Some patients with atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT) manifest “smooth” av node function curves. This review summarizes the essence,the end point of radiofrequency catheter ablation and the influence of some electrophysiological data in this AVNRT.

ObjectiveTo study the relationship between EphA2 and laryngeal carcinoma angionegesis.MethodsImmunohistochemical staining was used to determine the expression of EphA2 and CD34 in 20 normal squamous epithelium tissues and 50 laryngeal carcinoma.The relationship between EphA2 expression and Microvascular density was analyzed bg Spearman correlation and linear regression.ResultsThe MVD in laryngeal carcinoma (54.89 ± 13.67) was significantly higher than that in normal squamous epithelial tissues ( 17.15 ± 5.21 ) ; The EphA2 in laryngeal carcinoma(4.56 ± 1.38) was significantly higher than that in normal squamous epithelial tissues ( 2.49 ± 1.23 ) ( t =16.721,5.847,all P ＜ 0.05 ).There was significant positive linear correlation between EphA2 and MVD in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(P ＜ 0.01 ).ConclusionEphA2 may correlate with angionegesis in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma.

Objective To study the value of the preoperative detrusor contractility to the outcome assessment of prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods A total of 109 patients with BPH were analyzed.Their ages ranged from 62 to 83 years with a mean of 71 years.All patients underwent urodynamic study to confirm a diagnosis of BOO preoperatively.Further more, their BOO was not caused by nervous, endocrine or other diseases.Pateints were divided into two groups based on maximum detrusor contractility.Group Ⅰ (n =61, BPH with maximum detrusor contractility ≥ 40 cm H2O, 1cm H2O =0.098 kPa) underwent TURP or open surgery, respectively.Group Ⅱ (n =48, BPH with maximum detrusor contractility ≤ 20 cm H2O ) underwent TURP and suprapubic punctural cystostomy simultaneously,the bladder fistula was kept open continuously for at least two weeks postoperatively.The difference in outcome between the two grous was assessed by using urodynamic parameters including maximum detrusor contractility, Qmax and residual urine at one and three months postoperatively respectively.Student's t-test was used to compare the result for normally distributed data and Wilcoxon's signed-ranks test for skewed data in this study.Results There was significant difference in preoperative maximum contractility, Qmax between group Ⅰand groupⅡ (78.4 ±37.0 cm H2O) vs (19.2 ±5.4 cm H2O)(P＜0.01), (7.6±2.2 ml/s) vs (2.5 ± 1.1 ) ml/s (P ＜ 0.05) respectively.Although there was significant difference at one month postoperatively in Qmax (17.4 ±2.9)ml/s vs (12.5 ±2.0)ml/s (P＜0.05), no significant difference was found in Qmax between the two groups after three months ( 18.3 ±2.8 ml/s) vs ( 15.2 ± 1.8)ml/s (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions The Qmax may improve and the impaired detrusor recovered gradually after the BOO was removed.Performing an operation on patients with BOO accompanied with detrusor underactivity may be useful to recover detrusor contractility.

Purpose:To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity o f intratumoral H101, an E1B deleted oncolytic adenovires. Methods :A total of 53 patients with malignant tumors from multiple centers were treated with H101, 5?10 11 viral particle (VP) per day for 5 consecutive days ever y three weeks. The efficacy and toxicity were evaluated. Results :Among 49 evaluable cases, complete response 2, partial response 9, minimal respo nse 8, stable disease 19, progressive disease 11, overall response rate was 22.4 %. In the 56 ITT population the response rate was 19.6%, including 2 CR and 9 PR . The rate of clinical benefit response (CR+PR+MR+SD) was 77.6% (38/49). Main si de effects were injection site pain (57.4%) and fever (35.2%). No serious advers e events developed. Conclusions:The study showed that genetical ly E1B-deleted adenovirus (H101) showed some efficacy in some refractory malign ant tumors, and was well tolerated.

