Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(7):28-32
This paper introduces the background, implication and construction of the county health services community (County medical alliance) model in Anhui Province under the background of new medical reform, and briefly introduces the relationship between medical insurance, enhancing the ability to upgrade and standardize services and medical treatment integration of the typical experience. It also analyses the challenges faced in the construction of medical syndicate, such as the mechanism of regional environmental restriction, compensation and assessment mechanisms which have not been established yet, and the sustainable development of information technology that has lagged behind, and put forward the policy suggestion to improve the construction of medical community, with a view to providing reference for the next work.

Journal of Kunming Medical University 2013;(9):38-41
Objective To understand the correct sexual health knowledge and source of sexual information among college students in Kunming, and provide the practical suggestions for students' sexual education. Methods A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among 950 students chosen from 5 universities in Kunming by cluster multistage sampling. Results The college students' health knowledge accuracy has certain significant differences between men and women, living urban and rural, inside and outside the province, and the Han and other nationalities. The most conversation partner discussing sex for the first time is their companion. Students get sex knowledge most in junior high school, and the school is the most important way to get these knowledge. Conclusion Sexual health knowledge education should be balanced between boys and girls, rural area students and minority students' knowledge of sexual health should be strengthened, and make them have a correct understanding onsex. In addition, strengthen the familysex knowledgeis also important.
3. Development and features of infection in patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure and its influence on disease progression and prognosis
Chinese Journal of Hepatology 2018;26(1):6-9
Acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) is a clinical syndrome characterized by acute decompensation of chronic liver disease associating with multiple organ failures and high short- term mortality. Patients with ACLF are highly susceptible to infection due to the pathophysiology features including immune function disorder (overlap of excessive inflammatory reaction and immune dysfunction), gut bacterial overgrowth/dysbiosis and translocation of gut microbiota/products. Appropriate empirical antibiotics plays a pivotal role in the management of ACLF with infection.
4. Prognostic evaluation of different PET/CT reading methods in Hodgkin lymphoma and diffused large B-cell lymphoma
Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2018;38(8):954-959
18F-fluoro-deoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (18F-FDG PET/CT) has been used as a crucial imaging modality for staging and prognosis evaluation in the patients with lymphoma. Since biological characteristics, treatment responses and prognosis vary in different subtypes of lymphoma, this review mainly focused on progress of 18F-FDG PET/CT evaluation in prognosis of Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) and diffused large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The significance in prognostic evaluation of interim 18F-FDG PET/CT in HL is well-known, but it still remains controversy in DLBCL. Moreover, the semi-quantitative method of 18F-FDG PET/CT evaluation in lymphoma has bright future.

Objective To establish a predictive model using multiple layer perceptron (MLP) for short-term outcome after subacute ischemic stroke. Methods From January, 2019 to September, 2021, 60 readmission-inpatients in Department of Rehabilitation, Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine were collected the clinical features of first admission (less than 30 days after attack), and the outcomes were assessed with modified Rankin Scale (MRS) three months after the first admission. The risk factors were screened with single factor analysis, and the short-term outcome predictive models were established with multi-factor Logistic regression and MLP. The predictive accuracy of both models was calculated, and the predictive effects were compared with Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve. Results For multi-factor Logistic regression, the predictive accuracy was 73.3%, and the area under ROC curve was 0.851. For MLP, the predictive accuracy was 88.9%, and the area under the ROC curve was 0.930.Conclusion The prediction of short-term outcome after subacute ischemic stroke can be done with MLP model.

9.Advances in research hotspots in liver failure complicated by acute kidney injury
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2018;34(9):1836-1841
Acute kidney injury (AKI) is defined as a sharp drop in glomerular filtration rate (GFR) and a rapid increase in serum creatinine and is one of the most serious complications of liver failure. Early diagnosis and treatment play a vital role in reducing the mortality and improving the prognosis of liver failure. This article elaborates on the research advances in the diagnostic criteria, pathogenesis, biomarkers, clinical features, and treatment of AKI and points out that constant modification of the definition and staging of AKI and research and development of efficient biomarkers for AKI are future research directions.
10.How to evaluate combination therapy using interferon and nucleos(t)ide analogues
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2016;32(11):2050-2053
Chronic hepatitis B is still one of the most important chronic diseases in China because of its high relevance to liver cirrhosis and hepatic cell cancer (HCC). Currently, interferon and nucleos(t)ide analogues are two main treatments for chronic hepatitis B, but they have advantages and disadvantages. More investigations are needed to explore better ways for treating this disease, and combination therapy might be one of the options. This article analyzes the advances in various combination therapies and points out views about the selection of combination therapies and patients.
