Objective To explore the impact of transtheoretical model on sun protection behaviors of soldiers in plateau area.Methods A total of 208 male soldiers trained in 4 200 meters altitude and medically supported by our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=104) and the control group(n=104).The experimental group received health education based on the transtheoretical model,and the control group received routine health education.Score of sun protection behaviors questionnaire,sunscreen using behavior and score of the Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI) before and after the intervention between two groups were compared.Results Score of sun protection behaviors questionnaire in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05),sunscreen using behavior in the experimental group was better than the control group(P＜0.05),score of the Dermatology Life Quality Index in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Health education guided by the transtheoretical model can improve the plateau soldiers' sun protection behaviors,and it is an effective method of health education.

Objective To investigate the effect of cobalt chloride on tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis in vitro, to explore the reasonable strategy of chemical hypoxia induced by CoCl2. Methods Two tumor cell lines (A549 and HeLa) were respectively exposed to CoCl2(0.05～2 mmol/L) for different time period (4～48 h), cells viability、proliferation and apoptosis were maesured by MTT and FCM methods. Objective To study the application effect of health education guided by the theory of cross-theoretical model in the training of the first aid training in the basic units of the plateau. Methods Choosing 386 long-term presence of plateau soldiers, and divided them into the control group and the experimental group, the control group was educated by traditional method, in the experimental group, the health education was carried out with the trans-theoretical model, nursing experts gave them targeted intervention. The number of groups at each stage was analyzed in different stages, the same to examination results and pass rate. Results After 6 months of intervention, there was a significant improvement in the mastering of the battlefield Five emergency technology of the experimental group and the scores were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Theoretical results showed that pass rate of the control group was 89.1%(172/193), the experimental group was 99.5%(192/193), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=7.129, P=0.039). In the survey of technical operation, ventilation, hemostasis, bandaging, fixing and handling examination pass rate of the control group respectively were 88.1%(170/193), 89.1%(172/193), 89.1%(172/193), 88.1%(170/193), 88.6%(171/193), the experimental group were 99.5%(192/193), 97.9%(189/193), 99.5%(192/193), 96.9%(187/193), 97.4%(188/193), there were significant differences between the two groups (χ2=7.896-12.759, P=0.001-0.043). Conclusions Cross theoretical model has good effect on the application ofFiveemergency technology training in the high altitude troops battlefield, and can effectively improve the troops self- help and mutual aid capabilities, it is worthy of popularization and application.

ObjectiveTo observe the influence of polyethylene glycol-conjugated hemoglobin (PEG-Hb) solution combined with cisplatin on the expression of erythropoietin/erythropoietin receptor (EPO/EPOR) and tumor angiogenesis in cancer treatment.MethodsHeLa cells were injected subcutaneously into the right oxter of 3-4 weeks old BALB/c nude mice to establish cervical tumor xenograft model.Then animals were randomly assigned to 4 groups (n=10) and treated respectively:group 1(control); group 2,cisplatin (5 mg/kg); group 3,PEG-Hb (0.6 g/kg); group 4 cisplatin (5 mg/kg) plus PEG-Hb (0.6 g/kg).The volume oftumors in each groups were measured in 4 weeks treatment period.Efficacy was measured as percent tumor growth inhibition (TGI) relative to salinetreated group.CD31 was detected by immunohistochemistry and its expression was identified as microvascular density (MVD).Expressions of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) and EPO/EPOR in tumor tissues were analyzed by irnmunohistochemistry.EPOR protein level was tested by western blot.ELISA method was used in measuring EPO concentration in serum.ResultsTumor volume was significantly decreased in group 4 compared with other groups.Immunoreactivity data demonstrated lower expression of CD31,HIF-1α and EPO/EPOR in group 4.The expression of EPOR in the endothelial cells was also significantly decreased in group 4.Western-blot data indicated lower EPOR protein level in group 4.Serum level of EPO was also decreased in group 4.ConclusionPEG-Hb plus cisplatin is benefit to tumor tissue oxygenation,therefore it can inhibit the tumor angiogenesis and down regulate the erythropoietin/erythropoietin receptor system.The result can provide more evidence for the enhanced sensitivity effect of the artificial oxygen carrier in cancer therapy.