Objectives The aim of the study was to establish a mouse model of endometriosis , and to observe the effects of endometriosis on the reproductive ability in the mice .Methods The mouse models of endometriosis was estab-lished by subcutaneous and intraperitoneal injection of heterogenous endometrium .The pregnancy rate and live embryo number in the experimental , sham operation and blank groups were observed and compared , and the effects of endometrio-sis on reproductive ability of the mice were evaluated .Results Two weeks after the establishment of the mouse model of endometriosis , there were lesions in the peritoneal cavity and subcutaneous tissue of the mice .Compared the pregnancy rates among the model group , sham operation group and blank group , the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05).Compared the live embryo number in the three groups , there were also significant differences (P<0.05).Con-clusions A mouse model of endometriosis is successfully established , and it demonstrates that endometriosis may affect the reproductive ability of mice .

Objective To explore the types and drug resistance of pathogens in patients with type Ⅰ incision surgical site infection in orthopedics department.Methods Patients with type Ⅰ incision surgical site infection in orthopedics department at Peking University Third Hospital from January 2005 to December 2013 were retrospectively collected.Clinical characteristics of patients,distribution and drug resistance of pathogens were analyzed.Results A total of 58.2 thousands patients with type Ⅰ incision surgical site were hospitalized from January 2005 to December 2013 in orthopedics department,and among them 442 patients had infection in the type Ⅰ incision surgical site.The infection rate was 0.8％.Infection was mainly observed in elderly patients.The most common diseases were lumbar canal stenosis (21.7％),cervical spondylosis (20.6％) and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation (14.0％).A total of 453 pathogenic strains were detected,of which 52.9％ were gram-positive bacteria,45.5％ were gramnegative bacteria and 1.6 ％ were fungi.The common pathogens were Staphylococcus aureus (25.2 ％),Staphylococcus epidermidis (14.1 ％),Escherichia coli (11.5 ％),Enterobacter cloacae (7.3 ％),Pseudomonas aeruginosa (6.2 ％) and Acinetobacter baumannii (6.0 ％).The percentage of Meticillinresistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was 23.7％ and the percentage of Meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus epidermidis (MRSE) was 43.8％.Vancomycin or linezolid-resistant Staphylococcus aureus or Staphylococcus epidermidis were not detected.Proportion of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBL) producing strains in Escherichia coli was 53.8％,and proportion of ESBL-producing strains in Klebesiella pneumonia was 50.0％.The resistance rates to impenem and meropenem of the three different species in Enterobacteriaceae,including Escherichia coli,Enterobacter cloacae and Klebsiella pneumonia,were 0.Resistance rates of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to cefoperazone-sulbactam,piperacillin-tazobactam were less than 10 ％.Resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii to minocyline was 11.1％ and resistance rates of it to other drugs were more than 20％.Conclusions The rate of type Ⅰ incision surgical site infection in orthopedics department is low.Gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria each account for half of the pathogens.The proportion of resistant pathogens is high and empirical treatment is needed to cover these pathogens.

Objective To study the safety of Danhong injection in application for providing reference to clinical drug usage.Methods 942 patients using Danhong injection from June 2010 to October 2011 in our hospital were chosen and asked to fill in the monitoring sheet of Danhong injection post-market re-evaluation.The data in these sheets were analyzed.Results Among the 942 selected cases,454 were male and 488 were female.The youngest patient was 15 years and the oldest was 102 years.The average age of the patients was 64.5 years.799 cases of patients were over the age of 50,accounting for 84.82％.20 cases had a history of allergy.815 cases took the injection for 7 to 14 days.150 cases used 5％ GS as solvent,while 792 cases used 0.9％ NS as solvent.4 cases of adverse drug reaction were discovered in 942 cases,and the incidence rate was 0.42％.Conclusion The incidence rate of adverse drug reaction is low.The incidence of adverse reaction has no relationship with diseases,age and gender of patients,solvent and dose.Adverse reaction of Danhong injection is mainly related to the patient's individual differences.

Objective To investigate the current situation in construction of WeChat public platform in 9 class A hospitals affiliated to Sichuan Province in Chengdu. Methods The problems and the reasons why they occurred in construction of WeChat public platform in these 9 hospitals were analyzed by literature analysis, interview, Topsis and RSR analysis, and their combination. Results The problems found in hospital WeChat public platform included imperfect management, unmatched construction level and hospital scale, insufficient government policy support and effective supervising mechanisms. Conclusion Hospitals should strengthen the construction and management of their WeChat public platform, innovatively construct their WeChat public platform, win over sufficient government policy support, and improve their supervising mechanisms.
