1.Analysis On The Root Tantra Of Four Tantras Of Medicine And Its Commentaeies
Journal of Oriental Medicine 2013;8(2):47-48
Main supportive condition for writing these commentaries was Je Tsong Khapa’s
(1357-1419) reformations of Tibetan Buddhism. First biggest commentary on “The
Root Tantra” was Zurkhar Lodroe Gyalpo’s “Sublime Ones Wisdom”. All later
commentaries were based on his commentary. 2. Most of commentaries’ dedication
is to give comprehensive accounts of deep and hidden meanings of “Four Tantras
of Medicine”; and by doing so, to protect and preserve this precious heritage of
oriental people for a long time. 3. It is extremely significant that all sages underlined
“Four Tantras of Medicine” is not dedicated for making others admire but for deep
study of this text through analysis of principles and practice it for the sake of
sentient beings. 4. Commentaries are dedicated to make those extremely deep
notions and terminologies comprehensive for beginners; and to analyze principles
and enrich them as well. 5. It is assertion for reformation and transformation of
traditional medicine since it is originated in India, which has hot climate, then
transmitted to snowy Tibet and Mongolian steppes. In other words, it’s been
practiced in geographically different locations with different climates. 6. Through this
research on deep and hidden meanings of terminologies in the Root Tantra, it is
proved that Mongolian traditional medicine has its origin from ancient Indian Ayur
Vedas. 7. We did some clarifications about unification of Buddhist knowledge and its
elements as well as structure though the lights of “Perfect Accumulation” teachings
of “The Root Tantra”. 8. Rising up tree method of “The Root Tantra” of traditional
medicine is extremely fine and complex system, and therefore, it is still advanced
method for medical training. 9. Mongolian sages adapted Medical Science that was
originated from Ayur Vedas in Mongolian conditions and enriched it. Thus, it is
developed as Mongolian traditional medicine and formed great spiritual heritage.

Abbreviation The study of Mongolian intellectual inheritance in Oriental medicine is
inevasible and it comes to be escapeless demand to examine and review medical
origin, resources so as to advancemodern medical theory in this century.
In Mongolian traditional medicine history, Gun Gombojav and monk Jambaldorj
combined Tibetan and Chinese vocabulary of medical substance in their books and
it is referred that the very first Tibetan and Chinese vocabulary book was written by
Gun Gombojav. Consequently, it is considered studying Gun Gombojav books has
practical and theoretical importance in greater way. While comparing the medication
of animal origin in Gun Gombojav book with other resources , the result shown as
there are two kinds of medical substances which have never been mentioned in
other books and there is a difference of three Chinese characters. As making
inquiries on this comparison, it`s been confirmed that following the vocabulary of
Gun Gombojav book is accurate. His medical substance vocabulary is not only
correct but it is appropriate to apply as guide book while ordering and delivering
medical substances from China. It has been observed that Chinese vocabulary of
Monk Jambalborj book quoted from Gombojav book, which was used to be
guidebook for medical substance order and delivery from oversees.

INTRODUCTION: Nowadays, the population of noncommunicable sickness is growing rapidly changing lifestyle is one example of this is the widening of accidents-related bone fractures. The National Center for Trauma Treatment of inpatient hospital from a total fractures 10260 or 30.8%, of which 6777 or 66.05% of the marrow bone fractures as well as drugs used in refractive rarely occupied. PURPOSE: To consider a result of the use of Osteocalcium 5 medical preparation for patients who were diagnosed diaphyseal fracture of the tibia and treated by Intramedullar Osteosyntesis (internal fixation)OBJECTIVES:1. To establish process of fractured bone remodeling to original bone contour by TGF-b1 cytokine dynamics in serum2. To establish process of fractured bone remodeling to original bone contour by alkaline phosphatase dynamics in serumMATERIALS AND METHODS: Within the framework of the survey 28 patients of the “Bone, joint and limb section” Section of the National Institute of Traumatology, aged between 25-60 years, were involved in the present survey. Survey participants were classified in 2 groups according to “Krischner wire” position and their Xray’s images. An accordance to the methodology of James Balch and Mark Stengller (2011) daily dosage of the Osteocalcium 5 preparation for test and comparing patients was determined as following introduced: for test group-twice a day before meal 1.5 grams, for comparing group–Calcium D3Nycomed preparation three times a day during 60 days. Transforming growth factor-beta 1(TGFb1) and Alkaline phosphatase was equal of 3, 14, 42 fraction days.RESULT: The present diagram shows that according to the curve TGF-b1 the bone excrescence performance of the Osteocalcium 5 preparation (0.0001) is statically increasing at 14 days and after 42 days it is statically decreasing and the calculated discrepancy (p<0.015) reveals and proofs the impact of its bone excrescence. Alkaline phosphatase in serum 14 days after the fracture Osteocalcium 5 pills used in chapter Nycomed Calcium D3 drank chapters (116,06±35U/L) compared to a statistical difference (p<0.044).CONCLUSION: Preparations Ostyeokalitsi 5 osteoblast chondrocyte cell activity and enable them synthesized by the cells in the TGF-B1 osteoblast line Alkaline phosphatase synthesized in increased serum concentrations of the bone heal affect signaling molecules involved are determined that quickens recovery.

