Wound healing is a complex regeneration process, which is affected by lots of endogenous and exogenous factors. Researches have confirmed that acid environment could prevent wound infection and accelerate wound healing by inhibiting bacteria proliferation, promoting oxygen release, affecting keratinocyte proliferation and migration, etc. In this article, we review the literature to identify the potential relationship between the pH value of wound micro-environment and the progress of wound healing, and summarize the clinical application of variation of pH value of micro-environment in wound healing, thereby to provide new treatment strategy for wound healing.

Objective To evaluate the value of the Bedside Index for Severity in Acute Pancreatitis (BISAP) in diagnosing severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with suspected diagnosis of severe acute pancreatitis were collected and were scored by BISAP, APACHE Ⅱ , Ranson and CTSI scoring systems, respectively. BISAP scoring system included the blood urea nitrogen, impaired mental status, systemic inflammatory response syndrome, age, and pleural effusion. The diagnosis criteria of severe acute pancreatitis was BISAP ≥ 3 points or APACHE IⅡ ≥ 8 points, Ranson ≥ 3 points, CTSI ≥ 3 points. The diagnostic accuracy of SAP of these scoring systems was calculated. Results Among these 68 cases, 63.2%(43/68) were graded ≥ 3 points in BISAP scoring system;60.3% (41/68) were marked ≥8 points in APACHE Ⅱ scoring system; 60.3% (41/68) were scored ≥ 3 points in Ranson scoring system; and 67.6%(46/68) were scored ≥3 points in CTSI scoring system. There was no statistical difference between BISAP scoring system and other three scoring systems in diagnosing severe acute pancreatitis. Conclusions As a new and simple scoring system, BISAP scoring system can be widely used in the diagnosis of severe acute pancreatitis.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of anxiety and depression among the persons with disabilities in Shanghai and the factors related to them. Methods From November to December, 2014, 731 persons with disabilities were consecutively enrolled in this cross-sectional study. They were assessed with Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS). Binary Logistic regression analysis was employed to reveal potential related factors of anxiety and depression. Results The prevalence rates of anxiety and depression among the disabled in Shanghai were 9.58%and 8.48%, respectively. The duration (OR=0.967, P<0.05) and severity (OR<1, P<0.05) of disability were associated with depression, whereas retiral (OR=2.047, P<0.05), living alone or in care unit (OR=3.073, P<0.01) and duration of disability (OR=0.956, P<0.01) were associated with anxiety. Conclusion The frequency of anxiety and depression is mild among the persons with disabilities in Shanghai, and a special intervention is needed.

Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2018;27(8):453-458
Objective:
To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of bortezomib, cyclophosphamide, dexamethasone (VCD) regimen and bortezomib dexamethasone (VD) regimen in the treatment of the patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM).
Methods:
The clinical data of 73 patients with NDMM in Shanxi Dayi Hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the chemotherapy regimen, the patients were divided into VCD group (41 cases) and VD group (32 cases). The efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.
Results:
The overall response rate of VCD group and VD group was 80.5% (33/41) and 78.1% (25/32) respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant (

In this study, the mature peptide sequence of a pectin lyase gene A was amplified from Aspergillus niger strain EIM-6 by using RT-PCR reverse transcription technique. The cloned gene was then inserted into a Pichia pastoris expression vector pPIC9k to produce the recombinant expression plasmid pPIC9K-pelA. By using electric shocks, we successfully transformed the recombinant pPIC9K-pelA into Pichia pastoris GS115. The activity of the engineered strain reached to 2.3 U/mL after induction with the final concentration of 1.5% methanol. SDS-PAGE analysis revealed that the pPIC9K-pelA transformant had an additional protein band of approximately 38 kD, which was not present in the control. There were no significant differences between the recombinant and native pectin lyase with regard to their hydrolysis activities.

Objective:
To study the relationship between atherogenic index of plasma (AIP)and renal impairment in male patients with gout.
Methods:
A retrospective analysis of 821 male subjects was conducted to measure the relevant biochemical indicators and to calculate the AIP, endogenous creatinine-clearance rate (Ccr), and estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR). EpiData 3.1 software was used for data entry, SPSS21.0 was used for statistical analysis, and GraphPad Prism 6.0 software was used for charts.
Results:
Compared with control group, AIP, serum uric acid, triglyceride in gout group were significantly higher (all
