1.Therapeutic Effects Observation on Treatment of 41 Cases of Cerebral Hemorrhage with Operation and Chinese Medicines of Stopping Endogenous Wind, Eliminating Phlegm and Removing Blood Stasis

Objective To observe the efficacy of treating cerebral hemorrhage with operation combined with Chinese medicines with the functions of stopping endogenous wind, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stusis. Methods A total of 142 patients after surgery for cerebral hemorrhage were randomly recurited into two groups: a treatment group (n= 41 ) was administrated with Chinese medicines of stopping endogenous wind, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis, and a control group (n=41) accepted conventional treatment after the surgery. Results The therapeutic effects in the treatment group was superior to that in control group (X2=13.12, P<0.05) . Conclusion It is effective to treat cerebral hemorrhage with operation combined with Chinese medicines with the functions of stopping endogenous wind, eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis.
2.Clinical study of irinotecan combined with 5-Fu/CF in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer

Objective To evaluate the anti-tumor activity and toxicity of FOLFIRI regimen in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 22 patients with advanced colorectal cancer used Irinotecan combined with 5-Fu/CF regimen to chemotherapy. Regimen: CPT-11 150 mg/m2 iv drip d1, CF 200 mg/m2 iv drip 2 h d1, 2; 5-Fu 400 mg/m2 iv drip d1, 2; 5-Fu 600 mg/m2 iv drip 22 h d1, 2. It is repeated every 2 weeks, two times a course. Efficiency and toxicity was evaluated after 4-6 cycles. Results Forty four patients were evaluated the efficiency. Two patients achieved CR, 16 PR, response rate was 40.9 %; MST was 11.3 months. TTP was 6.5 months. The main toxicity was cholinergic syndrome and delayed diarrhea,myelosuppression. There were no deaths during treatment. Conclusion The effectiveness of FOLFIRI regimen was higher and side effects was minor in advanced colorectal cancer. It should be further used and studied.
3.Construction of WeChat public platform in class A hospitals affiliated to Sichuan Province in Chengdu

Objective To investigate the current situation in construction of WeChat public platform in 9 class A hospitals affiliated to Sichuan Province in Chengdu. Methods The problems and the reasons why they occurred in construction of WeChat public platform in these 9 hospitals were analyzed by literature analysis, interview, Topsis and RSR analysis, and their combination. Results The problems found in hospital WeChat public platform included imperfect management, unmatched construction level and hospital scale, insufficient government policy support and effective supervising mechanisms. Conclusion Hospitals should strengthen the construction and management of their WeChat public platform, innovatively construct their WeChat public platform, win over sufficient government policy support, and improve their supervising mechanisms.
4.Study on expression of Smad1 in gastric adenocarcinoma and its effect on migration ability of gastric cancer cells

Objective:To investigate the expression of Smad1 in gastric carcinoma and the influence on the migration ability of gastric cancer cells.Methods:Collected the protein from the gastric cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues,the expression level of Smad1 was detected by Western blot.In HGC-27 gastric cancer cells as the research object,the carrier cells transfected with overexpression of Smad1 (p-EGFP-C1/Smad1) and Smad1 small interfering RNA (Smad1 siRNA),while transfection of p-EGFP-C1 and siRNA control as control.MTT to detect cell proliferation.Cell migration ability was detected with cell scratch test.The expression levels of MMP-9,MMP-2,p-Akt and Akt in ceils were detected by Western blot.Akt signal pathway inhibitor LY294002 (20 μg/ml) in gastric adenocarcinoma ceils,MTT for cell proliferation,cell scratch assay for cell migratior.The expression levels of MMP-9,MMP-2,p-Akt,Akt were detected by Western blot.Results:Smadl in gastric carcinoma was significantly lower than the adjacent tissues (P< 0.01).The cell survival rate and migration rate of p-EGFP-C1/Smad1 group were significantly lower than that of p-EGFP-C1 group (P<0.01).The cell survival rate and migration rate of Smad1 siRNA group were significantly higher than those in the siRNA control group (P<0.01).The expression levels of Akt protein in P-EGFP-C1,p-EGFP-C1/Smad1,Smad1 siRNA,siRNA control cells did not change.The expression levels of MMP-9,MMP-2 and p-Akt in p-EGFP-C1/Smad1 group were significantly lower than that in p-EGFP-C1 group (P<0.01).The expression levels of MMP-9,MMP-2 and p-Akt in Smad1 siRNA group were significantly higher than that in control siRNA (P<0.01).The cell proliferation and migration trends in gastric cancer cells effected by Akt signaling pathway inhibitor consistent with the p-EGFP-C1/Smadl group.Conclusion:Low expression of Smad1 in gastric cancer tissue.Smad1 can inhibit the proliferation and migration of gastric cancer cells,the mechanism of action is related to the Akt signaling pathway.
5.Clinical study of HIFU combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in treatment of 56cases of primary liver cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in the treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 106 patients with primary liver cancer were divided into two groups:50 cases were treated with TACE,and the other 56 were treated with combination of HIFU and TACE.The changes of AFP levels and the size of tumors after three months treatment were analyzed and compared with each other.The survival rates for one,two and three years were calculated with Kaplan-Meier method and compared between the two groups.Results In the two groups,AFP decreased significantly after treatment,but the combined group was superior to the other in AFP decrease.In the combined group,the 1-,2-and 3-year survival rates were higher than those in the TACE group with 82.3%,60.8%and 39.2% vs 68.0%,42.6%and 21.0%respectively(P<0.01).No serious complications were seen,such as burn of skin,bleeding,gastrointestinal perforation. Conclusion The use of HIFU combined with TACE in the treatment of patients with primary liver cancers is feasible and safe.The combined group is superior to simple TACE for the management of primary liver cancers,and the former is more effective in decreasing AFP level and improving survival rates.
6.Construction of Nomogram prediction model of myopia risk and lifestyle among primary school students in Tianjin City

