Tumor immune microenvironment has been the focus of tumor research in recent years, and its role in tumor regulation has become prominent and has received increasing attention. The imbalance of the tumor immune microenvironment plays an important role in promoting tumor progression, and the adjustment of its instability plays an important role in controlling tumor progression. The theoretical idea of Traditional Chinese Medicine's "Yipingweiqi" is basically the same as that of modern medicine of controlling tumors by maintaining the balance of the immune microenvironment. This study discusses the aspects of tumor immune microenvironment, its destabilization, relationship to tumor progression, importance in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and regulation by Traditional Chinese Medicine with different treatments. In particular, this work focuses on the role of Traditional Chinese Medicine in maintaining the balance of the tumor immune microenvironment and its potential mechanism by using qi benefit, yang warming, dampness eliminating, and heat clearing under the guidance of the principle of "Yipingweiqi". Results will provide reference for the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors.

Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a neurovascular unit lesion caused by diabetes mellitus, the incidence of which has increased significantly with the increase of the diabetic population. Therefore,it is important to use a reasonable animal model to explore the pathogenesis and therapeutic targets of DR.The db/db mouse is a relatively mature animal model of spontaneous type 2 diabetes and is therefore widely used in early prevention and treatment studies of type 2 DR.This paper describes the progress of db/db mouse model in exploring the pathogenesis of DR and the pharmacological research of Chinese and Western medicine,in order to provide a certain reference for the research of DR and drug development.

Objective To evaluate the quality of evidence-based guidelines on senile functional constipation management and provide references for decision-making and the development of evidence-based guidelines suitable for China. Methods A search of Guideline International Network (GIN), National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC), National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN), Canadian Medical Association (CMA), New Zealand Guidelines Group (NZGG), Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO), National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC), American College of Gastroenterology (ACG), China Guideline Clearinghouse (CGC), Medlive website, and related websites and databases were conducted to screen the guidelines on senile functional constipation management with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Appraisal of Guidelines for Research & Evaluation Ⅱ (AGREE Ⅱ) was applied on the methodological value evaluation for searched guidelines. The overall agreement among 3 appraisers was measured by the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). The analysis of advices from guidelines was performed. Results A total of 5 evidence-based guidelines were included, which were all from abroad. The average scores of guidelines in six domains of AGREE Ⅱ were 97.78% (scope and purpose), 78.52% (stakeholder involvement), 79.86% (rigor of development), 89.63% (clarity of presentations), 63.89% (applicability), and 86.87% (independence) respectively. The ICC were 0.887- 0.971. Considering the overall quality evaluation, 3 of them were grade A and 2 of them were grade B. The recommendations of included guidelines were almost consistent. Conclusions The overall quality of included guidelines is high. There is no local evidence-based guideline of senile functional constipation management in China. High-quality guidelines can offer the evidence support for the development of clinical practical guideline for senile functional constipation management. Foreign guidelines should be localized before their application in the clinic in China.

Objective:To evaluate the usability of gamification coronary heart disease health management platform based on WeChat, so as to provide support for self-management of coronary heart disease patients. Methods:From November to December 2022, 10 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated at Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected using convenience sampling. The research subjects registered for the health management platform by scanning the QR code and underwent a 2-month trial experience. Two months later, researchers collected data from the platform and used a combination of questionnaire surveys and qualitative interviews to investigate the user's experience and feedback of the research subjects, in order to evaluate the usability of the platform. Results:Within two months, the health management platform had 226 visits, an average visit time of 26 minutes, and an availability questionnaire score of (71.8±2.8). The research subjects had an acceptable attitude towards the usability of this platform, had a good overall user experience, and had also provided improvement suggestions for the platform while they gained beneficial experiences. Conclusions:The gamification coronary heart disease health management platform based on WeChat has good usability, providing a feasible means for the health management of heart disease patients, and also providing reference for other chronic disease health management projects involving lifestyle changes and incentives.

Objective To investigate the turnover intention of nursing staff in a Beijing tertiary traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM ) hospital. Methods Self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 295 nursing staff from a tertiary TCM hospital. The questionnaire included the general information of nurses, problems that nurses faced with and turnover intention. Results Nurses satisfied with current job or somewhat satisfied with current job accounted for 80%; 86% of nurses once had job burnout; and 35% of nurses had turnover intention. Influencing factors of nurses′ turnover intention contained wages, working pressure, large workload, etc. Conclusions Labor unions of hospitals and the administrative departments should be more concerned about the nurses, provide relief measures, and improve the social benefits of nurses.

Constipation is a common complication in elderly stroke patients. With a high incidence, it will aggravate the condition, affect the prognosis and lower the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medical nursing has a unique effect on preventing and treating poststroke constipation. This paper tries to summarize the relevant research as well as the current research in traditional Chinese medical theories, Chinese medicine prevention and treatment as well as characteristic techniques in traditional Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, it also tries to reflect on the research, and offer a reference for relevant research and clinical nursing in the future.
