition in BN.The lexical effects were more noticeable under noise listening conditions than in quiet. The word-recognition performance in noise increased with age in NH children of 3-to 6-years old in noise and had not reached adult-like performance at 6 years of age.

China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
According to the multi-information characteristic of pulse tracings in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and the dynamic analysis and identification technique of sonogram, the multi-information detection system of pulse examination was constructed by combining B-type ultrasound and flexible transducer. It made information integration of supersonic dynamic image, pressure pulse wave, photoelectric capacity pulse wave and electrocardiogram, and though the aggregate analysis of computer information processing technique, established the pulse tracings signature analysis method, formed optimized solving scheme for describing the four attributes("location, velocity, shape and potential") of pulse examination in TCM.From the multi-information data of healthy people's pulse tracings collected by this system,it can be infer that the new method of objectification of pulse examination referred in this article is feasible, and have gain the prospective effect. It provides a new method and characteristic data for the clinical study of objectification of pulse examination and teaching of TCM.

OBJECTIVE:
To assess the evaluation on auditory rehabilitation effect for 42 deaf children with GJB2 gene mutation after cochlear implantation to provide a reference for the cochlear implant effect evaluation of such patients.
METHOD:
To conduct the detection on common genetic deafness gene mutation hotspots of hearing impaired children with cochlear implantation. To conduct auditory rehabilitation effect evaluation on 42 cases of patients with GJB2 genetic deafness after 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of the operation respectively. The single factor repeated measure ANOVA was applied to analyze whether there were significant difference among the results of initial consonant of a Chinese syllable recognition at 3 different stages after the operation, the results of vowel of a Chinese syllable recognition at 3 different stages after the operation, and the results of two-syllable recognition at 3 different stages after the operation.
RESULT:
235delC is the high-incidence mutational site in 42 cases of patients with GJB2 genetic deafness, the total detection rate is up to 90.48%. There were significant differences in the initial consonant of a Chinese syllable recognition rate, the vowel of a Chinese syllable recognition rate, the two-syllable recognition rate as well as the vowel of a Chinese syllable recognition rate after 3 months, 6 months and 12 months of the operation (P < 0.01).
CONCLUSION
Cochlear implantation is a safe and effective measure for auditory reconstruction, it can help patients with GJB2 hereditary severe sensorineural deafness to improve auditory speech recognition.

Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 2015;(3):236-239
Objective To study normal hearing children's speech perception in Speech Spectrum -Shaped Noise (SSN) and Babble Noise (BN) using the Mandarin lexical neighborhood test .Methods Thirty -four children with normal hearing were included in this study and randomly assigned to the SSN group and the BN group .Each child was given the 12 lists of Mandarin lexical neighborhood test ,word recognition scores were acquired at different SNRs .Results SNR50 of dissyllablic easy word lists ,dissyllablic hard word lists ,monosyllable easy word lists , monosyllable hard word lists in SSN were -3 dB ,-0 .5 dB ,-1 dB and 3 .5 dB ,respectively ;SNR50 of the four categories lists in BN were -3 dB ,2 dB ,0 .5 dB and 10 dB ,respectively .Lexical effects had a significant influence on spoken word recognition in noise .Especially ,word recognition scores of easy words were higher than those of hard words ,dissyllablic words were better than monosyllable words .Conclusion The masking effects of babble noise on spoken speech perception are stronger than speech spectrum -shaped noise for 3-6 year-old normal hearing chil‐dren .Lexical effects also affet children's speech recognition in noise .
