Objective To investigate uncertainty in illness state and its influential factors in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 280 hospitalized patients with lung cancer were evaluated with the scales of the demographic data and the Mishel's Chinese version of uncertainty in illness. Results Totally 280 qualified questionnaires were obtained, and the rate for response was 93. 3%. The total score of the uncertainty in illness was (105.15?2. 66); There was a significant difference of the score of the uncertainty in illness among different occupation groups, smoking status, self-uncomfortable level of disease groups, self-knowing of suffering from lung cancer groups, different treatment groups, different degree of social support groups, different religious belief groups; Religious beliefs influent the sense of uncertainty in illness in Patients with Lung Cancer. Conclusions There is a high degree of uncertainty in illness in patients with lung cancer; Lung cancer patients with different features have different levels of uncertainty in illness; Religious beliefs influent the sense of uncertainty in illness in Patients with Lung Cancer.

OBJECTIVE To establish the mice model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) complicated with depression induced by smoke, and to evaluate the therapeutic effects and mechanism of modified Wendan Decoction on these mice models.METHODS Mice were randomly divided into normal control group and model group.Model group was given smoke four times a day. After 15 weeks, sugar consumption of both the model group and the control group were tested as well as the pathological changes of airway and lung tissue of the two groups were observed. In recognition of COPD with depression models being successfully constructed, mice in the model group were further randomly divided into model group, high dose group of Modified Wendan Decoction, low dose group of Modified Wendan Decoction and positive drug group, with the medi-cine administration lasting for 3 weeks. Then the sugar consumption, tail suspension test, pulmonary function and the number of inflammatory cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of each group were tested and the airway and lung tissue patho-logical changes were once more observed.RESULTS Compared with normal control group, the weight and sugar consumption of model group decreased and the enhanced respiratory pause(Penh)increased after 15 weeks of smoking.Compared with the model group, the body weight and sugar consumption of the Modified Wendan Decoction group increased, with significantly re-duced inspiratory resistance(RI),increased lung dynamic compliance(Cdyn),decreased total number of leukocyte and neutro-phils than those of the model group. In addition, the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and inflammatory factors in hippocampus were decreased.CONCLUSION The COPD with depression mouse model established by smoke is in accordance with the dis-ease development and and its clinical features.Chinese medicine Modified Wendan Decoction has therapeutic effects on the im-provement of pathological and functional changes in mice with COPD and depression.

Objective:To obtain ancient traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)literatures relating to tumor and visual analysis by an automatic framework tool, in order to systematically sort out the development of ancient Chinese medicine oncology. Method:Based on the database platform of ancient TCM books, names of tumor-related diseases in ancient TCM books were retrieved by Selenium WebDriver, an automation framework tool under Python 3.8. Lxml's etree library was used to parse the data. Statistics was made for "classification", "authors", "completion time" and "summary" of relevant ancient books automatically. After the data was checked and processed, Tableau 2019.2 software was used for data visualization analysis. And ancient Chinese medicine literatures relating to tumor were consulted at the database manually, with the dynasties as the clue, and the symptoms, etiology, pathogenesis and prognosis as the emphasis, this paper explores the development process of TCM oncology. Result:A total of 774 349 bytes of text data of 1 128 entries in 242 ancient books were included automatically. According to the findings, there were simple classification and time distribution of tumor diseases in ancient TCM books in the pre-Qin period, with a simple view on the pathogenesis of tumor diseases. From the Han dynasty to the Tang dynasty, the number of relevant literature records and the types and disease names had gradually increased, which further enriched the cognition of tumor nature, signs, classification methods, differential diagnosis;in Song and Ming dynasties, the proportion of Chinese prescription books and surgery books had increased gradually, with the largest number of abdominal organ tumor names among all dynasties;from Qing dynasty to the Republic of China, literatures relating to tumor name and classification were the most improved, and then the TCM tumor syndrome differentiation and treatment system had been formed. Conclusion:It was found that TCM oncology originated in the pre-Qin dynasty, and was improved in the Han and Tang dynasties, mature in the Song and Ming dynasties and completed in the Qing dynasty and the Republic of China. The data visualization method with integrated automation framework and parsing tools is helpful to analyze the subdivision characteristics of ancient TCM literatures, which is convenient, efficient and innovative,in the expectation to provide a classic reference for contemporary TCM studies.

OBJECTIVETo explore the expression change of the genes related with matrix reconstitution during the injury and reconstitution of murine bone marrow following treatment with 5-fluorouracil (5-FU).
METHODSC57BL/6 mice received intraperitoneal injection of 5-FU (200 mg/kg), and peripheral blood cell counts were monitored at 3, 6, 9, 15, 21, 27 days after treatment. Bone marrow cells were harvested at these times for total RNA extraction using TRIzol. Reverse transcriptions in combination with real-time PCR were performed for detecting expression of genes related with matrix reconstitution, including ECM-1, MMP-2, MMP-3, MMP-13 and TIMP-1.
RESULTSAfter injection of 5-FU, the numbers of three line cells in peripheral blood (i.e. RBC, WBC and platelets) decreased and then recovered with differential dynamics. Similarly, RT-qPCR revealed that all the 5 detected gene expressions were significantly up-regulated during the injury. The mRNA expression of MMP-2 reached to peak at day 3 while the other genes reached to peak at day 6. MMP-3 has a low expression when compared with others, but its expression increased significantly after injury.
CONCLUSIONIn 5-FU induced hematopoietic injury and reconstitution model, matrix reconstitution-related genes may play an important role in hematopoietic reconstitution, but different genes play different roles at various time, and cooperate with each other for hematopoietic reconstitution.

Objective:To explore the status of disability, characteristics of unmet needs and services of rehabilitation and their related factors for adults with disabilities (AWDs). Methods:A total of 2 315 498 AWDs were sampled from the provincial level administration data (2019). Multiple response analysis was used to analysis the disability status of AWDs, characteristics of unmet needs and received services of rehabilitation, and related factors were explored with Logistic regression. Results:The distribution of disabilities for AWDs from high to low were physical disabilities (62.2%), visual disabilities (9.9%), intellectual disabilities (8.4%), mental disorders (7.3%), hearing disabilities (6.9%), multiple disabilities (2.8%) and speech disabilities (2.5%). The reporting rate of unmet needs of rehabilitation for AWDs from high to low were assistive devices (49.0%), medicine (33.3%), nursing care (27.7%), functional training (20.2%) and surgery (1.9%). The reporting rate of received service for AWDs from high to low were assistive devices (44.1%), nursing care (26.6%), medicine (25.9%), functional training (22.2%) and surgery (1.3%). The logistic regression model shown that types and severities of disabilities had significant effects on unmet needs and received services of rehabilitation for AWDs (
