Objective To study position control to cervical spinal cord injury of hemiplegic patients during functional activities. Methods 82 cases of cervical spinal cord injury of hemiplegic patients functional activities and position control was observated. Results The cervical spinal cord injury of hemiplegic patients while body transfer, balance and strengthening, functional activities easily induced muscles spasticity, against muscles spasticity can in-crease the muscles spasticity. Conclusion The inhibition of muscles spasticity can increased the muscles spasticity the patients of cervical spinal cord injury of hemiplegic.
2.Influence of clinical nursing pathway on operative effects for patients with malignant tumour of bone

Objective To study the influence of clinical nursing pathway on operative effects for patients with malignant tumout of bone. Methods 60 adult patients with malignant turnout bone were divided into the clini-cal nursing pathway gronp(32 cases) and control group(32 cases) randomly, routine nursing cares were used in con-trol group, while the clinical nursing pathway was used in the observation group. Compared the index between the two groups. Results All the indexes which had been compared between the two group were better in the clinical nursing pathway group than those in control group, the difference was significant (P < 0.05). Condusion The clinical nursing pathway can effectivly improve the compliance of patients for operation, avoid postoperative complications, and then imprpve their quality of life.
3.Observation on effect of pertinent health education on wound healing of patients with diabetic foot

Objective To observe the healing effect of pertinent health education on patients with diabetic foot. Methods 116 cases of diabetic foot patients were randomly divided into group A (60 cases) and group B (56 cases). Group A accepted pertinent and one-to-one psychological nursing and group B received collective lecture of health education once a week. FPG, HbAlc changes and healing of wound was observed in the two groups. Results The clinical effect of group A was better than those of group B. Conclusions The pertinent health education can improve cognition and medical compliance of patients, promote healing of wounds, which proves to be superior than that of collective health education.
4.The study of early phase rehabilitation training on the urination function recovery of patients with paraplegia caused by spinal cord injury

Objective To explore the effect of early phase rehabilitation training on the urination function recovery of the patients with paraplegia caused by spinal cord injury (SCI).Methods Sixty-six patients with paraplegia caused by SCI were selected and divided into the rehabilitation and the control group.The rehabilitation group of patients received early phase rehabilitation training on the urination function,the control group received routine training on the urination training and urinary catheter nursing care.The urination function recovery effect was compared between two groups.Results The urination function recovery effect of the rehabilitation group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusions The usage of early phases of urination training measures on the SCI paraplegia patients can help them cast off the catheter,build up regular urination,and reduce complications.
5.Effect of psychological intervention on the mental conditions and the quality of life of patients with radiation encephalopathy

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the mental conditions and the quality of life of patients with radiation encephalopathy(REP).Methods thirty-five patients with REP from radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into the control group(n=17)and the experiment group(n=18)according to their registration sequence. The control group was managed with conventional nursing,and the experiment group with individualized psychological intervention in addition to routine nursing for 12 weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of depression and quality of life by Hamilton Depression rating Scale(HAMD)and The short-form health survey questionnaire(SF-36).Results The two groups before treatment showed no statistical difference in scores by HAMD and SF-36(P>0.05).The experiment group was superior to the control group after intervention in depression and quality of life(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention may alleviate REP in the patients at poor psychological status and improve their quality of life.
