Objective To apply joint fixation with breast bracket and body phantom to breast cancer radiotherapy after breast-conserving operation. Methods Totally 36 patients after breast-conserving operation underwent joint fixation with breast bracket and body phantom, whose cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images were obtained with on board imager (OBI) before radiotherapy. The errors between the CBCT images and planning CT images were acquired by matching. Results The setup errors in the directions of left-right (X), head-foot (Y) and belly-back (Z) were (2.6±0.783), (3.0± 1.027) and (1.6 ±0.872)mm respectively, and the percentages that the setup errors were more than 5 mm were 16.5%, 20.7% and 9.1% respectively. Conclusion Joint fixation with breast bracket and body phantom may decrease the setup error in radiotherapy after breast-conserving operation, especially in the belly-back direction, and thus has high clinical values.

[Objective] To investigate the effects of airway dysbacteriosis on the development of murine atlergic airway diseases (AAD).[Methods] Female C57BL/6 mice were neubulized with Vancomycin for 10 days and then were sacrificed. The bacterial population in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were evaluated using 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology, exploriug the method of establishing an airway dysbacteriosis mouse model. After the mouse model was established successfully, airway dysbacteriosis mouse models were established by the same method, and based on that, the mice were sensitized and challenged with ovalbumin (OVA) to induce airway allergic inflammation. The frequency of nasal rubbing behaviors per mice was counted;the total cell number and eosinophil relative abundance in BALF were evaluated;the lung tissue inflammation and goblet cell metaplasia were assessed according to histopathological features;and the IgE level in serum,IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-5 levels in BALF,and IL-33 levels in serum,BALF and intestine tissue were measured by ELISA.[Results] Nebulization of Vancomycin increased Bradyrhizobium,Sphingopyxis,Cupriavidus,Pelomonas, and decreased Akkermansia and Prevotella_6 in airway, inducing significant airway dysbacteriosis.Using the animal model, further study found that airway dysbacteriosis exacerbated OVA-induced airway allergic inflammation, including increased nasal rubbing frequency, higher serun IgE level, more total cell count especially eosinophil infiltration, more serious lung tissue inflammation and goblet cell metaplasia.Additionally, compared to OVA group, mice in Dysbacteriosis and OVA group had significantly increased level of Th2 cytokine IL-4 and IL-5,and significantly decreased Thl cytokine IFN-γin BALF,which revealed that mice in Dysbacteriosis and OVA group had mote remarkable Thl/Th2 imbalance.Furthermore,IL-33 level showed a significant increase in BALF,but didn't change in serum or intestine tissue in Dysbacteriosis and OVA group compared to OVA group.Indicating that airway dysbacteriosis may only affect the local production of IL-33.[Conclusions] An airway dysbacteriosis mouse model was established by Vancomycin nebulization successfully.Airway dysbacteriosis may activate innate lymphoid cells (ILC) and Th2 cell by inducing local IL-33 secreting, which leads to the imbalance of Th1/Th2,and in turn promotes the development of AAD.

NGOs play an important role in global health governance, and have become the key partners of World Health Organization ( WHO) , European and American governments. The goal of the sustainable development of the United Nations also proposes to strengthen NGOs as global health governance partners. Taking WHO, the Unit-ed States and Britain as case examples, this study reviewed the NGOs positioning and cooperation in their global health strategies. The results found that these entities explicitly define the roles of NGOs and strengthen cooperation in their global health strategies to expand their influence in the field of global health. Results also found that WHO, US and UK have given NGOs a clear positioning, that is, they have strengthened the mutual cooperation ( partner-ships) in the same way of expanding their influence in the field of global health for China’s global health strategy de-velopment referred to those NGOs. Therefore, China should incorporate NGOs into the global health strategy, estab-lish NGOs management and cooperation mechanism and define their roles and make it an important complement to global health. China should also strictly select international NGOs to cooperate with and strive to nurture and support Chinese NGOs to participate in global health programs set by the Government, formulate the cooperation list and neg-ative list for NGOs, and at the same time strengthen the supervision and audit to avoid possible risks of NGOs.

Chinese Journal of Hepatology 2018;26(7):553-556
Hepatic encephalopathy (HE) is caused by severe liver disease or portal shunt. Metabolic disorders and central nervous system dysfunctions are the main symptoms of this syndrome. Ammonia is considered to play a central role in the pathogenesis of HE. Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) have been suggested as a possible source of ammonia production because of its high urease content. However, the relationship between H.pylori and blood ammonia and HE, as well as the therapeutic effect of H.pylori eradication on HE, is inconclusive, and the results are full of contradictions. The aim of this review is to summarize current knowledge on the association of H. pylori with HE and to address the question of whether H. pylori eradication may be beneficial in the management of HE.

AIM: To study the role of endothelin-1 (ET-1) in portal hypertension (PHT) induced by endotoxin. METHODS: Collagenase in situ perfusion was adopted to separate hepatic stellate cells (HSCs). HSCs was cultured on concretized collagen. ET-1 anti-sense oligonucleotide was added into the culture medium and then LPS was also added up to the concentration of 1 000 ?g/L. The diameters of the concretized collagen were measured. Sense and mis-sense oligonucleotide were applied as control. ET-1 in the culture medium was detected by radioimmunoassay and ET-1 mRNA in HSCs was detected by RT-PCR. ?-actin of HSCs was detected by Western blotting. RESULTS: The diameter of concretized collagen on which HSCs pretreated with ET-1 anti-sense oligonucleotide was 93.3%?3.8% the size of the primary. The diameter of concretized collagen of the control groups were 70.1%?4.8% and 70.5%?3.9% (P

9.The sources of radiation
Chinese Journal of Radiological Health 2021;30(2):238-243
For ordinary people, when it comes to nuclear, radiation occurs to their mind, for fear of nuclear. In fact, radiation is almost everywhere. More than 80 percent of our exposure is from natural sources and only less than 20 percent is human made-mainly from radiation applications used in medicine. The dose we absorb from natural background radiation is about 2.4 mSv per year.
