ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of tolterodine tartrate in treating patients with early overactive bladder(OAB) symptoms after transurethral resection prostate (TURP).Methods Thirty-one patients who received TURP and were found OAB at recent follow-up were enrolled and divided by random digits table method into study group ( 16 cases) and control group ( 15 cases).The patients in study group were treated with 2 mg tolterodine tartrate twice a day for four weeks,while the changes of OAB in control group were observed.The OAB symptoms score (OABSS),maximum flow rate(Qmax),24 h urination and adverse reactions during the period of medication of two groups before and after treatment were recorded and observed.Results The second evaluation,all the indexes except Qmax in study group improved significantly compared with those of the first evaluation in study group and control group the second evaluation.The indexes included urination times[(6.8 ± 1.0) times vs.( 12.5 ± 1.5) times,(11.8 ± 1.2)times],urgency times[(1.4 ± 1.1) times vs.(4.1 ±2.2) times,(4.1 ±2.3) times],urine volume [(214 ±36) ml vs.( 177 ± 46) ml,( 178 ± 44) ml ],nocturia times [ ( 1.9 ± 0.7) times vs.(2.9 ± 1.3 ) times,(2.8 ±1.4) times ],urge incontinence times [ (0.6 ± 0.5 ) times vs.( 1.6 ± 1.0) times,( 1.5 ± 1.0) times ].OABSS in study group the second evaluation was significantly lower than that in the first evaluation in study group and the second evaluation in control group [ (3.6 ± 1.8 ) scores vs.( 7.6 ± 3.3 ) scores,(7.4 ± 3.2) scores,P ＜ 0.01 or ＜ 0.05 ].There was no statistical significance in all the indexes in control group between the first evaluation and the second evaluation (P ＞ 0.05).There were 2 cases with adverse reactions which performed as dry mouth which could be tolerant.ConclusionTolterodine tartrate is efficient and safe in treating patients with early OAB symptoms after TURP.

Animal models of endometriosis with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) symptoms, not only provided a useful experimental method for TCM syndrome differentiation of endometriosis, also verified the pathogenesis of TCM of endometriosis, which offered the theoretical support for the clinic. This article discussed the establishment, result examination, existing limit, and solutions of animal models of endometriosis with TCM symptoms.

Objective To study the chemical constituents of the acid hydrolytic products from the stems and leaves of Panax quinquefolium. Methods The stems and leaves of P. quinquefolium were hydrolyzed with acid;Isolation and purification were carried out by various chromatographic techniques,such as silica gel and so on. Compounds were identified and elucidated by spectral and chemical methods. Results Eight compounds were obtained from the acid hydrolytic products in the stems and leaves of P. quinquefolium and identified as 20 (S)-panaxadiol (Ⅰ),20 (S)-protopanaxadiol (Ⅱ),20 (R)-protopanaxadiol (Ⅲ),20 (S)-panaxatriol (Ⅳ),24 (R)-ocotillol (Ⅴ),20 (R)-protopanaxatriol (Ⅵ),20 (R)-dammarane-3?,12?,20,25-tetrol (Ⅶ),and 20 (R)-dammarane-3?,6?,12?,20,25-pentol (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅷ are the derivates of the aglycones of ginsenosides,isolated from the acid hydrolytic products from the stems and leaves of P. quinquefolium for the first time. Among these compounds,Ⅳ,Ⅶ,and Ⅷ are discoverd from the roots,stems,leaves,fruits,and buds of P. quinquefolium for the first time. Compound Ⅶ is discovered and reported that it is the derivate of the aglycone of protopanoxadiol ginsenoside,with the conspicuous anticancer activity from the fruits of P. ginseng for the first time.

We have transferred the different amounts of the plasmid DNA pCGl, which was constructed by cloning rhGM-CSF gene into the eukaryotic expression plasmid pCDS, directly into the BALB/c mice's quadriceps pretreated with bupivacaine. The result of ELISA confirmed that rhGM - CSF was expressed and secreted in mice of group B injected 60?g of plasmid pCGl, but not in mice of group C injected 30?g of plasmid pCGl. The time for the highest level of rhGM-CSF expression was during the fifteenth to twentieth days after plasmid DNA pCGl was injected. Meanwhile, the results of biological activity detection showed that mice's serum of group B (injected 60?g) had the function of retaining the growth of TF - 1 cells. This demonstrates that the rhGM-CSF in mice's serum of group B has certain biological activity. This Model of animal will blaze a new trail in the treatment and prevention of the leukyopenia.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of micro plasma in the treatment of acne atrophic scar on face.Methods 82 cases with facial acne atrophic scar were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.Each group had 41 cases.The observation group received micro plasma treatment while the control group were treated with ultrapulsed fractional CO2.The treatment was carried out 6 weeks interval, in total 3 times.After each treatment, the curative effect and the side effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates had no statistical difference between two groups, and the more treatment times, the better effect.The observation group had less adverse effects, which the duration of main side effects was shorter in the observation group than in the control group, with statistically significant difference.Conclusion The micro plasma technology on treating facial acne atrophic scar was an effective skill with less adverse reactions and worth of wide use.