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of patients from high altitude earthquake-stricken regions. Method The perioperative nursing histories of 18 patients from high altitude earthquake-stricken regions were retrospectively analyzed to summarize the nursing experience.Results No wound infection,crush injury or complications occurred.Sixteen patients had good functional recovery,1 patient was at the stage of recovery about limb movement and another one was also at the recovery period from lumbar vertebral burst fracture complicated with nerve injury.Conclusion Close observation,psychological nursing and functional exercise are important for improved success rate of treatment for the patients from the earthquake-stricken regions.

Objective:To provide reference for the treatment of lipoprotein glomerulopathy and to investigate the participation of clinical pharmacists in the whole treatment course. Methods: Three different treatment regimens, including immunosuppressive thera-py, dual plasma filtration therapy and lipid-lowering combined with reducing urinary protein therapy was respectively adopted for one patient with lipoprotein glomerulopathy, and the efficacy was evaluated. Clinical pharmacists assisted physicians in deciding treatment regimen, performed pharmaceutical care, adjusted medication and analyzed the prognosis of the patient during the follow-up. Results:1. Immunosuppressive therapy was ineffective for the patient;2. The dual filtration acted quickly, while the expense was high and the disease was easy to relapse;3. The third therapy was relatively safer and more economical with long-term effect. Conclusion:Combi-nation therapy of lowering lipid and reducing urinary protein is the most suitable treatment regimen for the patient with lipoprotein glo-merulopathy. Clinical pharmacists play an important role in the whole course of treatment to assist physicians in obtaining the maximum benefit of patients.

Objective To explore the effect of trans theoretical model in changing on healthy behavior of soldiers on plateau area to prevent hemorrhoids. Methods Fifty-four soldiers respectively from the artillery troops and air defenses force troops were selected and divided into control group that received normal healthy education and treatment group that received the healthy behavior intervene based on transtheoretical model and the changes of the behavior at each stage of intervention were observed and contrasted between two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the number of each stage between two groups at 1 and 3 months after intervention (χ2= 1.514, 6.554, P> 0.05). The number of former intention stage, intention stage, preparation stage, action stage, maintain stage at 6 months after intervention in treatment group were respectively 0, 0, 0, 15, 39 cases, and 2, 3, 6, 20, 23 cases in control group respectively, the difference was statistically significant (χ2=15.843, P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the number of daily one form training at 1 months after intervention between the two groups (χ2=0.872, P>0.05). The number of daily training of the levator ani less than 5, 6-15, 16-25, 26-35,>35 times at 3, 6 months after intervention respectively was 5, 6, 6, 17 cases and 20, 0, 0, 0, 14, 40 cases in treatment group respectively, 9, 13, 14, 10, 8 cases, and 3, 4, 6, 22, 19 cases in control group,the differences were statistically significant (χ2=13.459, 22.252, P<0.01). The incidence of bloody at 6 months after intervention was 3.70% (2/54) in treatment group and 16.67% (9/54) in control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.960, P < 0.05). Conclusions The intervene based on transtheoretical model can effectively promote the healthy behavior to prevent hemorrhoids and reduce the recurrence rate of hemorrhoids.

