We repart herein a case of psoriasifomi sarcoidosis. A histopathological examination reveaied sarcoidal ulomas throughout the dermis. There wa no systemic nvolvement, The skin lesions resolved aftier one month following treatment with low dose oral prednisolone. This is the first case of psoriasiform sarcoidosis in Korea.

Hypothalamic suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) is a circadian pacemaker which controls diurnal behavioral and hormonal rhythms in mammals. The SCN receives environmental light signals through the retinohypothalamic tract, and glutamate is the major excitatory neurotransmitter in the retinohypothalamic tract. In the present study, we investigated the developmental expression of the mRNAs for N-methyl-D-aspartate type glutamate receptor (NR)1, NR2A, NR2B and NR2C subunits in the rat SCN using in situ hybridization with specific riboprobes. At postnatal day 2 (P2), P8, Pl5 and P45, the high level of NRI transcripts was observed in both ventrolateral and dorsomedial subdivisions of the SCN, and the distinct expression of NR2C mRNA was principally found in the dorsomedial SCN. The weak NR2B mRNA expression was clearly found in both subdivisions of the SCN at P2 and P8, whereas specific NR2B hybridization signals were not found at Pl5 and P45. There was no specific hybridization signal of NR2A in the SCN throughout the postnatal life. These findings implicate that NR may play an important role in the neonatal SCN. In addition, this study suggests that NR1, NR2B and NR2C might be the major NR subunits in the developing SCN, whereas NRI and NR2C could be the subunit components of NR in the adult SCN.

Korean Journal of Occupational Health Nursing 2021;30(4):196-205
Purpose:
This study aimed to identify the factors influencing health-promoting behaviors (HPB) among fish market merchants.
Methods:
A cross-sectional descriptive design including 117 merchants working at a fish market in city C. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaires during April 19-30, 2021, and were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffé’s test, Pearson correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 23.0.
Results:
The scores were 2.68±0.49 for HPB among fish market merchants. Factors significantly influencing HPB among fish market merchants were perceived disabilities (β= -.42, p<.001), self-efficacy (β=.26, p<.001), perceived benefits (β=.16, p=.012), exercise (β=.14, p=.023) and daily working hours (β=-.13, p=.030). These factors accounted for 60.3% of the HPB of fish market merchants.
Conclusion
These findings suggest that efforts are needed to reduce perceived disabilities, reduce working hours per day, and develop programs to enhance self-efficacy, perceived benefits, and exercise in order promote HPB among fish market merchants.
6.Do depression, fatigue, and body esteem influence premenstrual symptoms in nursing students?

Korean Journal of Women Health Nursing 2020;26(3):231-239
Purpose:
The purpose of this study was to investigate factors affecting premenstrual symptoms among nursing students, focusing on depression, fatigue, and body esteem.
Methods:
The participants were 145 nursing students at a university located in Kyungnam, Korea. Data were collected from November 2 to November 30, 2019 using self-reported structured questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis.
Results:
The mean item score for premenstrual symptoms was 2.52±0.92, indicating a low level. The mean score for depression was 16.05±7.72, and 58.6% of participants were found to be non-depressed, 16.6% to be mildly depressed, 15.2% to be moderately depressed, and 9.7% to be severely depressed. The mean item score for fatigue was 4.84±0.84, indicating a moderate level, and that for body esteem was 2.94±0.44, indicating a moderate level. The premenstrual symptoms of nursing students showed a statistically significant correlation with depression (r=–.58, p<.001), fatigue (r=.33, p<.001), and body esteem (r=–.28, p<.001). The factors impacting the premenstrual symptoms of nursing students were depression (β=.47, p<.001), dysmenorrhea (β=–.18, p=.009), menstrual cycle regularity (β=.17, p=.013), and body esteem (β=–.14, p=.038). The total explanatory power of these variables was 41.0%.
Conclusion
The results suggest that intervention programs to relieve the premenstrual symptoms of nursing students should focus on depression, menstrual cycle regularity, dysmenorrhea, and body esteem.

Journal of Korean Academy of Fundamental Nursing 2024;31(4):458-468
Purpose:
This study aimed to clarify the concept of resilience and identify its characteristics in people with acquired physical disabilities.
Methods:
The researchers conducted a concept analysis using the eight-step method proposed by Walker and Avant and searched databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, PsycINFO, RISS, and KISS using relevant keywords. Ultimately, nine articles were selected for this study.
Results:
The defining attributes of resilience include optimism, acceptance of disability, and social connectedness. These attributes are influenced by the antecedent adverse life events. Furthermore, resilience significantly impacts positive adaptation.
Conclusion
The identified attributes of resilience can be applied to develop measurement tools for assessing resilience in people with acquired physical disabilities. Additionally, these findings can inform the development of nursing intervention programs to increase resilience in patients and their families.

Uterine papillary serous carcinoma (UPSC) behave more aggressively than other endometrial carcinomas and have a propensity for intraabdominal spread, simulating the behavior of ovarian carcinoma. Because of high relapsing rate, and high mortality rate of UPSC, many gynecologist studied about its treatment regimen and recommended many treatment method. Many investigators recommended that patients with UPSC should undergo a staging laparotomy and they suggested the surgery should include at least total hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, omentectomy, pelvic lymphadenectomy, paraaortic lymphadenectomy, peritoneal washing and peritoneal cytology, By and large, adjuvant systemic Platinum based chemotherapy or, paclitaxel based chemotherapy and adjuvant whole abdominal irradiation or pelvic irradiation was prescribed. We experienced two cases of the UPSC stage IIIc and stage IV diagnosed after explolaparotomy. We present these cases and review the literatures about the optimal treatment regimen of UPSC.
