Objective:To analyze the relationship between the high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and anxiety levels in patients hospitalized with cardiovascular-related diseases and hypertension. Methods:A total of 221 patients hospitalized with cardiovascular-related diseases in the Fuwai Hospital were selected by a voluntary sampling method from September to December 2021. Participants were divided into hypertensive and non-hypertensive groups ( n=119 and n=102) based on the diagnosis of hypertension in their inpatient medical records. Anxiety levels were assessed using the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, and the levels of serum hs-CRP were estimated by automatic immunoanalyzer. Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between hs-CRP and anxiety. Results:In the hypertensive group, the risk of anxiety in patients with abnormal hs-CRP (>3 mg/L) was 4.239 times (95% CI: 1.569-11.748, P=0.005) higher than those in normal hs-CRP (≤3 mg/L). In turn, compared with patients without anxiety, those with anxiety had 3.878 times greater probability of experiencing abnormal hs-CRP (95% CI: 1.495-10.062, P=0.005), while those with mild anxiety and moderate to severe anxiety had 4.525 times (95% CI: 1.392-14.714, P=0.012) and 3.286 times (95% CI: 0.911-11.357, P=0.070) greater odds of experiencing abnormal hs-CRP, respectively. No similar significant association was seen in the non-hypertensive group. Conclusion:There is an interrelationship between elevated hs-CRP and anxiety in hospitalized patients with cardiovascular-related diseases and hypertension.

Objective To explore the teaching effect of flipped classroom teaching mode supported by the 3D printing model in the embryology experiment. Methods Totally 76 students from class 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group previewed the embryo 3D models before class and taught other students in class, while the control group did not preview the embryo 3D models before class. An embryo knowledge test and a questionnaire survey were carried out before and after the experimental class to compare the differences of knowledge mastery and self-evaluation between the two groups. Results In the aspect of self-evaluation, the self-evaluation of the experimental group students in explaining the causes and explaining the process of development was significantly improved after the lecture (P<0.05), while the self-evaluation of the control group students in identifying the structure, understanding knowledge, telling the causes and explaining the process of development was significantly improved (P< 0.05). In terms of knowledge test scores, the scores of students in the experimental group and the control group after teaching were higher than those before teaching (P < 0.05). The improvement of the knowledge test in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group (P<0.05). The experiment group' s grades of knowledge test were significantly higher than the control group in the second experiment. 70.27% of the students thought that they were still lack of knowledge in the introspection of the causes of wrong answers. The misunderstanding of English nouns (15.54%), psychological factors (5.41%) and other factors (8.78%) also caused the students to lose points in the knowledge tests. Conclusion The combination of the 3D printing model and the flipped classroom teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching effect, which should be paid attention to in the reform of embryology experimental teaching.

Objective:High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) fingerprints of liposoluble and water-soluble fractions of Xiaojinwan were established and the similarity of fingerprints was evaluated, so as to explore the quality consistency of Xiaojinwan. Method:Chromatographic separation was carried out on Welch Ultimate AQ-C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with the mobile phase of 0.1% phosphoric acid solution (A)-acetonitrile (B) for gradient elution (liposoluble fraction of 0-5 min, 40%B; 5-10 min, 40%-50%B; 10-20 min, 50%-60%B; 20-30 min, 60%-65%B; 30-40 min, 65%-70%B; 40-50 min, 70%-80%B; 50-60 min, 80%-90%B; 60-65 min, 90%-95%B; 65-75 min, 95%-100%B; 75-80 min, 100%B; water-soluble fraction of 0-20 min, 2%-5%B; 20-30 min, 5%-10%B; 30-37 min, 10%-20%B; 37-45 min, 20%-30%B; 45-50 min, 30%-40%B; 50-58 min, 40%B), the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃. The detection wavelengths of the liposoluble and water-soluble fractions were 202, 250 nm, and their injection volumes were 10, 20 μL, respectively. A total of 30 batches of Xiaojinwan from five manufacturers were detected by HPLC, the chromatographic peaks of each part were analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA) and identified. Result:A total of 55 chromatographic peaks were detected in the fingerprints, and the similarity of fingerprint of 30 batches of Xiaojinwan was quite different. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of fingerprint similarity of liposoluble and water-soluble fractions of Xiaojinwan were 21.5% and 32.8%, respectively. There were significant differences in the quality of samples from different manufacturers and the same manufacturer, and the chemical consistency evaluation results were dominated by liposoluble fraction, and the main reason for the chemical difference of this preparation was the composition of Liquidambaris Resina. Conclusion:The quality consistency of Xiaojinwan is poor. The establishment of two-fraction fingerprint provides a new idea for the overall quality evaluation and control of Xiaojinwan, and can provide a reference for the quality consistency evaluation of traditional pills.

