Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect and safety of thrombus aspiration catheter in young patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) during primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) .Methods :According to using thrombus aspiration catheter during emergency PCI or not ,a total of 79 young patients with acute STEMI were divided into aspiration group (n= 37 ,received thrombus aspiration ) and routine treatment group (n=42 ,didn't receive aspiration catheter ) .Coronary TIMI flow ,angina pectoris symptoms ,cardi-ac function and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) etc .after PCI were observed and compared between two groups .Results:Compared with routine treatment group after treatment ,there were significant rise in TIMI flow [ (2.33 ± 0.48) grade vs .(3.00 ± 0.00) grade] ,2h ST segment regression >50% rate (45.24% vs .70.27% ) and left ventricular ejection fraction on the first week [ (47.21 ± 9.28)% vs .(52.16 ± 7.87)% ];significant reduc-tion in angina pectoris symptom (50.00% vs .27.03% ) ,and NYHA cardiac function during follow-up [ (1.52 ± 0.71) class vs .(1.22 ± 0.42) class] in aspiration group , P<0.05 or <0.01. There was no significant difference in incidence of MACE between two groups , P>0.05 all .Conclusion:Application of thrombus aspiration catheter could improve coronary blood flow ,reduce symptoms of angina pectoris and improve cardiac function during primary PCI in young patients with acute STEMI ,and it's safe .

Objective To observe the effects of X-blance therapy with uninjured side ear acupoint press in hospitalized patients with unilateral radicular sciatica. Methods A total of 73 patients were randomly divided into experimental group (37 cases) and control group (36 cases) according to the sequence of hospitalization. Both groups were given the conventional treatment and nursing care. Besides of this, the experimental group received X-blance therapy with uninjured side ear acupoint Press. Visual analogue scale ( VAS) and Chinese version of oswestry disability index ( CODI ) were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results The VAS, CODI and the 3 coarse scores of every demension of CODI ( pain, single function and comprehensive function) were respectively (2. 53 ± 2. 37), (19. 63 ± 12. 37), (1. 83 ± 1. 69), (3. 78 ± 3. 24), (3. 22 ± 2. 13) in the experimental group after 3 weeks intervention, and (3. 70 ± 2. 59), (27. 93 ± 15. 88), (2. 70 ± 1. 93), (5. 46 ± 3. 63), (4. 41 ± 2. 76) in the control group, with statistically significant difference (t= -2. 009,-2. 39,-2. 042,-2. 084,-2. 046, respectiuely;P<0. 05). Conclusions X-blance therapy with uninjured side ear acupoint press can effectively reduce pain and improve disability of the patients with radicular sciatica.

The prevalence of various types of mental illness has reached 17.5%, and the current treatment of mental illness generally includes western medicine, psychotherapy and physical therapy. Due to the high disability rate, low cure rate and easy recurrence, mental illness has become a major public health problem that seriously affects human health and social stability. And it has attracted the attention of the government and society. At present, the typical western medicine for treating mental illness has serious side effects, while new types of medicine for treating mental illness has a slow efficacy. Physical therapy has an unstable effect, and the side effects of drugs for treating mental illness lack effective method. These problems are expected to be successfully solved through traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture and acupoint stimulation. This paper puts forward the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of mental illness, and strives to build a technical system for the treatment of mental illness with integrated Chinese and Western medicine through the organic combination of multidisciplinary and multi-technology.Meanwhile, it lists some classic cases of treatment in order to provide reference for those who are keen on the integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of mental disease.
