Objective To explore the influence of ulinastatin combined with thymic peptide?1on the polarization of T helper(Th) cells, and the immunoregulatory effects on septic patients. Methods Clinical data of 60septic patients admitted to intensive care unit (ICU)of Guangzhou General Hospital of Guangzhou Command from Jun.2006to Oct.2007were collected and randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group received classic SSC treatment, while the treatment group was given classical SSC treatment plus ulinastatin and thymic peptide?1.The control group was divided again into death subgroup and survival subgroup according to the living state on day 28.Peripheral blood samples were collected at day 1(before administration)and day 10. CD4+ T cell subset was detected by flow cytometry, and the levels of IFN-?(T helper type-1cytokine)and IL-4(T helper type-2 cytokine)were evaluated semi-quantitatively.Ten healthy volunteers were chosen in the meantime as healthy controls. Results The positive rates of IFN-?and IL-4of CD4+ T cells declined significantly at day 10in treatment group compared with those in control group and before treatment(P0.05).The IFN-?positive rate presented a low level and showed a downward trend after treatment in survival subgroup, while presented a high level and also showed a downward trend after treatment in death subgroup. The IL-4positive rate showed a downward trend in survival subgroup and upward trend in death subgroup. Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with thymic peptide?1may improve the proportion imbalance of IFN-?and IL-4of septic patients, and regulate the immune status.

Objective To investigate the expression of miR-30d in breast cancer tissues and demonstrate the regula-tive effects of miR-30d ASO on the invasion and migration of breast cancer cells in vitro. Methods The expression levels of miR-30d in 108 breast cancer tissues and their adjacent tissues were detected by real-time quantitative PCR method. Af-ter transfection with miR-30d ASO, the biological effects of miR-30d on in breast cancer cells was measured by transwell as-say and wound healing assay. The expressions of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and MMP-9 were analyzed by Western blot assay. Results The expression level of miR-30d was found to be over-expressed in breast cancer tissues(P<0.05). Compared with control group and nonsense interference group, the miR-30d expression was significantly decreased in breast cancer cells(transfection with miR-30d ASO). Results of transwell and wound healing assay showed that the invasion and mi-gration ability decreased significantly after transfection with miR-30d ASO, and expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were down-regulated (P<0.05). Conclusion miR-30d was over-expressed in human breast cancer. The invasion and migration of breast cancer cells can be effectively inhibited by decreasing the expression of miR-30d. miR-30d may become a new tar-get for the regulation of invasion and migration in breast cancer.

Based on non-enzymatic protein glycated reaction, the sodium periodate-oxidated low molecular weight heparin-antithrombin covalent complex (SPLMWATH) was produced. By using polyethyleneimine-glutaraldehyde bonding technique, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tubings were coated with SPLMWATH, heparin and low molecular weight heparin (LMWH). Spectrophotometry and dynamic clotting time experiment were used to determine the synthetic ratio of SPLMWATH, graft density, coating leaching ratio and to evaluate the antithrombogenicity of different coating on the PVC tubings. The results showed that the synthetic ratio of SPLMWATH was approximately 55%, and compared with heparin coating and LMWH coating, the graft density of SPLMWATH coating on the PVC tubing was smaller, but its coating stability and antithrombogenicity were significantly better than that of heparin coating and LMWH coating on the PVC tubings.

Objective:To explore application value of dance movement therapy in the chemotherapy of young and middle-aged patients with breast cancer, so as to provide reference for rehabilitation nursing. Methods:By convenient sampling method, 90 young and middle-aged female breast cancer patients during chemotherapy from June 2020 to June 2021 in Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University were enrolled in the present study. They were assiged to experimental group and control group with 45 cases in each group according to the enrolled ward. The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received 4 cycles of dance movement therapy. Before and after intervention, the effects were assessed by Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS) and Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) as well as biochemical nutrition indexes. Results:After intervention, the physical fatigue score, emotional fatigue score, cognitive fatigue score and total CFS score were (8.29 ± 3.58), (7.74 ± 1.68), (5.57 ± 1.11), (21.59 ± 4.41) points in the experimental group, which were significantly lower than (9.86 ± 3.49), (8.95 ± 2.62), (6.27 ± 1.70), (25.09 ± 4.33) points in the control group ( t values were 2.07-3.71, all P<0.05). After intervention, the PG-SGA score was (2.81 ± 0.71) points in the experimental group, which was significantly lower than (3.29 ± 1.15) points in the control group ( t=2.37, P<0.05). Conclusions:Dance movement therapy can alleviate the cancer related fatigue and promote nutritional status of young and middle-aged female breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.

Objective:To learn about the status of iodine deficiency disorders in children and pregnant women in coastal areas of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Guangxi for short). Methods:From January 2017 to December 2020, 12 counties (cities, districts) in Beihai City, Qinzhou City and Fangchenggang City in coastal areas of Guangxi were selected as the survey sites to carry out iodine deficiency disorders monitoring. Each county (city, district) was divided into five areas according to administrative regions: East, West, South, North and Middle. One township (town) was selected from each area, and 40 non-boarding children aged 8 to 10 (age balanced, half male and half female) and 20 pregnant women were selected from each township (town) as the survey subjects. Edible salt samples and urine samples were collected from children and pregnant women to detect salt iodine and urinary iodine levels; thyroid volume of children was determined and the rate of goiter was calculated. Results:From 2017 to 2020, a total of 8 905 children were monitored, and the median salt iodine of children was 23.4 mg/kg, and the medians salt iodine in each year were 23.7, 22.8, 23.5, 23.6 mg/kg, respectively; the median urinary iodine of children was 164.7 μg/L, and the medians urinary iodine in each year were 161.2, 169.7, 156.0, 171.1 μg/L, respectively; 30 of them had goiter, the rate of goiter of children was 0.34% (30/8 905). A total of 6 626 pregnant women were monitored, and the median salt iodine of pregnant women was 23.5 mg/kg, and the medians salt iodine in each year were 23.7, 22.5, 24.3, 23.8 mg/kg, respectively; the median urinary iodine of pregnant women was 139.6 μg/L, and the medians urinary iodine in each year were 129.6, 131.6, 134.4, 175.0 μg/L, respectively. Conclusions:The iodine nutrition of children in coastal areas of Guangxi is at an appropriate level (100 - 199 μg/L), and the rate of goiter has reached the national iodine deficiency disorders elimination standard (< 5%). But pregnant women are at risk of iodine deficiency (urinary iodine < 150 μg/L).