Objective To understand the prevalence of HIV infection and its influencing factors in the premarital physical examination population in Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province, 2017. Methods The data of people receiving premarital medical examination was collected, the demographic characteristics was described and the related factors was analyzed by Logistic regression. Results There were 21 875 participants receiving premarital medical examination in Dehong. 98(0.45%) participants were confirmed positive for HIV and male infection rate was 0.47% (52/10 955) and female was 0.42% (46/10 920). Among the 98 patients, 20 patients were infected in the first time, and main route was sexual transmission accounting for 81.63% (80/98). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age, ethnicity and drug use were the influencing factors for premarital couples infecting HIV. The risk of HIV infection in 31-40 and 41-50 years old group was higher than the people under 25 years old group(OR=3.78, 95% CI:1.81-7.89, P<0.001;OR=3.95, 95% CI:1.72-9.08, P=0.001). The infection risk of Dai and Jingpo ethnic group was higher than that of the Han ethnic(OR=1.86, 95% CI:1.06-3.29, P=0.031;OR=3.25, 95% CI:1.81-5.84, P<0.001). The risk of infection among drug users was much higher than non-drug users (OR=926.76, 95% CI:271.65-3 161.71, P<0.001). Conclusion Age, ethnicity, and drug use are influencing factors of HIV infection among premarital couples. Targeted measures need to be taken against risk factors. HIV infection is mainly transmitted by sexual transmission. It can be effectively detected and controlled through premarital medical examination.