Objectives To prospectively investigate the diagnostic accuracy,image quality and radiation doses of prospectively ECG-triggered high-pitch spiral acquisition computed tomography coronary angiography (CTCA) using Flash dual-source CT for the diagnosis of significant coronary stenoses.Methods Seventy-three patients underwent both CTCA and CCA.CTCA was performed using a Flash dual-source CT system with data acquisition at a high-pitch of 3.4.CCA served as the standard of reference.Radiation dose values were calculated using the dose-length product.Results There were 925 vessel segments in 73 patients.(1)Diagnostic accuracy: the sensitivity,specificity and positive and negative predictive values were 93.2％ (164/176),96.4％ (722/749),85.9％ (164/191),98.4％ (722/734) for segment assessment and 98.4％ ( 123/125 ),87.4％ ( 83/95 ),91.1％ ( 123/135 ),97.6％ ( 83/85 ) for vessel assessment and 100％ (44/44),89.7％ ( 26/29 ),93.6％ ( 44/47 ),100％ ( 26/26 ) for patient assessment.( 2 ) Image quality: there were 2 coronary segments of right coronary artery and one segment of left circumflex artery with non-diagnostic image quality.There was no non-diagnostic image quality in left anterior descending artery.(3) Radiation dose: the effective radiation dose was ( 1.14 ± 0.10) mSv.Conclusions CTCA using the prospectively ECG-triggered high-pitch spiral mode of the Flash dual-source CT system is associated with high diagnostic accuracy for the assessment of coronary artery stenoses at low dose.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the lexical tone perception and quality of life of Nurotron cochlear implant users. METHOD: Forty-nine adult cochlear implant users participated in this study. Mandarin tone identification test developed by Beijing Institute of Otolaryngology was used to evaluate the tone perception. Nijmegen cochlear im plantation questionnaire (NCIQ) was administered to quantify the quality of life. RESULT: (1) The average scores of tone perception in quiet was 67.26%. The tone perception rates under quiet condition for all cochlear implant recipients were higher than the opportunity level. (2) The average scores of tone perception under noisy condition was 51.92%. Exc ept for two recipients, the tone perception rates under noise condition for the rest recipients were better than chance. (3) The confusion patterns of tone recognition showed that Tone 3 was the easiest tone to perceive. (4) The postimplant scores for the total , basic sound perception, advanced sound perception, speech pro duction, self-esteem, activity and social interactions of NCIQ were 55.4, 72.4, 54.0, 63.4, 50.7, 47.3 and 44.7, respectively. CONCLUSION The Nurotron cochlear implant users had the ability for lexical tone perception and had an improvement in quality of life after cochlear implantation.

In order to study genetic variation diversity of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) strains in Shanxi,the genomic sequences of nine PCV2 strains including SXQX,SXCZ,SXTY2,SXJC,SXJX,SXLL,SXPY,SXPG and SXXY recently isolated from some areas of Shanxi from 2013 to 2016,was cloned,sequenced and received by GenBank.The amplified PCV2 genomic sequences,ORF2 sequences and Cap protein amino acid of these nine strains were analysed and compared with those of published 28 PCV2 strains by DNAStar,drawing phylogenetic tree.The results showed that the genomic sequences of SXJX,SXJC and SXXY PCV2 strains were 1 768 bp,and the others were 1 767 bp,which accounted for 33％ and 67％,respectively.The homologies of nucleotide sequences of the nine strains were 94.7％-99.8％,the homologies of nucleotide sequences of the nine strains with the 28 isolates from different regions of the world PCV strain were 93.9％-99.9％,and the homologies of nucleotide sequences of the nine strains with the domestic vaccine strains were 95.1％-99.8％.The phylogenetic analysed that SXJX,SXJC and SXXY belonged to genotype PCV-2D,SXLL,SXPY and SXCZ belonged to genotype PCV-1C,and SXTY14,SXPG and SXQX belonged to genotype PCV-1A/1B.Thus it proved that the epidemic strain of PCV2 was mainly PCV-2b in Shanxi.The homologies of ORF2 nucleotide sequences and Cap amino acid of the nine strains were 90.0％-100.0％ and 87.1 ％-100.0％ respectively,the homologies of ORF2 nucleotide sequences and Cap amino acid of the nine strains with the 28 isolates from different regions of the world PCV strain were 87.6％-100.0％ and 84.1％-100.0％ respectively,and the homologies of ORF2 nucleotide sequences and Cap amino acid of the nine strains with the domestic vaccine strains were 91.0％-100.0％ and 89.3％-100.0％ respectively.The Cap amino acids of SXQX,SXJX,SXTY14,SXPG,SXJC and SXXY PCV2 were 233,ORF2 of SXQX,SXTY14 and SXPG located at 1 033-1 734 bp,ORF2 of SXXY,SXJX and SXJC located at 1 033-1 734 bp,and the Cap amino acids of SXCZ,SXLL and SXPY PCV2 were 234,ORF2 of them located at 1 030-1 734 bp,in addition,the positions of 1 030-1 734 bp were more three bases TCA than other ORF2 genome sequence of 1 767 bp,resulting in increasing a K (Lys) of amino acid sequencein at the 234 position.Also Cap protein of 9 PCV2 strains showed more amino acid variation in addition to the only high-ly conserved glycosylation sites (NYS) (pp.143-145 amino acid).It provided theoretical basis for the PCV2 immune prevention of research in Shanxi,and the data of basic theory of molecular pathogenesis of PCV2.
