Vitamin C injections are a national essential drug with wide clinical applications and instable property. In order to pro-vide the reference for further analysis on the quality status of vitamin C injections and improve the quality,the research on the stability, quality control and analysis methods was summarized in the study.

Objective To observe the latency and amplitude characteristics of event-related potential P300 under different target stimu-lus. Methods During January to December, 2014, 35 patients with memory impairment received P300 test under the percentage of target stimuli of 0.10 and 0.25. The latency, amplitude and area under amplitude were compared. Results There was no significant difference in la-tency (t<0.256, P>0.800), but the amplitude and area under amplitude increased under 0.10 compared with those under 0.25 (t>4.259, P<0.05). Conclusion Less target stimulation may improve the patients' attention and increase amplitude of P300, but no more interference in la-tency, suggesting latency of P300 is more stable for assessment of cognitive function.

Objective To investigate the effects of safflor yellow (SY) injection on acute lung injury (ALI) rats induced by oleic acid (OA) and its potential mechanism. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups,including control group,OA group,OA+10 mg/kg anisodamine group,OA+8 mg/kg SY group,OA+16 mg/kg SY group,and OA+32 mg/kg SY group. Normal saline or anisodamine or SY were pretreated before 0.18 g/kg OA iv injection. The arterial partial pressure of oxygen,the pulmonary water content index,and MPO activity in lung tissue were determined; The mRNA level of TNF-?,IL-1?,IL-6,ICAM-1,and VCAM-1 were measured by RT-PCR; And NF-?B p65 protein in nucleus observed by immunohistochemical technology,while the level of p38 MAPK protein phosphorylation in lung tissue was analyzed by Western blotting. Results The arterial partial pressure of oxygen in all SY groups was higher than that in OA group,while the pulmonary water content index and MPO activity were lower than those in OA group,as well as the mRNA level of the above inflammatory cytokines and the NF-?B p65 in nucleus and level of p38 MAPK phosphorylation. Conclusion SY could alleviate the lung tissue edema,increase the arterial partial pressure of oxygen,and depress MPO activity in ALI rat induced by OA. The SY mechanism of attenuating the acute lung injury may be associated with inhibiting the p38 phosphorylation and NF-?B activation and reducing inflammatory factors expression.

Objective To investigate the correlations between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and autism-spectrum quotient and explore if systemizing is the mediator between them. Methods With Padua Inventory (PZ) ,AQ and Systemizing Quotient (SQ), 1901 college students were assessed with stratified random sampling survey. Results Compared with the femal students, score of systemizing in male students had a significant increase ( (26. 773 ± 9.225 )vs (22.017 ± 7 ± 934), P ＜0.01 ). AQ total score was significantly positive correlated with PI total score( r=0. 336, P＜0.01 ),and correlation was also found among SQ,AQ and PI in different degrees. the mediating effect of systemizing was significant. The regression equation was AQ = 18. 942 +0. 064PI -0. 022SQ (P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusion There are positive correlation between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and AQ in college students, and systemizing is the mediator between above symptoms.

Objective To investigate the efficiency of ring butterfly sewing in lower uterine segment aided with tourniquet in treating pernicious placenta previa combined with placenta percreta. Methods Twelve pregnant women diagnosed with pernicious placenta previa combined with placenta percreta by prenatal ultrasound in Peking University First Hospital from April 1, 2012 to November 30, 2014, were enrolled. All of them received elective cesarean delivery using ring butterfly sewing in lower uterine segment aided with tourniquet. The efficiency of this novel technique, in term of blood loss and vital signs during operation, blood transfusion, and postoperative recovery, was analyzed. Results Twelve cases were diagnosed with placenta percreta during operation, with placenta invading the perimetrium in seven cases and urinary bladder being involved in one case. Ring butterfly sewing in lower uterine segment aided with tourniquet during elective cesarean delivery was all successful in the 12 cases. The median amount of blood loss was 1 000(400-2 000) ml during operation and the amount of blood loss was lower than 1 000 ml in three cases. Two cases received no blood transfusion, and the median blood transfusion in the other 10 cases were 400(400-1 200) ml. The mean operation time was (75±22) min (43-131) min. Eleven cases had normal lochia and temperature after operation and the other one had placenta invading urinary bladder and partial placenta in situ, and developed fever at day 3 after operation, but recovered after antibiotic treatment, and no placenta tissue was seen by ultrasound at day 59 after operation. Conclusions The ring butterfly sewing in lower uterine segment aided with tourniquet is highly effective for the pernicious placenta previa combined with placenta percreta, and it is a simple, fast and fertility sparing technique with low blood loss and without usage of special equipment.

Objective To investigate the correlation between methylation status of UNC 5C gene promoter with colorectal cancer UNC5C .Methods 54 cases of sporadic colorectal cancer and related normal mucosal tissue ,as well as 6 colon cancer cell lines and fiber cell lines(FCL) in the oncology department of the Kailuan General Hospital from February 2010 to March 2013 were selected as the research objects and performed the mRNA and methylation analysis for exploring the correlation between the netrin‐1 receptor UNC5C defects with colorectal cancer disease .Results mRNA of UNC5A and UNC5B was expressed in the detected colorectal cancer cell lines .Except FCL for UNC5C ,all of the cancer cell lines had no mRNA expression .In colorectal cancer tissue , UNC5C methylation was significantly higher than that in the normal mucosa ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05) . The methylation levels of UNC5C gene in the stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ ,and the stage Ⅲ to Ⅳwere significantly higher than non‐methylation levels ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .The correlation analysis by the Spearman method showed that the UNC5C defects was positively correlated with colorectal cancer disease (r= 0 .856 ,P< 0 .05) .Conclusion Netrin‐1 receptor UNC5C defect has certain correlation with colorectal cancer disease .