OBJECTIVETo explore the effect of polydatin on the growth of TGF-β₁induced humanalveolar epithelium A549 cells and the mechanism of polydatin for inhibiting the process of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).
METHODSA549 cells in vitro cultured were randomly divided into five groups, i.e., the blank group, the control group, the low dose polydatin group, the middle dose polydatin group, the high dose polydatin group. Common culture fluid was added in A549 cells of the blank group. Five ng/mLTGF-β₁contained culture fluid was added in A549 cells of the control group. 50, 100, and 150 μmol/mL of polydatin plus 5 ng/mL TGF-β₁contained culture fluid was added in A549 cells of low, middle, and high dosepolydatin groups, respectively. Morphological changes were observed and recorded at different time points. The optimal concentration of polydatin was determined by MTT method. Protein and mRNA expressions of E-cad epithelial cell marker) and Vimentin (mesenchymal cell marker) were detected by Western blot and Real-time PCR.
RESULTSUnder inverted phase contrast microscope, A549 cells turned from previous pebble shape to fusiform shape after intervened by polydatin and TGF-β1. The intercellular space was enlargedand the intercellular connection became loose. These phenomena were more obviously seen in the control group. A549 cells were more satiated in low, middle, and high dose polydatin groups than in the control group. The EMT inhibition was most obviously seen in the middle dose polydatin group at 48 h. Protein and mRNA expressions of E-cad showed an overall descending tendency after intervened by polydatin and TGF-β1 (P < 0.05). But compared with the control group, protein and mRNA expressions of E-cad were down-regulated in a lesser amplitude in each intervened group. Besides, the tendency was more obviously seen at 48 h than at 24 h. Protein and mRNA expressions of Vimentin showed an overall up-regulating tendency. But compared with the control group, protein and mRNA expressions of Vimentin were down-regulated in a lesser amplitude in each intervened group. Besides, the tendency was more obviously seen at 48 h than at 24 h (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS Polydatin could inhibit TGF-β1 induced EMT process of A549 cells time- and dose-dependently. It also played roles in inhibiting pulmonary fibrosis.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the incidence of karyotypes and gene mutations for elder acute myeloid leukemia and to explore the relationship between each other.
METHODSClinical data and bone marrow samples of elder AML patients were collected. Karyotype and gene mutation (FLT3, NPM1, C-Kit, CEBPα, DNMT3A) test were performed, characteristics of karyotypes and gene mutations were analysed.
RESULTSThe incidence of better risk karyotype was 16.6%, in which the incidences of t(15;17), t(8;21) and inv (16)/t(16;16) were 3.90%, 10.73%, and 1.95% respectively; the incidence of intermediate risk karyotype was 72.2%, in which the incidence of normal karyotype was 57.86%; the incidence of poor risk karyotype was 11.20%, in which the incidence of of MLL/11q23, complex karyotype and monosomal karyotype were 1.95%, 6.34%, 5.85% respectively; the incidences of FLT3, NPM1, C-Kit, CEBPα, DNMT3A mutation were 12.57%, 22.06%, 2.16%, 14.71%, 15.71% respectively. Compared with patients older than 60 years, patients with age of 55-60 years were with less complex karyotype (1.09% vs 10.62%)(P=0.003) and monosomal karyotype (2.17% vs 8.85%)(P=0.032), and more t(8;21)(17.39% vs 5.31%)(P=0.008) and inv (16)/t(16;16)(4.35% vs 0.00%)(P=0.045).
CONCLUSIONFor older AML patients, great difference in the distribution of karyotyes was found between the patients older than 60 years and patients with age of 55-60 years, while no such characteristics was found for gene mutations. Good elucidation of karyotypes and gene mutations are key for the treatment of older acute myeloid leukemia patients.

Chinese Journal of Surgery 2013;51(9):780-783
OBJECTIVETo evaluate the effect of preoperative transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) on hepatocellular carcinoma located in caudate lobe.
METHODSTotally 29 cases of caudate lobe hepatocellular carcinoma admitted from January 2001 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively. Among the 29 patients, 23 were male and the other 6 were female. The median age was 52 years. According to receiving preoperative TACE or not, the 29 cases were divided into two groups: preoperative TACE plus surgery (group A, n = 11) and surgery only (group B, n = 18). The surgical results and long-term survival were compared between two groups.
RESULTSAfter TACE, the diameter of the tumour reduced by over 33.3% in 3 patients, 10.0% to 33.3% in 6 patients, and less than 10.0% in 2 patients. The duration of surgery and intraoperative blood loss in group A were (298 ± 39) minutes and (1031 ± 310) ml, respectively. The duration of surgery and intraoperative blood loss in group B were (281 ± 54) minutes and (868 ± 403) ml, respectively. No significant difference was found in terms of these two groups (t = 1.006, P = 0.324; t = 1.223, P = 0.232). In addition, 6 cases in group A developed complications and 4 cases in group B did so. Only one patient died because of postoperative complication, and this patient belonged to group A. No significant difference was found between two groups (χ(2) = 0.028, P = 0.868; χ(2) = 0.633, P = 0.426). The 5-year survival rate was 56.8% in group A and 34.9% in group B. The difference did not reach significant difference (P = 0.132).
CONCLUSIONSFor hepatocellular carcinoma located in caudate lobe, preoperative TACE does not significantly increase the surgical difficulty and impair the safety. In addition, preoperative TACE has the tendency to provide benefit to long-term survival.
