Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and outcome of neonates transferred by different ways. Method A total of 1 027 neonates transferred to neonatal intensive care unit(NICU)of our hospital from July 2009 to July 2010 were analyzed prospectively. They were divided into three groups: twoway transport(TWT),hospital-aided one-way transport(HAT)and self-help one-way transport(SHT).The conditions at admission and discharge and pre-hospital care of the neonates were compared between the groups. The data were statistically analyzed with square tests, variance analysis and Mann Whitney U test. Results The median ages of TWT,HAT, and SHT groups at admission were 0.46 d,0.33 d and 5 d respectively. The TWT and HAT neonates had smaller gestational age and birth weight than SHT ones, had more severe conditions and cost more,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Significant differences existed in all emergency treatment except in warming measures(x2=96.855～103.863,P<0.05).The cure percentage at discharge was the highest in SHT group,and differences in treatment results of three groups were significant(Z=-1.987 to-5.347,P<0.05).Conclusions The TWT and HAT neonates have smaller gestational age,ages at admission and birth weight than SHT ones,have more severe conditions,cost more and lower cure percentage at discharge than SHT ones.

Objective To investigate the relationship between hepatitis B virus (HBV) basic core promoter(BCP)/precore(PreC) mutations and severity of liver dis ease. Methods In 113 patients chronically infected with HBV, do uble mutations in BCP(T1762/A1764) and PreC mutation(A1896) were determined by INNO-LiPA and HB V genotype was determined by S gene sequencing. Results Whether in all patients or in patients infected by single genotype C, compared with AsC, the prevalence of double mutations in BCP(T1762/A1764) was higher in patients with CHB, LC and HCC[(24.1% vs 2.8%,? 2=5.93, P0.05). Conclusions The doubl e mutations in BCP(T1762/A1764 ) may be related to progressive liver disease in patients with chronic HBV infec tion.

Objective:Intracellular cytokine staining(ICCS) is applied to the detection of the immune response of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC)from subjects of different HLA A 02 supertype to influenza A matrix peptide.Methods:HLA A 02 subtype were identified by the way of SSP methods;PBMC from subjects with HLA A 02 were cocultured with influenza A matrix peptide (IMP) which was HLA A*0201 restricted CTL epitope, secreting cytokine such as IL 2, IFN ?,TNF ? were measured by ICCS.Results:PBMC from HLA A 02 positive subjects had memory immune response to IMP.Conclusion:①The method of ICCS can be used for quantitive detecting T cell activating status specificly;②the memory immune response to IMP58 66 peptide exists in all of the HLA A 02 positive persons;③among different HLA A 02 subtype, there are cross reactivity to HLA A 0201restricted peptide.

Background and purpose: The position of thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) expression during cell division is in the cytoplasm. It is a catalytic enzyme to convert deoxythymidine into thymidylate. It is the key enzyme of pyrimidine salvage pathway. The aim of this study was to analyze the serum expression level of TK1 in patients with breast cancer, and explore the application of serum TK1 test in clinical assessments of diagnosis, treatment and prognosis for breast cancer. Methods: Patient data were collected from the patients admitted in Comprehensive Breast Health Center at Rui Jin Hospital. Chemiluminesence dot blot assay was used to detect serum TK1 levels in 145 breast cancer patients and 55 patients with breast ifbroadenoma. The correlations of serum TK1 levels with breast tumor biological behavior was further studied. Results:Serum TK1 expression levels was signiifcantly increased in breast cancer patients [(2.749±0.122)pmol/L] when compared to breast fibroadenoma patients[(1.319±0.126)pmol/L, P<0.000 1]. Serum TK1 levels were statistically increased in patients with lymph node metastasis (P=0.049), distal metastasis (P=0.003 1), and late TNM stages (P=0.01). No serum TK1 level differences were found in patients with different ages (P>0.05), different tumor grades (P=0.453) and different tumor size (P=0.908). Preoperative imaging results including breast ultrasound, breast mammography and breast magnetic resonance were analyzed by assessments of BI-RADS category, and serum TK1 levels in patients with different BI-RADS categories were studied. Serum TK1 levels in patients with breast ultrasound BI-RADS categories 4C-6 were signiifcantly higher than those with category 0-4B (P<0.001). Consistently, the serum TK1 levels in patients with MR BI-RADS categories 4C-6 were higher than categories 0-4B (P=0.005). The serum TK1 levels in patients with mammography BI-RADS categories 4C-6 were higher than categories 0-4B (P=0.032). The serum TK1 levels were signiifcantly increased in patients with ER high expression in breast tumor tissues than those with low expression (P=0.034). Serum TK1 levels had no differences in patients with different expression levels of PR, HER-2 and MIB-1 (P>0.05). Most patients were followed up in our outpatient department for about 2 years. No progression-free survival differences were found in 2years. Conclusion:Serum TK1 test might be a potential tool for screening, prognosis determination and effect evaluations of targeted therapy in breast carcinoma.

Objective; To evaluate the influence of electrolyte's concentration at micro-arc oxide treatment on the bonding strength of titanium to porcelain. Methods; CP titanium specimens with size of 25 mm ×3 mm ×0. 5 mm were treated with micro-arc oxidation (MAO) in Na_2SiO_3 solution of three different concentrations. After ultra-low-fusing porcelain was applied, a three-point-flexure-test was used to evaluate the bonding strength of titanium to porcelain. The surface of the specimens was observed by SEM and EDS, as well as the interface between titanium and porcelain. Results; The bonding strength values between titanium treated with MAO and porcelain was significantly higher then the control groups, Croup 20 g/L has the highest bonding strength values. SEM/EDS suggested that a porous thin layer of oxide which contains Si element is created by MAO, and higher concentration of Na_2SiO_3 leads to more Si element in oxide. Conclusion; MAO treating can improve the bonding strength between titanium and ceramic. Electrolyte's concentration has an effect on the bond strength between titanium and porcelain.

