Based on the existing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system in Shanxi Dati Hospital,the paper analyzes the consultation process,and illustrates the inter-department consultation electronic process based on existing EMR system from the four roles of doctors in application department,nurses in application department,nurses in consultation department and doctors in consultation department,introduces the involved function modles concretely.

Objective: To compare the hemodynamic responses to orotracheal intubation between Truview™ EVO2 optic laryngoscope and Macintosh direct laryngoscope. Methods: Eighty adult patients (ASA physical status I-II, aged 18-65 years) scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring orotracheal intubation were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=40 each): T group and M group. After standard intravenous anesthetic induction, orotracheal intubation was performed with Truview™ EVO2 optic laryngoscope or Macintosh direct laryngoscope. Non-invasive heart rate (HR), systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP) and SpO2 were recorded before(T0) and after anesthetic induction (T1), at intubation (T2), 1 minutes (T3), 3 minutes (T4) and 5 minute after intubation (T5). The laryngeal exposure period and intubation period were also recorded. Statistical analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Version 13.0. Results: Except for HR at intubation (T2), there was no significant difference in the hemodynamic data at any other time points between the two groups. There was no significant difference in the laryngeal exposure period between the two groups. The intubation time in the T group was significantly longer than that in the M group (P< 0.05), but no more than 60 seconds. Conclusion: The hemodynamic responses produced by orotracheal intubation are similar between Truview™ EVO2 optic laryngoscope and Macintosh direct laryngoscope.

Carvedilol is a non-selective beta-blocker with additional blockade of alpha_(1)-adrenoceptors.It has been applied in the treatment of hypertention、stable angina pectoris、chronic heart failure.In addition,Carvedilol exerts antioxidant and anti-apoptosis effects,it can inhibits vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation、migration and neointimal formation following vascular injury.The article makes a review on the molecular cytologic mechanism of Carvedilol in these aspects.

AIM:To investigate the effect of the size of cataract surgical incision on original astigmatism and tear film stability of corrected cornea.METHODS: Totally 92 cataract patients (92 eyes) who were admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,46 cases (46 eyes) in each group.Both groups were treated by clear corneal tunnel incision phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.The incision of the control group was 3.0mm while of the observation group was 1.8mm.The uncorrected visual acuity,corneal astigmatism,Schirmer I test (SⅠt) and break-up time (BUT) were detected before surgery and at 1d,1wk,1mo and 3mo after surgery.The surgery induced astigmatism (SIA) was recorded at 1d,1wk,1 and 3mo after surgery.RESULTS: There were significant differences in the uncorrected visual acuity between the two groups at 1 and 3mo before surgery (P<0.05),but there were no significant differences at different time points before and after surgery (P>0.05).At 1wk,1 and 3mo after surgery,SIA of two groups decreased continuously,and the SIA of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 1d,1wk and 1mo after surgery (P<0.05).At 1wk after surgery,SⅠt and BUT in the two groups were less or shorter than those before surgery (P<0.05),but there were no significant differences at 1mo,3mo after surgery,compared with those before surgery (P>0.05).SⅠt and BUT in the observation group were less or shorter than those in the control group at 1wk after surgery (P<0.05) but there were no significant differences at 1 and 3mo after surgery (P>0.05).CONCLUSION: Compared with 3.0mm standard incision,1.8mm clear corneal incision can reduce SIA and shorten the time for corneal stability recovery.

OBJECTIVE: To screen pressure sensitive adhesive system and penetration enhancer of rutaecarpine transdermal patch. METHODS: The patch was prepared by solvent evaporation method. The ratio between pressure sensitive adhesive (Eudragit E100), crosslinking agent (succinic acid) and plasticizer (dibutyl sebacate) of the rutaecarpine patch were screened through Box-Behnken design by using adhesion (stick power, shear strength, peel force) as the index. The ratio between pressure sensitive adhesives and chemical enhancers (azone and oleic acid) were screened by adhesion and permeation experiments in vitro using custom design, which were carried out by using improved Franz diffusion cells through excised mice skin. RESULTS: The optimized formulation of rutaecarpine transdermal patch consisted of 83% pressure sensitive adhesives (63.5% Eudragit E100, 5.5% succinic acid, 14% dibutyl sebacate), 10% azone, 6.4% oleic acid and 0.6% rutaecarpine. The stick power, shear strength, and peel force of the patch were 15 steel balls, (10.97 ± 0.32) h and (0.16 ± 0.02) kN•M-1, respectively. The cumulative permeation amount and permeation rate of the patch were (29.71 ± 1.19) μg•cm-2 and (1.36 ± 0.10) μg•cm -2•h -1, respectively. CONCLUSION: The optimized rutaecarpine patch show increased permeation and appropriate adhesion. This study provides the basis for future research.

Clinical teaching and studying is suffering increasing hardship.This article analysises the present condition of clinical education problems and causes,and researches whether patients are obliged to coorperate clinical teaching and studying when they protect their rights.It also researches how to practice clinical teaching and studying in educational hospital and looks for effective pathway to go out of the clinical education problem.

Although a great number of studies have investigated the changes of resting-state functional connectivity (rsFC) in patients with mental disorders, such as depression and schizophrenia etc, little is known how stable the changes are, and whether temporal sad or happy mood can modulate the intrinsic rsFC. In our experiments, happy and sad video clips were used to induce temporally happy and sad mood states in 20 healthy young adults. We collected functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data while participants were watching happy or sad video clips, which were administrated in two consecutive days. Seed-based functional connectivity analyses were conducted using the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC), dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), and amygdala as seeds to investigate neural network related to executive function, attention, and emotion. We also investigated the association of the rsFC changes with emotional arousability level to understand individual differences. There is significantly stronger functional connectivity between the left DLPFC and posterior cingulate cortex (PCC) under sad mood than that under happy mood. The increased connectivity strength was positively correlated with subjects' emotional arousability. The increased positive correlation between the left DLPFC and PCC under sad relative to happy mood might reflect an increased processing of negative emotion-relevant stimuli. The easier one was induced by strong negative emotion (higher emotional arousability), the greater the left DLPFC-PCC connectivity was indicated, the greater the instability of the intrinsic rsFC was shown.
