Objective To analyze the expression characteristics of SRPK2 ( serine /arginine-rich protein specific kinase 2 mRNA and its encoded protein products in mouse testis, and to reveal its molecular role during spermatogenesis. Methods Using semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction ( RT-PCR) and Western blotting to an-alyze the expression of SRPK2 mRNA and its protein products in several mouse tissues. The stage-specific expression pat-tern of SRPK2 mRNA in mouse testis was examined by real-time quantitative PCR.Immunohistochemical staining was ap-plied to identify the SRPK2 protein distribution in mouse testicular seminiferous tubules and indirect immunofluorescence staining was used to detect the subcellular localization of SRPK2 protein in spermatic cells. Results Semi-quantitative RT-PCR and Western blotting analysis revealed that SRPK2 was highly expressed in mice testis.Real-time quantitative PCR analysis showed that SRPK2 mRNA was expressed abundantly at the stage of 5-and 8-week old mouse testes, suggesting that SRPK2 gene has stage-specific expression patterns during mouse spermatogenesis.Immunohistochemical and indirect immu-nofluorescence staining demonstrated that SRPK2 protein was located around the surface of elongated sperm nucleus. Conclusions SRPK2 is highly expressed in mouse testis and has significant stage-specific expression characteristics with distinct nuclear localization. These results indicate that SRPK2 may participate in precursor mRNA splicing during mouse spermiogenesis. The molecular mechanism of SRPK2 is yet to be further studied.

Objective:To explore the influence of nurses ' professional identity and missed nursing in Oncology Department on nurses ' team cooperation, and whether nurses ' participation in enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) can regulate nurses ' team cooperation. Methods:From November to December 2021, 587 nurses from 34 surgical wards of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University (Henan Cancer Hospital) were selected as the study subject by convenience sampling method. The nurses were investigated with the General Information Questionnaire, Occupational Identity Scale (OIS) , Oncology Missed Nursing Care Feedback Scale, and Nursing Teamwork Survey (NTS) . A total of 587 questionnaires were distributed, and 583 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a valid recovery rate of 99.32% (583/587) .Results:Among 583 nurses in Oncology Department, the scores of NTS, OIS and Oncology Missed Nursing Care Feedback Scale were (126.86±15.62) , (123.26±22.67) and (121.24±52.79) respectively. The total score of NTS of nurses in Oncology Department was positively correlated with the total score of OIS and the total score of Oncology Missed Nursing Care Feedback Scale ( P<0.01) . Missed nursing played a part of mediating effect among professional identity and team leadership, trust and support, and team mental, and the direct effect was greater than the indirect effect. Conclusions:The professional identity of nurses in Oncology Department directly and positively affects the team leadership, trust and support, and team mental in nurse team cooperation, and the missed nursing has a mediating effect. The degree of nurses ' participation in ERAS has a moderating effect on nurse team cooperation.

Objective To compare the effect of postoperative between total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA)use of alfentanil and remifentanil undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods A total of 130 and thirty patients scheduled for endoscopic sinus surgery,62 males and 68 females, aged 18-64 years,BMI 18-30 kg/m2,ASA physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,were randomly divided into two groups:alfentanil group(group A)and remifentanil group(group R).Midazolam 0.02 mg/kg,propofol target-controlled infusion(TCI)3 μg/ml,alfentanil 20 μg/kg,and rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg were injected intravenously in group A,and target-controlled infusion of propofol combined with alfentanil was used to maintain anesthesia.Midazo-lam 0.02 mg/kg,propofol TCI 3 μg/ml,remifentanil 1 μg/kg,and rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg were injected intravenously in group R,and target-controlled infusion of propofol combined with remifentanil was used to maintain anesthesia. The number of intraoperative hemodynamic adverse reactions such as hypertension, tachycardia, hypotension, bradycardia during operation, and pain degree at 30 minutes,60 minutes,24 hours after operation, extubation time, and rescue analgesia and adverse reactions such as nausea and vomi-ting,skin pruritus, respiratory depression within 24 hours after operation were recorded. Results Compared with group R,the incidence of intraoperative hypotension in group A was significantly lower(P<0.05),the incidence of painless in group A 30 and 60 minutes after operation was significantly higher(P<0.05),the incidence of mild and moderate pain was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the recovery time was significantly prolonged(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in rescue analgesia within 24 hours after operation. There were no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting, postoperative skin pruritus, and respiratory depression between the two groups. Conclusion In endoscopic sinus surgery, the effect of total intravenous anesthesia with alfentanil on postoperative analgesia is better than that of remifentanil, and the incidence of perioperative and postoperative adverse reactions in alfentanil is lower than that of remifentanil, while the recovery time of alfentanil is slightly longer than that of remifentanil.
