Asthma is heterogeneous disorder which caused by a complicated interaction between multiple genes and environmental factors. A increasing number of attention has paid in the researches about its pathogenic mechanism and therapeutic strategies. Not only can Toll-like receptors and signal transduction pathways mediate relevant immunocyte of asthma, but also induce or restrain development of asthma. TLRs is a land of pattern recognition receptor(PRRs), which can rely on the conserved sequence of gene encoding to identify pathogenic microorganism, meanwhile activate innate immunity,adjust acquired immunity and induce immune tolerance.

Foods derived from plants are thought to be devoid of vitamin B12. We have found that some fermented foods contained microbiologically active vitamin B12 components.In order to ascertain the amount of physiological active vitamin B12, we have established a bioautographic area quantitative method of determination of vitamin B12. The procedure is described briefly as follows:The extract of fermented soybean food sample is spotted on a filter paper strip. The Paper is developed with a mixture of secbutanol-water-ammonia water- 5 % potassium cyanide (100: 50: 1: 0.5) using descending technique. After developing for 24-72 hours, the strip is taken out and dried in air. It is then put on the surface of nutrient agar containing E. coli 44110 and 2,3,5,-triphenyl tetrazolium chloride. After incubation, the area of spot of growth is measured and the amount of vitamin B12 in the sample is calculated.Two types of fermented soybean food samples were assayed by the above procedure, mean values of vitamin B12 content are: fermented soybean curd with strong smell contains 0.97 ?g/100g sample, fermented soybean curd contains 0.41 ?g/100g sample. Compared with animal foods, both types of fermented soybean foods may be considered as good source of vitamin B12.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treating ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods Sixty patients were divided into fumigation group (30 cases) and non-fumigation group (30 cases), the treatment course was 20 days. The changes of finger pitch, pillow away from the wall, hip flexion, hip extension of the patients and the impact of fumigation on acute inflammation (ESR, CRP) were observed. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine serum TNF-? and IL-10 before and after treatment to observe the effect of fumigation treatment on inflammatory cytokine expression. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 90.0% and control group was 83.3%. The efficiency rate of the treatment group was 66.6% and control group was 33.3%. After treatment, finger pitch, pillow away from the wall, hip flexion, hip extension of the treatment group were better than before treatment, the difference was significant. Objective:To discuss the maintenance and testing method, reduce CT machine fault, ensure the quality of CT machine performance, reduce the use of CT machine cost, increase the use value of CT machine,the better service for the masses and treatment.Methods:Using regular maintenance and inspection, specific Toshiba 64 row CT machine each time the content of maintenance and testing content.Results:Regular service and maintenance are the most effective CT machine performance quality guarantee the most basic method, can avoid 30% to 50% of the machine fault, not only greatly reduce the machine hardware damage failure incidence, software programs or data error of failure rates.Conclusion: The regular maintenance and maintenance is hotly debated in recent years the core content of preventive maintenance, periodic testing is an effective guarantee quality of CT machine performance of necessary measures, called on metrology institute and the centers for disease control and coordinated with the hospital, turn the two detection time about half a year, also accord with the national strong inspection requirements so that the rationality of the quality assurance, to avoid most of the repeated testing of national resources waste.

Objective:To explore the main points of pharmaceutical care performed by clinical pharmacists for patients with sick sinus syndrome ( SSS) and essential thrombocythemia ( ET) . Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the whole process of drug treatment for a case of SSS and ET,and focused on the rational use of hydroxyurea ( Hu) and aspirin, the intervention in the medication and the positive follow-up. Results:Serious ADR such as bone marrow suppression was avoided by pharmaceutical care, and bleeding increase including pocket hematoma during the operation didn’ t come up. Conclusion: Timely medical intervention, pharmaceutical care for the key drugs and strengthened follow-up are the breakthrough points for pharmaceutical service of clinical pharmacists.

Objective To explore the effect of polyethylene terephthalate artificial ligament revascularization on the treatment of distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury .Methods The data of 18 patients with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis injury in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014 were retrospectively analyzed .Fourteen patients received the bilateral suspension fixed technology ,and 4 cases were fixed with unilateral suspension fixation by extrusion screw which could be absorbed .The ankle joint mobility was measured during the follow-up,which were evaluated by American orthopedic foot and ankle society ( AOFAS) .Results Eighteen patients with distal tibiofibular syndesmosis in-jury were followed up for 12~17 months,with an average of 13.5 months.Imagings showed that the tibiofibular space was normal on postop-erative X-ray films,and there was no lost in 1 year.The PET of artificial ligaments were taken out ,and the artificial ligament and bone tissue were combined with a good ligament toughness .The pathological examination revealed the fibrous tissue grew in the artificial ligaments .Ac-cording to AOFAS ankle function grading evaluation of curative effect ,11 cases were excellent ,6 cases were good ,and 1 case was not obvious . Conclusion PET artificial ligament revascularization can recover the hinge functions of tibiofibular syndesmosis for patients with early recov -ery of ankle plantar flexion range in a short time .Different ways of fixed ligament had no obvious effect on functional recovery ,however,the extrusion screw technology can shorten the time of surgery .
