Fibrous hamartoma of infancy is an uncommon, benign fibroproliferative tumor arising from sub. cutaneous tissue during the First 2 years of life. We report a case of fibrous hamartoma of infancy in the scrotum. The clinical characteristics and management of this neoplasm are discussed with references.

6.Polyorchidism; a case report.

We describe an 22-yeer-old man with polyorchidism whose both ipsilateral testes were located in the inguinal area and scrotum. Polyorchidism is a rare anomaly with approximately 70 cases reported in the literature. In this report the literature is reviewed and the etiology of this anomaly is discussed briefly.

Eccrine spiradenoma is a benign, usually a solitary intradermal tumor with a characteristic clinical and pathological picture. Even though eccrine spiradenoma shows no characteristic distribution, it usually occurs on the ventral surface of the body, especially over the upper half including head and neck. Here we present a case of eccrine spiradenoma which occurred at an unusual site, the scrotum. The scrotum in our case is a relatively rare site for eccrine spiradenoma albeit the fact that histogenesis of tumor is uncertain.
