Objective To discuss dosimetric advantage, compliance, efficacy and prognostic factors of whole brain conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy ( IMRT ) combined with synchronous dosage for treatment of brain metastases. Methods Forty-one patients with metastatic tumor to the brain were confirmed by computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).They received whole brain irradiation and simultaneous integrated boost to bulky metastases by IMRT.Gross tumor volume(GTV) DT 4994-6990 cGy/ 22-30 fractions/4.4-6.0 weeks, whole brain DT 3990-5000 cGy/22-30 fractions/4.4-6.0 weeks. Results The median follow-up time was 6.4 months. The overall response rate, the median survival time and the overall survival at 1 year were 65.8 %,8 months,24.4 %.The brain-stem,spinalcord,lens,opticnerves were in the limited dose.In 21 patients, radioactive brain edema was happened, the rest did not appear early and late radiation reaction. Conclusion Whole brain irradiation using simultaneous integrated boost to bulky lesion by IMRT show an improvement in dose distribution and significant effect to patients with brain metastases. The therapy is well-tolerated and effective.

Objective To explore the value of Golgi protein 73 (GP73 )combined with phosphatidyl alcohol proteoglycans-3 (GPC3 )detection in early diagnosis of primary liver cancer (PLC).Methods The serum GP73 and GPC3 levels were detected in 40 PLC patients,48 patients with liver cirrhosis,45 hepatitis patients and 44 healthy people by ELISA.Results Serum GP73 was (812.37±81.59)pg/mL and GPC3 was(89.27±12.38)ng/mL in PLC group, and GPC3, GP73 positive expression rate were 82.5%,87.5% respectively, which were significantly higher than the other 3 groups.GPC3 and GP73 levels, positive expression rate in liver cirrhosis patients and hepatitis patients were significantly higher than healthy control group.Sensitivity, specific de-grees and accuracy of GPC3 combined with GP73 detection were 92.5%,100% and 93.81%, which were significantly higher than those of GP73 ,GPC3 single test (P<0 .05 ).Conclusion GP73 combined with GPC3 detection can significantly improve the accuracy of PHC,which shows a high value in early diagnosis of PLC.

An eco-friendly and fast HPLC method was developed for the determination of adenosine, inosine, guanosine and uridine in Cordyceps and related products (fermented mycelia of Hirsutella sinensis andPaecilomyces hepiali). The sample was ultrasonically extracted using 0.5% phosphoric acid solutions for 2.5 min. Sample separation was performed on a Poroshell SB-Aq column (50 mm × 4.6 mm, 2.7 μm) using eco-friendly mobile phase consisting of formic acid and ammonium formate aqueous solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min