AIM:To investigate atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) circadian in the encapsulated human ANP(hANP) cDNA transfected cells,to alter the ANP circadian by artificial control to achieve the objective of effectively treat hypertension or congestive heart failure(CHF). METHODS:ANP cDNA was transfected into Chinese hamster ovary(CHO) cells,which were encapsulated in polycarprolactone(PCL) tubes.The longterm survival of transfected CHO cells and the levels of ANP secreted were detected.Circadian rhythm of ANP secreted by encapsulated transfected cells was also studied,which was regulated by melatonin. RESULTS:During culturing,the ANP level secreted by transfected CHO cells in 2 mL of culture medium within 24 hours could reach 210.3 ng/L in a 20 mm-long and 2 mm-diameter PCL tube.The section of ANP displayed a circadian variation:higher in daytime,but lower at night.The acrophase of circadian rhythm was 4:15 but could be shifted to 7:55 after melatonin management. CONCLUSION:ANP cDNA transfected CHO cells that encapsulated into PCL tube can secret ANP,which might be suitable for the future implantation into human body.Our research provides a new approach in the treatment of hypertension and CHF by ANP.

To identify the structure of three related substances in potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate (PSDS), an HPLC preparation method was used to separate the impurities. These main impurities were identified using LC-ESI/TOFMS, LC-ESI/MSn, NMR, UV and IR. One of the main impurities was a hydrolyzed and oxidized product of PSDS, which has not been reported previouely. The other two impurities were hydrolyzed products of PSDS after losing different succinic acids. The results indicate that PSDS can be easily hydrolyzed and oxidized. It should be stored at cool and dry places.

Objective: This study is to manufacture the templates for costal cartilage carving, by digital simulation and three-dimensional printing technology, to realize the individualization of rhinoplasty. Methods: Preoperative simulated images and 6-month postoperative images, of 10 patients were included in this study. The simulation was produced using Geomagic Studio 2013 and 3-matic Research 9.0 software, according to patients′requirements. The templates for costal cartilage carving during the operation, were designed, measured and three-dimensional printed. Statistical analyses were performed using paired t-test. Results: The dorsal length in preoperative simulation was significantly shortened, compared with postoperative [(4.73±0.11) cm vs. (4.88±0.16) cm, t=-0.465, P=0.001). The nasal tip projection in preoperative simulation is parallel with postoperative[(2.66±0.10) cm vs. (2.66±0.11) cm, t=0.068, P=0.947). The nasolabial angle in preoperative simulation is slightly greater than postoperative, yet failed to reach statistical significance (95.3±3.1 degrees vs. 94.3±3.0 degrees, t=1.936, P=0.085). Most of the patients were satisfied with both the preoperative simulation and the surgical outcomes. Conclusions With the assistance of digital simulation and three-dimensional printing technology, the expectation of rhinoplasty patients can be visualized, which is helpful to minimize the difference between surgical outcomes and the patient′s anticipation. Therefore, the digital simulation and three-dimensional printing technology should be considered, to provide individually surgical plan for this group of patients.

Objective To evaluate the effects of different non-pharmacological interventions on postpartum depression,and to provide the evidence for the formulation of relevant intervention programs.Methods Databases,including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database,VIP database,PubMed,EMBase,the Cochrane Library,were systematically searched for randomized controlled trials(RCT)on the effects of non-pharmacological interventions on postpartum depression.The search time limit was from the establishment of the database to July 2022.Network meta-analysis was performed using Stata17.0 and Review Manager 5.3 software.Results A total of 43 studies were included,including 14 non-pharmaceutical interventions,involving 4451 parturients.The results of network meta-analysis showed that compared with the usual care group,exercise therapy[SMD=-5.41,95％CI(-6.94,-3.89),P＜0.001],cognitive behavioral therapy[SMD=-4.72,95％CI(-6.13,-3.31),P＜0.001],acupuncture and moxibustion[SMD=-4.52,95％CI(-8.01,-1.03),P＜0.001]and the comprehensive psychotherapy[SMD=-4.64,95％CI(-8.53,-0.75),P＜0.001]had better improvement effects on postpartum depression.The results of the area under the cumulative rank probability map showed that exercise was the best non-pharmacological intervention to improve postpartum depression.Conclusion Exercise has the best effect on improving postpartum depression,and it is recommended that clinical nursing care should be prioritized.However,a large number of high-quality RCTs are still needed for verification.

Learning objective clarity is very important for college students' classroom learning . Health assessment course as one of the compulsory course of nursing teaching, is the basis of nursing students' learn nursing profession, therefore to explore the related factors of health assessment course learning objec-tives has its practical significance. Under the guidance of the concept of the reform of the teaching system, the SIMPP analysis of the students learning objective in the college nursing students in health assessment course has been carried out. Results show that among college nursing students, three kinds of students' learning goals are very clear, four kinds of students' learning goals are clear, and two kinds of students' learning goals are unclear. The related factors influencing the nursing students' learning goal mainly are the student personal subjective factors. Teachers should pay attention to the observation of the students' study status in health assessment course, understand the student individual situation, control the clear degree of learning goals among students and do the ideological work of students at the beginning of the course to im-prove the students' clear degree of learning goals.
