Objective:To investigate the enantiomer separation for atropine by capillary electrophoresis .Methods:Capillary elec-trophoresis was used with an elastic quartz capillary column (60 cm ×75 mm, effective length of 40 cm).The concentration of phos-phate buffer was 30 mmol· L-1 .The high and time of injection was 10 cm and 5 s, respectively.The detection wavelength was 225 nm.The best separation conditions were selected including the type and concentration of chiral resolving agent , pH of the buffer solu-tion, operating voltage and organic solvent.Results:The optimum conditions of separation were as follows:the pH of buffer solution was 7.0, the concentration of S-β-CDP was 10 mg· ml-1 , and the operating voltage was 12 kV.Conclusion: The method is simple and fast, which can be used to se parate the optical isomers of atrpo ine.

Objective To establish a capillary electrophoresis method to separate ephedrine and psedudoephedrine. Methods RM-β-CD and HP-β-CD were set as additives. A capillary electrophoresis method was set up. The effects of types and concentrations of additives, the concentrations and pH values of buffered solution, running voltage and organic solvent on the separation of ephedrine and psedudoephedrine were investigated.Results Ephedrine and pseudoephedrine could be successfully separated by using either RM-β-CD or HP-β-CD as additives. When RM-β-CD was used as additive, the best separation conditions were as follows: separation voltage 10 kV, 25 mmol/L Tris-H3PO4 (pH 2.42), 20 mg/mL of RM-β-CD. Under the conditions, the resolution of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine was 1.56 and they were separated successfully within 13 min. When HP-β-CD was used as additive, the best separation conditions were as follows: separation voltage 10 kV, 25 mmol/L Tris-H3PO4 (pH 3.00), 50 mg/mL of HP-β-CD. Under the conditions, the resolution of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine was 2.73 and they were separated successfully within 15 min.ConclusionThis method is reliable, rapid and repeatable. It can be used as separation determination method for ephedrine and pseudoephedrine.

Objective To build the self-management system in bladder tumor patient .Methods The self-management system in bladder tumor patient was developed through the literature review , theoretical analysis, qualitative research method and Delphi expert consultation .Results The coefficient of authority was 0.82, the coefficient of judgment was 0.88, and the coefficient of familiar was 0.74 in the expert consultation . The self-management system in bladder tumor patient was ultimately built including 4 items with first indicator , 12 items with second indicator , and 50 items with third indicator .The coordination coefficients of first , second and third indicator were respectively 0.511, 0.406, 0.423, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusions The evaluation index system which is built through the Delphi method can provide the scientific basis for carrying out the targeted health education and guidance , and evaluating the high -risk groups with bladder tumor by the clinical and community nurses .

Objective To explore a method of subsection adjustment for the proportion of three capacity nutrients in patients with metabolic syndrome (MS).Methods Totally 334 MS patients who were diagnosed in the physical examination center and the department of endocrinology and nutrition of Xi'an Central Hospital Affiliated to Xi'an Jiaotong University of School of Medicine were enrolled in this study.According to calculator random digital method,the patients were divided into intervention group (n=168) and the control group (n=166).The energy of two groups were calculated according to the following formula,y =13.5-0.025x1 + 0.215x2-0.006x3+0.342x4-0.268x5+0.623x6 (x1:age,x2:activity intensity index,x3:waist circumference,x4:environmental temperature,x5:BMI,x6:sex).The limit of daily energy was set to 5.02-7.53 MJ.The proportion of the three major nutrients for energy was adjusted of different energy segments of intervention group.When the daily energy was 5.02 MJ,the protein energy ratio was 30％,and the energy increased by 0.42 MJ per time while the protein energy supply ratio was reduced by 2.5％.The energy ratio of carbohydrate was 40％,and the energy increased 0.42 MJ per time while the energy ratio increased by 2.5％.The energy ratio of fat was 30％ on various stages of energy supply.The energy proportions of the three major nutrients in the control group were as follows:protein 15％,fat 25％,and carbohydrate 60％.Results After the intervention by 6 months,the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of intervention group decreased from (9.22±5.57) mmol/L to (6.05±4.68) mmol/L,the hemoglobin A 1 c decreased from (6.79 ± 1.12) ％ to (5.56± 1.32) ％,and the triglyceride decreased from (3.14±1.73) mmol/L to (1.72±1.17) mmol/L.There was significant difference compared with those in control group (P =0.000,0.027,0.034).Conclusion The proportions of the three major nutrients in MS can remarkably improve the glucose and lipid metabolism in MS patients.

Objective: To analyze the genotypes, amino acid vatiations and molecular epidemiological characteristics of respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection in pediatric patients in Gansu province for the future research. Methods: A total of 4 556 respiratory tract specimens were colleted from pediatric patients under 10 years of age in five cities in Gansu from 2012 to 2017. These specimens were tested for RSV and its subtypes.The coding region of the RSV G gene was amplified using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) and sequenced for RSV positive specimens. Sequences were edited using DNA Star software. Sequence alignment and phylogenetic trees were built by MEGA 6.0 software. Results: Out of 4 556 specimens, 1 135 (24.91%) were positive for RSV, totally 216 G protein sequences were obtained. RSV A isolates were clustered into three genotypes: NA1、NA3 and ON1. The nucleotides and amino-acid homology was 84.9%-100% and 77.3%-100%, respectively. The nucleotides and amino-acid homology between this study and prototype long strain was 81.2%-83.3% and 74.1%-88.0%. RSV B isolates were clustered into only BA9 one genotypes. The nucleotides and amino-acid homology was 97.7%-100% and 95.8%-100%, respectively. The nucleotides and amino-acid homology between this study and prototype CH18537 strain was 84.9%-85.7% and 77.9%-80.1%. Conclusions The genetic characteristics and the amino-acid changes were analyzed systematically using data of RSV G gene collected from 2012 to 2017 in Gansu province in this study. These data were used for analyses of the etiology, control and prevention of RSV infection.