Objective:
To explore the relationship between lifestyle and myopia and construct Nomogram model to predict myopia risk among primary school students in Tianjin, so as to provide a scientific basis for precision myopia prevention and control.
Methods:
From April to July of 2022, a census method was used to conduct vision testing and lifestyle related questionnaires among 373 180 primary school students in 15 districts of Tianjin. The relationship between lifestyle and myopia was analyzed by the multivariate Logistic regression, and a nomogram prediction model was constructed to predict myopia risk.
Results:
The detection rate of myopia among primary school students in Tianjin was 37.6%. The results of the multivariate Logistic regression showed that daily outdoor activity time of 1-2 h ( OR =0.94) and >2 h ( OR =0.84), time of using daily electronic devices of >2 h ( OR =1.03), daily paper materials reading and writing time of 1-2 h ( OR =1.02) and >2 h ( OR =1.09), weekly fresh vegetable intake of 2-6 times ( OR =0.93) and ≥7 times ( OR =0.88) were statistically correlated with myopia ( P <0.01). The Nomogram prediction model showed that the factors associated with myopia were grade, family history of myopia, gender, daily outdoor activity time, weekly frequency of fresh vegetable intake, daily paper materials reading and writing time, and time of using daily electronic devices time.
Conclusions
The lifestyle of primary school students in Tianjin is associated with myopia. The constructed nomogram model could provide a scientific basis for identifying key intervention populations for myopia prevention and taking targeted prevention and control measures.
7.Influential factors of treatment cost of antihypertensive drugs for hypertensive patient in community.

OBJECTIVE:
To explore the influential factors of treatment cost of antihypertensive drugs for hypertensive patient in community.
METHODS:
A total of 220 community health centers (CHCs) from 15 provinces were selected across China in view of geographical location, economic level and previous cooperative experience to implement standardized blood pressure management for hypertensive patients for 1 year, based on guidelines for prevention and control for hypertension in China (2009 Community-based revision). Baseline and follow-up information for each hypertensive patient under the care of these CHCs was collected. A total of 22 683 hypertensive patients in hypertension community standardization management were enrolled in this study. We used multivariate linear regression model to analyze the influential factors of treatment cost of antihypertensive drugs.
RESULTS:
Cultural degree, regional distribution, medical security system, the blood pressure classification, complications, and treatment options were statistically significant independent variables.
CONCLUSION
In hypertension community standardization management, the blood pressure of hypertensive patients should be controlled in advance to reduce the economic burden, , the occurrence of complications should be reduced, and economic factors should also be considered when selecting a treatment option.

