Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2013;20(19):2969-2971
Objective To investigate the effects of Benazepril on inflammatory cytokines in patients with primary hypertension and its efficacy analysis. Methods 72 patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension were randomly divided into benazepril group(37 cases)and control group(35 cases). The control group patients were given felodipine sustained release tablets Stag,1 times daily.Benazepril group were given benazepril tablets 10mg,1 times daily. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Changes in blood pressure and heart rate, plasma inflammatory cytokine levels and the adverse reactions were observed. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the patients' blood pressures were significantly decreased (t =2.87,2.43,2.31,2.23,P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) than before in both groups. And the decrease in the benazepril group was more obvious than that in the control group (t =2.21,2.13,all P < 0.05),while the patients' heart rates in the two groups showed no significant change (P > 0.05) ; Patients' plasma IL-4 and IL-8 levels decreased significantly, plasma IL-10 levels increased significantly (t =2.99,2.87,3.21,2.13,2.19,2.23,all P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the magnitude of decrease or increase in the benazepril group were more obvious compared with the control group (t =2.21,2.13,2.34,all P < 0.05).Conclusion Benazepril in the treatment of primary hypertension has good antihypertensive effect and security which can significantly reduce the plasma levels of proinflammatory cytokines IL-4 and IL-8 levels, improve the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 levels, and has the role of suppressing the inflammatory response of the vessel wall.
2.Cheng Jing's Experience in Treating Decline in Ovarian Reserve
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(11):1302-1304
Objective]To discuss and analyze Professor Cheng Jing's clinical experience for treating decline in ovarian reserve(DOR). [Method]Through learning from the tutor in the outpatient service and case studies ,we analyzed and summarized Pro. Cheng's recognition on the etiology and pathogenesis of DOR,together with his dialectical way of thinking, combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine ,and empirical prescriptions. [Result] Pro. Cheng believes that this disease lies in the kidneys as wel as in the thoroughfare and conception meridian ,the pathogenesis is kidney deficiency and the imbalance of the thoroughfare and conception meridian,or combined with the stagnation of liver qi,spleen deficiency, and blood stasis and phlegm fire (heat); the therapy is mainly nourishing and warming kidneys as wel as conditioning the thoroughfare and conception meridian ,combined with Chinese medicine's periodical therapy, such as adjusting the circulation of qi and blood in livers, spleens, hearts and other organs. [Conclusions] Pro. Cheng's combined therapy of Chinese and western medicine for curing DOR ,of which his empirical prescriptions the Bushenyichongkangshuaitang is the main part,is of remarkable curative effect and significant clinical value.
3.Application of Fast-Track Surgery and Laparoscopy in Treatment for Colorectal Cancer
Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery 2003;0(05):-
Objective To explore the variation about the application of fast-track surgery and laparoscopy in treatment for colorectal cancer in recent years. To investigate the probability of combining protocols of the two for treatment for colorectal cancer. Methods The clinical and basic literatures of related researches about colorectal treatment of laparoscopy and fast-track surgery were collected and reviewed. Results Compared with the traditional treatment modalities, both of fast-track surgery and laparoscopy used for the treatment of colorectal cancer have better clinical effects. Conclusions Fast-track surgery and laparoscopic techniques used for the treatment of colorectal cancer are feasible, but the combination of the two should be confirmed by further randomized controlled trials.
4.Role of system A amino acid transporter in fetal intrauterine growth restriction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(18):2859-2861
Fetal intrauterine growth restriction is one of the common diseases in the perinatal period, which not only increases the child morbidity and mortality in the perinatal period, affecting the long-term development of the nervous system, and can make the risk of adult obesity, hypertension, type Ⅱ diabetes increased significantly.A number of studies suggest that the down-regulation of A amino acid transporter expression is closely associated with intrauterine growth restriction. The down-regulation of A amino acid transporter expression may be an important cause of intrauterine growth restriction.

Although the treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) has made considerable progress in recent years, its mortality and disability have not been effectively controlled.Ischemic brain injury after SAH is considered to be an important reason for the poor prognosis of patients; however, its mechanism is still not fully understood.Studies have shown that the cerebral microcirculation disturbance after SAH is closely associated with ischemic brain injury. This article reviews the advances in research on cerebral microcirculation disturbance and ischemic brain injury after SAH.
7.Value of multi-parametric MRI in the diagnosis of prostatic abscess
Journal of Practical Radiology 2014;(12):2016-2019
Objective To elucidate the MRI appearance of prostatic abscess, the DWI and enhanced MRI features. Methods 12 cases of prostatic abscesses were retrospectively analyzed, the clinical symptom mainly manifested as lower urinary tract symptoms and fever. All of the patients were given routine MR examination including DWI sequence,6 patients received further enhanced MR examination. Results In the 12 cases, there were 4 cases behaved as single type,8 cases as multifocal type. The abscess showed iso-or slightly hypo-signal intensity on T1 WI,hyper-signal intensity on T2 WI,markedly high signal intensity on DWI and correspond-ing markedly low signal intensity on ADC.Complete abscess walls showed iso-or slightly hyper signal on T1 WI,hypo-signal inten-sity on T2 WI.The mature abscess walls were thin and smooth, which showed homogeneously ring enhanced in 4 cases. The imma-ture abscess walls showed uneven thickness and moderately enhanced in 2 cases.Septum in the abscess could be found in 4 cases, which showed similar enhancement to the abscess walls, while the abscess cavity showed non-enhanced.Abscesses involved the sur-rounding structures in 2 cases, the involved area showed obvious hyper-signal on T2 WI fat-suppression sequence. Conclusion DWI is the best sequence in the diagnosis of prostatic abscess, the markedly high signal intensity on DWI is the characteristic sign. The enhanced MRI showed the walls and septa clearly, the extent and involvement of adjacent structures. The multi-parametric MRI is a prominent procedure in the diagnosis of prostatic abcess.
