Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(23):5-7
Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on quality of life of uremic patients with restless legs. Methods 60 uremic patients with restless legs in our hospital from June 2009to December 2010 were divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 patients in each group according to the nursing method. The control group was given conventional nursing, the observation group was given strengthening sleep nursing and psychological care on the basis of the control group. The psychological status, sleep status and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The psychological improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group, sleep time and insomnia proportion in the obeervation group was better than that in the control group, the score of life quality in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusions Nursing intervention can improve adverse psychological state in uremic patients with restless legs, improve aleep quality and quality of life.

3.Therapeutic Observation of Modified Blistering Moxibustion for Bronchial Asthma in Young Adults
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;(1):30-33
Objective To observe the therapeutic difference between modified blistering moxibustion and traditional blistering moxibustion in treating bronchial asthma in young adults.Method Totally 121 young adults with bronchial asthma were randomized into a treatment group of 62 cases and a control group of 59 cases. With the same points selected for the two groups, the treatment group was intervened by blistering moxibustion with modification in several aspects including columnar moxa cone, topical anesthesia in moxibustion region, application of sticking after moxibustion, and regulation of diet, while the control group was by traditional blistering moxibustion. The treatment was given once every summer, successive 3 times as a treatment course. The attack frequency and intensity were scored before intervention and after a treatment course, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The attack frequency and intensity scores were significantly changed after the intervention in both groups (P<0.01). After treatment, the attack frequency and intensity scores in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate and recovery rate were respectively 100.0% and 61.3% in the treatment group, versus 98.3% and 28.8% in the control group. There was a significant difference in comparing the recovery rate between the two groups (P<0.01); there was no significant difference in comparing the total effective rate (P>0.05). There were significant differences in comparing the blister parameters (blister starting time, blister scar falling-off time, pus drainage time, recovery time of the blister, and the maximum diameter of the blister) between the two groups (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion Modified blistering moxibustion is an effective method in treating bronchial asthma in young adults.
4.Clinical significance of serum anti-CCP antibody and TNF-α expression in patients with rheumatoid arthritis
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(12):1624-1625,1628
Objective To investigate the value of serum anti-CCP antibody and TNF-α in the diagnosis and therapeutic effect evaluation of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods One hundred and sixty-eight RA patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected and included 86 cases of active stage(active group)and 80 cases of remission stage(remission group).Other 80 outpatient healthy controls served as the control group. The levels of RF,anti-CCP antibody and TNF-α in the active group, remission group and control group were measured by using the immunoadsorption and ELISA.Then the detection results were analyzed. Results The serum anti-CCP antibody and TNF-α levels in the active group and remission group were higher than those in the control group, moreover the serum anti-CCP antibody and TNF-α levels in the active group were significantly higher than those in the remission group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the RA patients with the control group, the sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of anti-CCP antibody and TNF-α was 73.8% and 97.5%,which were higher than those of other 2-index combined detection, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum TNF-α level was positively correlated with the DAS28 score(P<0.01).Conclusion The combined detection of serum anti-CCP antibody and TNF-α has an important clinical value for the RA diagnosis and disease condition monitoring.
5.Stability of Biyuanling Granules
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the stability of Baicalin in Biyuanling granules and predicate its validity duration. METHODS:The content of Baicalin in Biyuanling granules was determined by RP HPLC on Diamonsil ODS C_(18) chromatographic column(200 mm?4.6 mm,5?m) with methanol -water- phosphoric acid(53:47:0.2) used as mobile phase. The detective wavelength was set at 274 nm.The stability of Baicalin in Biyuanling granules was determined by classical accelerated test process in constant temperature and its validity duration was computed.RESULTS:The disintegration constant of Baicalin at 25℃was K = 4.592?10 ~6 h~1,and the validity duration was t_(0.9)=2.62 years.CONCLUSION:The method developed in this study was proved to be scientific, reasonable and suitable for the study of the stability of Biyuanling granules.
6.Comparison of Yangxue Qingnao Granule and Xueshuantong Capsule in adjusting abnormal coagulation system caused by migraine
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(2):156-157
Objective To compare the effects of Yangxue Qingnao Granule and Xueshuantong Capsule on abnormal coagulation system in migraine patients. Methods All patients were divided into group A and group B according to sex. Each group contained 60 patients. Yangxue Qingnao Granule and Xueshuantong Capsule was administrated in group A and group B respectively. The adjusting functions of abnormal coagulation system of migraine patients in the two groups were compared. Results Xueshuantong Capsule was better than Yangxue Qinguao Granule in adjusting blood coagulation system (P< 0.05). Conclusion The clinical usage of Xueshuantong capsule has better effect than Yangxue Qingnao Granule on regulating abnormal blood coagulation system.

Ruiping ZHANG ; Zhaoshan ZHANG
Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics 2006;0(07):-
Bacterial ghost is intact bacterial envelope which is lysised by the lysis geneE of PhiX174. It can be used as vaccine directly. Foreign antigen can be targeted into outer membrane, inner membrane or the periplasmic space of bacterial, as a result, a recombinant bacterial ghost is constructed. Bacterial ghost, as a novel drug delivery system, is becoming more and more concerned, which can deliver DNA and protein vaccine or other drugs in order to have a better immune responses and therapeutic effects.
9.Ethical Research on Quality Control in Drug Clinical Trials
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(4):652-654
Guided by good clinical practice ( GCP) , M hospital cooperated with the Ethics Committee in quali-ty management of clinical trials and took the specific measures including perfecting the institution and standard op-erating procedures, implementing three level quality control institution, strengthening the training of GCP, and closely cooperating with drug and data management of clinical trials, quality control in the clinical trial, ethical re-view and supervision, quality control in the whole process (seamless connection). Seamless connection from the beginning of project acceptance and quality control in the whole process of clinical trials can effectively solve the ex-isting problems in clinical trials and improve the quality of clinical trials.
10.Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Cold Moxibustion on Rheumatoid Interphalangeal Arthritis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2004;2(3):17-19
Purpose: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of cold moxibustion on rheumatoid interphalangeal arthritis. Methods: 576 cases were randomly divided into 290 cases in the cold moxibustion group and 286 cases in the control group and were treated for two months. Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups. But, at the end of the second course of the treatment, the complete remission rate reached 77.2% in the former group and only 23.4% in the latter group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.005).Conclusion: Cold moxibustion is better in the therapeutic effect for rheumatoid interphalangeal arthritis than anti-inflammatory agents of western medicine.
