Objective:To investigate the effects of oxaliplatin on human leukemia K562 cell and its mechanism.Methods:The leukemia cell growth was measured by MTT-microculture tetrazolium assay.Cell-cycle kinetics and apoptosis were analyzed by flow cytometry and microscopic examination.Results:Oxaliplatin inhibited the leukemia cell growth in concentration- and time-dependent manners.Marked cells accumulated in G_2/M phase.The rate of cell growth inhibition was 85% after intervention in 0.016 mmol/L oxaliplatin for 72 hours.The cells showed G_2/M arrest and apoptosis.Conclusion:Oxaliplatin suppresses the growth of K562 cells in vitro by causing cell-cycle arrest,and cell apoptosis.The mechanisms of oxaliplatin provide theoretical guidance for clinical treatment.

Objective To investigate neural correlates of directed forgetting. Methods ERP was recorded from 12 healthy postgraduates while they performed a directed forgetting task based on the item-cueing method. During the study phase, each word was followed by a cue indicated that it need to be remembered, to be forgotten or just to be viewed. During the test phase, subjects were asked to make an old/new recognition response. One-way ANOVA of repeated-measurement and paired comparisons were carried out for the cue factor. Results Both of the accuracy and reaction time of the TBR group were significantly superior to those of the other two groups. No significant behavioral effect was found between the TBF group and the TBV group. In the study phase, statistical parametric mapping of ERP suggested the cue effects were presented in the frontal poles ( 200～300 ms ) and the parietal regions (300～400 ms) ,the left fronto-parietal and the right occipital region (450～700 ms). The difference between the TBF and the TBV was significant in the left parietal area (500～525 ms) and has the significant trend in the right frontal area ( 350～600 ms). In the retrieval phase, the old/new effects of ERP occurred in the left fro-nto-temporal (300～450 ms) for the TBF cue. Conclusions The TBF cue and the TBV cue have the equivalent behavioral performance. During the study period, the activation of the right frontal lobe and the left parietal suggests the active inhibition evoked by the TBF cue. And the TBR cue can enhance the rehearsal function of left hemisphere and improve the memory performance of words. The retrieval of the items of TBF is based on more familiarity and less recollection.

After a description of the demand for qualified health information professionals, the employment of graduates from department of information management and information system in medical colleges and universities, and the importance of writing graduation thesis, the problems in teaching how to write graduation thesis were analyzed with suggestions put forward for their solution. A new teaching model of writing graduation thesis was established according to the growth assessment theory.

Objective To investigate effect of Hongjingtian injection adjuvant therapy on blood glucose, blood lipid and clinical efficacy in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods 40 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.20 cases in control group were treated with routine treatment, 20 cases in experimental group were treated on the basis of control group by Hongjingtian injection.Fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and clinical efficacy were compared post-treatment.Results Compared with pre-treatment, the level of LDL-C and TC in control group was lower(P <0.05), the levels of FBG, TC, TG and LDL-C in experimental group were lower (P <0.05), and the HDL-C level was higher (P<0.05).Compared with control group, the levels of LDL-C, TG, TC and FBG in experimental group were lower (P<0.05), and the HDL-C level was higher (P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group (95.00%) was higher than control group (65.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hongjingtian injection can decrease the level of fasting blood glucose in patients with acute cerebral infarction and decrease serum TG, TC, LDL-C level, increase the level of HDL-C, improve the clinical efficacy, and have a guiding significance for clinical.

Objective To analyze the association of serumγ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) level with kidney function in essential hypertension patients.Methods 500 patients with essential hypertension were selected.They were divided into high glomerular filtration rate (GFR) group,normal renal function group,mild renal function decline group,and moderate or severe renal function decline group based on GFR.The fasting blood glucose,serum lipid,routine laboratory tests,hepatic and renal function were detected by routine methods.The one way ANOVA test was used to show differences among groups,and the relationship of serum GGT with GFR was assessed by using the Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regressions.Results There were 500 hypertension patients [(56.03 ±7.38)years old,240 males and 260 females] enrolled in this study.Among them,43 (23/20) cases were in the high GFR group,161 (82/79) cases were in the normal renal function group,219(105/114) cases were in the mild renal function decline group,and 77 (30/47) cases were in the moderate or severe renal function decline group.The sex,blood pressure,heart rate,body mass index,fasting blood glucose,blood lipid level had no statistically significant differences among the groups (all P ＞ 0.05),but the age,aspartate transaminase (AST),alanine transaminase (ALT) and GGT had statistically significant differences among the groups (all P ＜ 0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed:age (r =0.278,P =0.002) was negatively associated with GFR,while AST (r =0.159,P =0.003),ALT (r =0.352,P ＜ 0.001) and GGT(r =0.237,P ＜ 0.001) were positively correlated with GFR.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the serum GGT (β =0.146,95％ CI 0.099,0.282,P ＜0.001) was also positively correlated with GFR.Conclusion Our study demonstrated that the level of GGT was positively correlated with GFR in essential hypertension patients,and monitoring the changes of serum GGT may have significant effect on kidney function.
