Objective To analyze the prognostic value of age in patients with early stage breast cancer. Methods The clinical characteristics of 1030 patients with early stage breast cancer (the number of positive axillary lymph nodes was less than 3) were retrospectively reviewed. Of all the patients, 468(stage Ⅰ, n = 227; and stage Ⅱ , n = 241) received breast conserving surgery (BCS) and 562 (stage Ⅰ, n =184; and stage Ⅱ, n= 378) received modified mastectomy. Patients were divided into young-age group (≤35,136 patients), middle-age group (> 35-≤60,738 patients) and old-age group (> 60,156 patients). The number of patients without postoperative radiation therapy after BCS is 16, 60 and 39 in the three groups, respectively. Two-dimensional conventional fractionated radiotherapy was administered. The prognostic value of the tumor size, status of axillary lymph nodes or hormonal receptors, postoperative radiation therapy were analyzed. Results The follow-up rate was 97.86%. Of 795 patients followed up more than 5 years, 110,569 and 116 patients were devided into the three groups, respectively. There were 40, 202 and 87 patients without radiation therapy in the three groups. The 5-year recurrence rates of the three groups were 6. 2%, 8. 7% and 10. 4% (χ2 = 1.14, P= 0.567). The 5-year distant metastasis rates were4.3% , 9.5 % and2. 5% (χ2 = 5.31 , P = 0. 070) . The5 - year survival rates were9l. 2% , 92. 6%and 82. 1% (χ2 = 6. 83, P = 0.033). The young-age group had more tumors smaller than 2. 0 cm (65.4%), less positive axillary lymph nodes (13.2%), poorer differential tumor and less positive hormone acceptors (48.0%). Of patients with tumor larger than 2. 0 cm who had no radiotherapy after BCS, the 5-year survival rates were 94%, 87% and 71% (χ2= 20.69, P= 0.000) in the three groups. The corresponding recurrence rates were 23%, 18% ,7%, (χ2 = 9. 97, P = 0. 007), and distant metastasis rates were23%, 25% and 10% (χ2 =8.51, P=0. 014). Conclusions The age is an important prognostic factor in patients with early stage breast cancer undergoing BCS, but not in those undergoing modified mastectomy.

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Q-switch Nd YAG laser on the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods Attal of 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was orally administered antihistaminic drugs and Vitamin B6. Based on drugs applied to the control group, additional Q-switch NdYAG laser radiation therapy was introduced into the treatment group. Results After the treatment,pru-ritus and total scores of skin lesion in the treatment group were less than the control group. A total effective rate of 86.67 % was achieved in the treatment group, while that was 66.67 % in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistical significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis with large light-spot and low-energy Q-switch Nd YAG laser 1064 nm radiation therapy is safe and effective. There-fore,it is well worth popularizing and trying.

Objective:To construct the quality evaluation scale of specification of management for humanistic caring in outpatients and test its reliability and validity. Methods:Referring to the group standards in Specification of Management for Humanistic Caring in Outpatients released by the China Association for Life Care,as well as relevant guidelines and literature,a pool of items for the quality evaluation scale of specification of management for humanistic caring in outpatients was formed. After expert consultation and expert argumentation,a quality evaluation scale of specification of management for humanistic caring in outpatients was constructed. From January to February 2024,243 hospital managers from 5 hospitals in Zhengzhou were selected as survey subjects to conduct item analysis, and reliability and validity testing on the scale. Results:Two rounds of expert inquiry and two rounds of expert argumentation were conducted, with questionnaire response rates of 92.00%and 100.00%,respectively,and expert authority coefficients of 0.952.In the second round of the expert inquiry scale, the mean importance score of the first-level indicators was 4.80 to 5.00,the full score ratio was 88.00%to 100.00%,the coefficient of variation was 0.04 to 0.17,and Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.857(P<0.001);the mean importance score of the second-level indicators was 4.60 to 5.00,the full score ratio was 80.00%to 100.00%,the coefficient of variation was 0.00 to 0.21,and Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.775(P<0.001);the mean importance score of the third-level indicators was 4.60 to 5.00,the full score ratio was 76.00%to 100.00%,the coefficient of variation was 0.00 to 0.21,and Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.830(P<0.001).Finally,a quality evaluation scale of specification of management for humanistic caring in outpatients was formed, including 5 first-level indicators,25 second-level indicators, and 58 third-level indicators.Exploratory factor analysis produced 5 common factors with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 74.628%.The Pearson correlation coefficients between the five-factor scores ranged from 0.648 to 0.798,and the correlation coefficients between the factor scores and the total score of the scale ranged from 0.784 to 0.938.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)of the scale was 0.945,the item-content validity index(I-CVI)was 0.725 to 1.000,the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the total scale was 0.973,and the retest reliability coefficient was 0.934.Conclusion:The constructed quality evaluation scale of specification of management for humanistic caring in outpatients has good scientific validity and reliability, and can be used as an evaluation tool for specification of management for humanistic caring in outpatients.

As an important platform compound, 3-hydroxypropionic acid (3-HP) can be used as a substrate to synthesize a variety of biological products with commercial potential. The titer of 3-HP by wild-type bacteria is low, which severely limits the large-scale application and production of 3-HP. By modifying the genes related to the metabolic pathway, engineered bacteria using cheap substrates as carbon sources are constructed, the aim of reducing production cost and increasing output is realized. In this paper, the recent progress in the synthesis of 3-HP by metabolic engineering at home and abroad is reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of glycerol pathway, malonyl-CoA pathway and beta-alanine pathway for synthesis of 3-HP are also summarized and analyzed, and the future development of 3-HP is prospected.