Objectives To evaluate the effect of a Chinese traditional medicine , Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang , on the embryo development after in vitro fertilization ( IVF ) in mouse models of endometriosis .Methods To observe the quantity of oocytes including the average number of superovulation , fertility rate, 2-cell and 4-cell embryo cleavage rates at different stages in vitro fertilization, and morulation rate among the traditional Chinese medicine group (TCM group), endometriosis model group ( EM model group ) and sham-operated group .To explore the influence of endometriosis and the effect of Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang on the quantity of oocytes and embryonic development after IVF in the mouse models of endometriosis.Results All the average number of superovulation , fertility rate, 2-cell and 4-cell embryo cleavage rates in the three groups showed significant differences (P<0.05), and the average number of superovulation was in an order of sham operated group >TCM group>model group .There were no significant differences in the morulation rates in the three groups (P>0.05).There were significant differences among the IVF rates of the three groups (P<0.05), and to be in an order of sham operated group >TCM group>model group .There were significant differences in the final morulation rate among the three groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Endometriosis may influence the quality of embryonic development of EM model mice, including reduced average number of superovulation , fertility rate, and embryo cleavage rate .The Chinese traditional medicine Huoxue Xiaoyi Fang can improve the the quantity of embryonic development after IVF .

Objective To discuss MRI features of bone marrow edema in avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH),and to evaluatethe relationship between bone marrow edema and the stage of ANFH.Methods MRI findings of 99 hips in 73 patients with ANFH wereretrospectively analyzed.Using SE T_1WI,T_2WI and STIR scaning,both coronal and axid were performed in all patients.The bone marrow edema in ANFH was graded into 0~3,which correlated with the stage of ANFH was concerned.Results Bone marrow edema of the femur was best demonstrated on T_2WI and STIR coronal images.Grade 1~3 bone marrow edema were seen in 61% diseased femoral heads.Bone marrow edema of the femur was increasing with progressing of the disease.Bone marrow edema was not commonly seen and localized in stageⅠof ANFH,but it was more commonly seen and extensive in stage Ⅱ,Ⅲ of ANFH.Conclusion Bone marrow edema is one sign that isaccompanied with ANFH.The probability and extent of bone marrow edema correlated well with the stage of ANFH.MRI is the mostsensitive and non-invasive means for demonstrating bone marrow edema.

Objective To investigate the current situation in construction of WeChat public platform in 9 class A hospitals affiliated to Sichuan Province in Chengdu. Methods The problems and the reasons why they occurred in construction of WeChat public platform in these 9 hospitals were analyzed by literature analysis, interview, Topsis and RSR analysis, and their combination. Results The problems found in hospital WeChat public platform included imperfect management, unmatched construction level and hospital scale, insufficient government policy support and effective supervising mechanisms. Conclusion Hospitals should strengthen the construction and management of their WeChat public platform, innovatively construct their WeChat public platform, win over sufficient government policy support, and improve their supervising mechanisms.

Objective To explore whether CCL18 is involved in regulating the expression of miRNAs in breast cancer.Methods The expression profile of miRNAs in the breast cancer cell following CCL18 treatment was determined by miRNAs microarray analysis.Then we performed QRT-PCR and Luciferase Reporter Assay to validate the results from the miRNAs microassay.We used transient transfection to change the expression of miR98 and c-myc in breast cancer cells.We then used QRT-PCR and Western blot to analyze the mechanism by which CCL18 downregulates the expression of miR98 in breast cancer cells.Results miRNAs microarray analysis showed that cells treated with CCL18 differentially expressed 20 miRNAs genes compared with those in the control group. Our QRT-PCR and Luciferase Reporter Assay confirmed the result.The mRNA and protein expressions of C-myc and lin28 were increased after CCL18 stimulation in breast cancer cells.Transfection with c-myc siRNAs rescued the increase of lin28 and loss of miR98 expression caused by CCL18 stimulation.Our results also showed that CCL18 could upregulate the expression of N-Ras at post-transcription level.Conclusion CCL18 downregulates the expression of miR98 via N-Ras/c-myc/lin28 pathway.The downregulated miR98 increases the expression of N-Ras after transfection,which further activates c-myc/lin28 pathway and forms a positive feedback loop.

Objectives The aim of the study was to establish a mouse model of endometriosis , and to observe the effects of endometriosis on the reproductive ability in the mice .Methods The mouse models of endometriosis was estab-lished by subcutaneous and intraperitoneal injection of heterogenous endometrium .The pregnancy rate and live embryo number in the experimental , sham operation and blank groups were observed and compared , and the effects of endometrio-sis on reproductive ability of the mice were evaluated .Results Two weeks after the establishment of the mouse model of endometriosis , there were lesions in the peritoneal cavity and subcutaneous tissue of the mice .Compared the pregnancy rates among the model group , sham operation group and blank group , the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05).Compared the live embryo number in the three groups , there were also significant differences (P<0.05).Con-clusions A mouse model of endometriosis is successfully established , and it demonstrates that endometriosis may affect the reproductive ability of mice .
