Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of CDK1,TFF2 and HPV16/18 infection in uterine cervical carcinomas. Methods Formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded samples including 50 cases of squamous cell carcinomas,20 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CINⅡ-Ⅲand 20 cases of CINI and 20 cases of normal cervical tissues were studied.Using Polymer DetectionSystem For Immuno-Histological Staining(PV-9000)as immunohisto-chemical detecting method.the expression of TFF2 and CDK1 in these samples were examined. The infections of HPV type 16,18 DNA were determined by PCR.Results There were significant differences for CDK1 between carcinomas,CIN and normal cervices, respectively(all P<0.05).Expression of CDKl were correlated with tumor grades(P<0.05).The positive expression of TFF2 in carcinomas was significantly lower than that in normal cervical tissue and CIN.There was significant differences amongthem(P<0.05).Expression of TFF2 were correlatedwith age(P<0.05).Thepositive rate of HPV16/18 was significant difference between cervical carcinomas,CIN and normal tissues(P<0.05),and it was not associated with age, tumor grades, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis(all P>0.05).The expression of CDK1 was not associated with TFF2 and HPV16/18(all P>0.05).The expression of HPV16/18 was associated with TFF2(rs=-0.500,P<0.05).Conclusions The results suggest that in tissues of CIN and cervical carcinomas in TFF2 and CDK1 expression changes and HPVl6/18 infection interact with each other, which can effect the progression of CIN and carcinogenesis of cervical carcinomas.

Objective:To explore the expression of Toll-like receptor(4TLR4),nuclear factor -kappaB p65(NF-?Bp65) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-?)in placenta of preterm birth of infected mouse model,as well as intervention of N-Acetylcysteine(NAC) in order to develop a novel strategy for prevention from premature birth. Methods:Expression of mRNA and protein of TLR4,NF-?Bp65 and TNF-? in the mouse placenta of premature birth was analyzed by using RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry.LPS injection was taken to develop the infectious mouse mode, and the incidence of premature birth was observed. The regimen of NAC intervention was performed and its modulation for placenta expression of TLR4,NF-?Bp65 and TNF-? was investigated. Results:It was shown that TLR4,NF-?Bp65 and TNF-? were expressed at a low level in control groups and in LPS model groups, their expressions were significantly increased when compared with the control groups(P

Objective To evaluate the association between hemoglobin concentration and stroke severity on admission in ischemic stroke without diabetes. Methods Based on the China National Stroke Registry, the information of acute stroke patients were collected by trained research coordinators and investigators with the methods of review clinical records or interview. Demography, disease history, behavior and habits, hemoglobin concentration, and NIHSS score on admission were collected in this study. The iIncluded patients with the integri?ty of the information of non diabetes,3 h to the hospital,no gastrointestinal bleeding and Hb concentration and NIHSS score at admission. Hemoglobin concentration was classed according to quintiles and the outcome was grouped into ≤3 and >3 groups. The method of logistic regression was used to explore the association between hemoglobin and NIHSS. Results A total of 1 419 individuals was included in this study, including 883 males and 536 females. The mean age was 67. 24±12. 46 years old and the proportion of NIHSS>3 was 67. 51% (958/1419). With respect to non?minor stroke (NIHSS>3),the odds rations and 95% confident intervals of patients with hemoglobin ≤121. 0 g/L(Q1),>122. 1-≤132. 0 g/L(Q2),>141. 0-≤152. 0 g/L(Q4),≥152. 1 g/L (Q5) were 1. 84(95%CI 1. 21-2. 79,P=0. 004),1. 24(95%CI 0. 83-1. 86,P=0. 294),1. 32(95%CI 0. 88-1. 96,P=0. 178) ,1. 52( 95%CI 1. 01-2. 28,P=0. 044) respectively, compared with hemoglobin between 132. 0 and 141. 0 g/L( Q3) . Conclusion Stroke severity is associated with lower and higher hemoglobin concentration in acute ischemic stroke without diabetes.

Objective To explore the relationship between life events and depression of patients with primary sjgren's syndrome (PSS).Methods 80 patients with PSS complicating depressive disorder were tested by self-rating depression scale(SDS) and life event scale (LES),and compared with the control group including 80 PSS patients with non-depressive disorder matched with age and sex. Then the correlation between SDS and LES were analyzed. Results The total score of life events (32.72 ± 13.93),the score of negative life events (24.36 ±11.24),the score of SDS(58.60 ± 16.78) and the frequency of life events(91.3%) in the research group were higher than those in control group(P < 0.05),but the positive life events score (7.15 ± 5.84) was lower than that in control group (9.76 ± 7.29),and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05),there were more negative life events, especially on the aspects of family, work and study in the research group. There was positive correlation among the negative life events score, total score of life events and SDS score in the research group(P< 0.01),meanwhile,negative correlation was revealed between the score of positive life events and SDS score in the research group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Patients with PSS complicating depressive disorder experienced more negative life events which play an important role in depression of patients with PSS.

Objective To survey the prevalence and the related factors of depression in patients with primary Sj(o)gren's syndrome (pSS),and provide references for early mental intervention. Methods The depression state of 217 patients with pSS was screened with self-rating depression scale (SDS) first and then assessed by Hamilton depression scale (HAMD,17 index). The prevalence of depression was determined based on the diagnosis of psychiatrist based on the 3rd edition of Chinese classification of mental disorders (CCMD Ⅲ).The personality was evaluated by Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ),and the life events were questionnaired by life events scale (LES).The general condition was analyzed by self-designed questionnaire.Finally,step-wise multiple factor regression analysis was carried out to determine the risk factors that best accounted for the depression. Results The prevalence rate of depression in patients with pSS was 39.2% (85/217).There were 5 factors entered the regression equation by multifactor regression analysis. They were severe pain, concerns of doctor and nurse, known of the fact by patients, adverse life events, and neuroticism of EPQ,and the concern of doctor and nurse was negatively correlated. Conclusion More attention from clinicians should be paid to the depression of pSS.Patients with severe pain, lack of attention from doctors and nurses, known of the disease itself, adverse life events and neurotic personality traits are factors related with depression.Recognizing the risk factors early can provide guidance for early psychological intervention.
