Objective To investigate the perceptions of medical staff about chemotherapeutic symptoms in children with leukemia.Method Sixty-one doctors and nurses were involved in the investigation using a self-designed questionnaire on uncomfortable symptom scale.Result The main symptoms of chemotherapy included hair loss,poor appetite,nausea,vomiting, oral mucositis and fatigue.Conclusion Chemotherapeutic symptoms are common in children with leukemia and need appropriate nursing management.

Aims To study the role of NGF/Trk A sig-naling pathway in Memantine ( MEM) improving APP/PS1 transgenic mice cognitive deficits and to explore its possible mechanisms. Methods Cognitive perform-ance was assessed by Morris water maze( MWM) , pas-sive avoidance test( PAT) and locomotivity test. Aβ1-42 protein levels were determined by immunohistochemis-try. The activities of AChE and ChAT were also exam-ined by ELISA and colorimetry. Western blot was used to detect the expression levels of NGF and its receptor TrkA and the downstream ERK pathway. Results MEM treatment significantly ameliorated the cognitive deficits, dramatically reduced the Aβ1-42 overexpres-sion. MEM increased the activity of choline acetyl-transferase( ChAT) , while decreased that of acetylcho-line esterase( AChE) . Moreover, MEM activiated NGF signaling by increasing the phosphorylation of TrkA fol-lowing the increased phosphorylation of c-Raf, ERK1/2 and downstream effector CREB after MEM treatment. Conclusion MEM treatment may activate the NGF/TrkA signaling in APP/PS1 mice to reduce amyloidosis and cognitive deficits.

OBJECTIVE： To separate and identify chemical components in ethyl acetate fraction and water fraction from Tripterygium wilfordii， and to provider basis for further pharmacological study. METHODS： The ethyl acetate fraction and water fraction from T. wilfordii were separated and purified by MCI GEL-CHP 20P column chromatography， C18 RP silica gel column chromatography， Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and HPLC. The structures of compounds were analyzed and identified by 1H-NMR， 13C-NMR and physicochemical properties. RESULTS： Two compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate fraction of T. wilfordii， namely orthosphenic acid （compound 1）， dibutylphthalate （compound 2）. Eight glucosides were isolated from water extract of T. wilfordii， namely 2，6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxymethyl-phenyl-1-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside （compound 3）， 2，6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucoside（compound 4）， 4-hydroxy-1-（2-hydroxyethyl）-phenyl-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （compound 5）， 3，4-dimethoxy-phenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （compound 6），β-adenosine （compound 7）， ligustrin （compound 8）， epicatechin-8-C-β-D-galactoside （compound 9） and 2-hydroxynaringenin-7-O-β-glucoside （compound 10）. CONCLUSIONS： Chemical components of ethyl acetate fraction and water fraction are separated and identified from T. wilfordii.

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on limb function and nursing quality after proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) internal fixation for femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly. Methods From February, 2017 to November, 2018, 100 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture who underwent PFNA internal fixation in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and observation group (n = 50), who accepted routine nursing and continuous nursing respectively for three months. They were assessed with Harris score and visual analogue scale for pain (VAS) before and after the intervention. The postoperative nursing effect was compared. Results The Harris score increased in both groups after the intervention (t > 45.98, P < 0.001), and increased more in the observation group than in the control group (t = 15.03, P < 0.001). The VAS score decreased in both groups after the intervention (t > 16.33, P < 0.001), and decreased more in the observation group than in the control group (t = 9.749, P < 0.001). The effect of nursing was better in the observation group than in the control group (Z = -2.272, P = 0.023). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can significantly improve the limb function and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture after PFNA.