Innovation 2019;13(4):20-24
Background:
Ecology, climate, atmosphere, human living conditions in the world are changing,
and many factors affecting human health are both quantitative and qualitative changes, viruses
and bacteria have evolved, and viruses that have never developed, including viral infections,
are healthy . the medical and economic consequences of this disease are increasingly needed
to study infectious diseases. We can consider the rich treasures of traditional medicine and the
treatment of infectious diseases as an important source of many problems in the future. Therefore,
in order to deepen the significance of traditional medicine and interpretative work, we set the
goal to study the treatment of infectious diseases as an important theory and practice.
Methods:
The study group selected the 23-27th group for “The Four Roots of Medicine” and
Tibetan, Mongolian 7 interpretations of the sages using the Comparison of reference and source
studies” and Trial ranking, “Method of summation” were conducted.
Results
Treatment of infectious diseases fever is the very first. The Four Roots of Medicine was
written with a detailed description of abdominal pain, hoarseness, heaviness and sweating, which
have been reported recently and associated with infectious and febrile diseases, as well as the
type of treatment. In addition, sources and explanations are important in theory and practice,
which clearly identify problems with the treatment of infectious phases and diseases. On the
therapeutic treatment of infectious diseases, this is the first written in the Four Roots of Medicine
and the Golden Tassel in combination with incense and mantra treatment, as well as Lhanthav
therapy and the most difficult treatment. It was originally written on the most famous invention
such as “Enchantment’s of Ocean” by Jambalchoijidanzanperenlei, one of the wise men of
Mongolia, which includes eight types of extravagant works, such as elves, sweat, rash, sweatshirts,
weightlifting, incense, mantra and sucking elements.
10.Тhe Comparative Analysis of Drug Treatment for Latent Kidney inflammation based on various sources and works of tradical scholars
Mongolian Journal of Health Sciences 2025;85(1):244-249
Background:
In traditional medicine, diseases are generally classified into two categories: hot and cold. It is particularly
emphasized to first identify diseases with a hot nature. Within this framework, we considered it important from both theoretical and clinical perspectives to study latent kidney heat disease, which is difficult to diagnose, prone to misdiagnosis,
capable of exacerbating in both hot and cold directions, and requires multi-stage treatment.
Aim:
To analyze the principles of treating latent kidney heat disease and medicinal treatments by comparing traditional
medical sources, their explanations, and the works of scholars.
Materials and Methods:
The study was conducted by examining relevant chapters from The Four Foundations of Medicine, its commentaries, and six scholarly works on the treatment of latent kidney heat disease. The methodology involved
textual hermeneutics, comparative analysis, and critical synthesis.
Results:
The original texts studied outline a three-stage treatment principle for latent kidney heat disease, described metaphorically as follows:
1. Initially, place the thief into the hole.
2. In the middle stage, release the smoke through the chimney.
3. Finally, eliminate the remaining heat with water.
These deep-rooted treatment principles indicate that traditional medicine has long recognized and effectively treated this
disease within its theoretical and methodological framework. The primary sources examined documented a total of 33
medicinal formulations for treating latent kidney heat disease, categorized as follows: 5 decoctions (tan), 26 pulvis formulations (takh), 2 oil-based remedies (toson em). This variety of treatment options highlights the richness and adaptability
of traditional medicine in addressing this condition. These medicines are applied according to the three treatment principles of the disease. First, to remove the phlegm and wind covering, Jugandejid and Semberuu-4 are used. For releasing
smoke through the chimney, decoction-type (tan) medicines are chosen, while pulvis-type (takh) medicines are prescribed
based on the upper, middle, and lower intensities of the disease. This precise alignment of medicine selection resembles
a key fitting into a lock. A unique characteristic of traditional medicine is the use of oil-based remedies (toson em) at the
final stage of treatment to restore the body and balance the dual forces (yin-yang). Comparing the primary sources used
in this study, we find that the principles of treating latent kidney heat disease and the selection of appropriate medicines
follow the FMT (The Four Medical Tantras) text while incorporating additional refinements.
Conclusions
1. A comparative analysis of medicinal treatments reveals that the medicines are prescribed in accordance with the
three treatment principles, with their forms and compositions clearly specified.
2. Furthermore, the classification of medicines based on their strength and application to different disease intensities
highlights a refined and well-structured standard treatment method.
