The Internet Public Opinion Monitoring and Early Warning System for medical and health industry was designed and implemented due to the frequent occurrence of Internet public opinion, which has all-directional data collecting and analyzing functions, including big data collection, near duplicate detection, spam filtration, key public opinion early warning, region identification and tendency analysis, and can thus provide evidence for relevant departments to take effective measures for the control of Internet public opinion.
2.Inhibitory Effects of NO-Fluvastatin on Proliferation of Human Lens Epithelial Cells in vitro by Modulating Cell Cycle Regulatory Proteins

Summary: The effects of NO-Fluvastatin on proliferation of human lens epithelial cells (HLECs) and the action mechanism were investigated. Cell proliferation was assessed by MTT assay. Cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry. The expression of cell cycle regulatory proteins CyclinE mRNA and P21wafl mRNA was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). MTT staining colorimetry showed that HLECs proliferation was markedly inhibited by NO-Fluvastatin and the effect was dependently related to time (24, 48 and 72 h) and dosage (1, 5 and 20 μmol/L). Flow cytometry revealed that NO-Fluvastatin could significantly block HLECs in the G0/G1 phase, resulting in the increased cells in the G0G1 phase and decreased in the S phase (P<0.05). RT-PCR showed that NO-Fluvastatin could obviously inhibit the CyclinE mRNA expression and induce the P21wafl mRNA expression as compared with the negative control groups (P<0.05). This experiment suggested that NO-Fluvastatin could suppress the proliferation of HLECs by regulating cell cycle regulatory proteins (inhibiting the expression of CyclinE mRNA and inducing the expression of P21wafl mRNA), resulting in the arrest of HLECs in the G0/G1 phase, which can offer theory basis for NO-Fluvastatin in treating posterior capsular opacification in clinic practice.
3.Relationship Between Longitudinal Trajectory of Systolic Blood Pressure and Atrial Fibrillation Occurrence in Kailuan Group Population

Objective: To explore the relationship between longitudinal trajectory of systolic blood pressure (SPB) and atrial fibrillation (AF) in Kailuan group population. Methods: Our study cohort consisted of 40727 participants with the specific criteria in Kailuan group, Tangshan. SAS Proc Traj procedure was used to identify longitudinal trajectories of SPB throughout 2006-2007, 2008-2009 and 2010-2011. There were 5 longitudinal trajectories generated: Low-stable group,n=10950, Moderate-stable group, n=19158, Moderate-high stable group,n=3713, High-moderate stable group,n=4702 and High stable group,n=2181. Log-rank test was performed to compare AF incidence throughout 2012-2013 and 2014-2015 by physical examination among different groups; Multi Cox regression analysis was conducted to study the relationship among different SBP longitudinal trajectories and AF occurrence. Results:①The mean age of participants was (51.81±11.54) years including 30693 (75.4%) male.②AF occurrence rates in Low-stable, Moderate-stable, Moderate-high stable, High-moderate stable and High stable groups were 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.5%, 0.5% and 0.6% respectively, allP<0.05.③Multi Cox regression analysis presented that with adjusted confounding factors, compared with the patients in Low-stable group, Moderate-high stable, High-moderate stable and High stable SBP longitudinal trajectories were the risk factors for new AF occurrence (HR=7.58, 95% CI 2.08-27.73), (HR=5.30, 95% CI 1.88-14.95) and (HR=8.52, 95% CI 1.96-37.09) respectively, allP<0.05. With excluded history of myocardial infarction/stroke, the sensitivity study showed the similar result with the major research trend. Conclusion: Elevated long trajectory of SPB was the risk factor for new AF occurrence in Kailuan group population.
4. Analysis on the gender-specific risk factors of new-onset cerebral hemorrhage

Objective:
To explore the gender-specific risk factors of new-onset cerebral hemorrhage.
Methods:
In this prospective cohort study,a total of 98 961 participants((51.1±12.6)years old), who underwent the 2006 to 2007 physical examination and met the inclusion criteria, were enrolled from the Kailuanstudy cohort. There were 78 908 (79.7%) male,and 20 053 (20.3%) female.The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage was observed once per year until December 31, 2016.The difference on the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage between male and female was compared. Multivariate Cox regression analysis was applied to analyze therisk factors of cerebral hemorrhage events among different genders.
Results:
The participants were followed up for(10.00±0.73) years,and 860 cerebral hemorrhage events were recorded during follow up. The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in the population was 86.90/10 million person years (standardized incidence rate of 47.85/10 million person years). 5.Accuracy of progress assessment with clear aligners.

OBJECTIVES:
This study aimed to investigate the accuracy of model superimposition and automatic analysis for upper and lower dentition widths in iTero Progress Assessment during the clear aligner process.
METHODS:
Nineteen cases were included in this retrospective case control study. Pretreatment dental cast (T0) and post treatment dental cast after staged treatment (T1) were available for three-dimensional (3D) model superimposition. The movements of maxillary teeth in the horizontal plane (cross section) after staged treatment and the widths of upper and lower dentitions were measured by 3D model superimposition in real world and iTero Progress Assessment. The data collected from the two methods were compared.
RESULTS:
The movements [Median (upper and lower quartiles)] of maxillary teeth in the horizontal plane after staged treatment were 2.31 (1.59, 3.22) and 1.79 (1.21, 3.03) mm in iTero Progress Assessment and 3D model analysis, respectively. Significant difference was observed between the two groups (P<0.05). In the measurement of upper and lower dentition width, four indicators were measured, including intercanine width upper, intermolar width upper, intercanine width lower, and intermolar width lower. Before treatment, the measurement of iTero Progress Assessment were (35.78±2.49), (56.21±2.51), (27.43±1.38), (52.26±2.91) mm, respectively, and actual measurement were (35.77±2.53), (56.17±2.47), (27.40±1.41), (52.30±2.86) mm, respectively, without significant difference (P>0.05). After stage treatment, the measurement of iTero Progress Assessment were (37.37±2.86), (57.76±2.56), (28.89±2.00), (54.16±2.19) mm, respectively, and actual measurement were (37.29±2.94), (57.71±2.63), (28.88±2.05), (54.01±2.15) mm, respectively, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05).
CONCLUSIONS
The data from iTero Progress Assessment did not coincide with the model superimposition results with palate as reference. The accuracy of model superimposition in iTero Progress Assessment needs further investigation, whereas the arch width analysis is accurate. Therefore, iTero Progress Assessment results should be interpreted with caution by orthodontists in clinical applications.