8.A preliminary study on the effect of arsenic exposure on necroptosis of mouse myocardial cells

Objective:To study the effects of arsenic exposure on necroptosis pathway and inflammatory response of mouse myocardial cells.Methods:Sixty male C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into control group (group C) and low, medium, and high dose arsenic exposure groups (groups L, M, H) based on body weight using a random number table method. Each group had 15 mice, and they drank 0.00, 0.15, 1.50, and 15.00 mg/L arsenic trioxide (As 2O 3) solution prepared with deionized water. The exposure period was 12 weeks. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining and Masson trichrome staining of paraffin-embedded heart tissues were used to observe the histopathology changes of the heart. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to evaluate the ultrastructural changes of myocardial cells. The quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the mRNA expression of inflammatory genes [tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interleukin(IL)-6] and the genes involved in necroptosis pathway [receptor-interacting protein (RIP) 1, RIP3 and mixed-lineage kinase domain-like protein (MLKL)]. Protein expressions of RIP1 and RIP3 in the heart were assessed by western blotting. Results:Histopathological examination results showed there were myocardial necrosis, inflammatory cells infiltration and fibroblasts hyperplasia and other changes in groups M and H. TEM analysis revealed marked ultrastructural changes in groups M and H, including fractured myofibril, fractured Z lines of sarcomere, and swollen mitochondria with fractured cristae. Compared with group C (1.00 ± 0.00), the mRNA expression of RIP1 in group H was significantly up-regulated (1.41 ± 0.06, P < 0.05); the mRNA expressions of RIP3 (1.29 ± 0.14, 1.56 ± 0.08), MLKL (1.23 ± 0.05, 1.36 ± 0.07), TNF-α (2.20 ± 0.10, 2.23 ± 0.18) and IL-6 (1.87 ± 0.16, 1.63 ± 0.15) were significantly up-regulated in groups M and H ( P < 0.05). The protein expressions of RIP1 (0.43 ± 0.04, 0.50 ± 0.04) and RIP3 (0.68 ± 0.02, 0.84 ± 0.05) in groups M and H were higher than those in group C (0.25 ± 0.01, 0.45 ± 0.04, P < 0.05). Conclusion:Subchronic arsenic exposure induces histopathological changes such as myocardial necrosis and fibrosis in mice, inducing necroptosis and inflammatory reactions in myocardial cells.
9.Exploration of pathogenic genes of cataracts based on protein-protein interac-tion networks

Objective To screen self-assessed differentially expressed genes of cataracts and cataract-related genes from the International Mouse Phenotyping Consortium(IMPC),Mouse Genome Informatics(MGI),Cat-Map and GWAS Catalog and perform bioinformatics analysis,exploring potential pathogenic genes and signaling pathways in cataract patho-genesis.Methods The transparent anterior lens capsules of cataract patients and personnel in the control group were collected,total ribonucleic acid(RNA)was extracted,the library was constructed for sequencing,and differentially ex-pressed genes were analyzed.Data about the cataract phenotype-related genes was downloaded from IMPC,MGI and GWAS Catalog,the latest data from Cat-Map was downloaded,cataract susceptible gene annotation was performed,the characteristics of data from each database and the differentially expressed genes were analyzed,and Gene Ontology enrich-ment analysis,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis and protein-protein interaction(PPI)net-work analysis were carried out.Results Cataract susceptible single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)annotation found a total of 21 potential target genes.IMPC,MGI,Cat-Map,and SNP target genes were enriched in the regulation of RNA poly-merase promoters,protein binding,cell division,peroxisome,and cell metabolism.The PPI network of core proteins fo-cused on the peroxisome family and function-related genes.The differentially expressed genes obtained from sequencing da-ta of transparent anterior lens capsules of cataract patients and personnel in the control group were enriched in mitogen-ac-tivated protein kinase(MAPK)signaling pathway,signal transduction,ion transport,metabolism,peroxisome,and cell adhesion pathways.Compared with the sequencing differentially expressed data of cataract patients,the differentially ex-pressed genes obtained from IMPC,MGI,Cat-Map,and SNP target gene sets were enriched in intracellular signal transduc-tion,MAPK signaling pathway,circadian rhythm,cyclic adenosine monophosphate,and calcium pathway.TRIM22,OAS3,EPSTI1,ZC3HAV1,SP110 and PARP12 protein networks of cataracts were identified based on the PPI networks.Conclu-sion The pathways and biological functions involved in the PPI networks of TRIM22,OAS3,EPSTI1,ZC3HAV1,SP110 and PARP12 may be a new pathogenic mechanism for cataracts.
10.Diagnostic value of 99Tc m-HSA SPECT/CT imaging for protein-losing enteropathy

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of 99Tc m-human serum albumin (HSA) SPECT/CT imaging for protein-losing enteropathy. Methods:Retrospective analysis was performed on 55 patients (21 males, 34 females, age: 5-78 (46.7±13.5) years) who had hypoproteinemia and underwent 99Tc m-HSA SPECT/CT imaging in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University between August 2016 and August 2019. The diagnostic efficiencies of dynamic planar imaging and SPECT/CT imaging for protein-losing enteropathy were evaluated according to the clinical final diagnosis. χ2 test was used for data analysis. Results:The final clinical diagnosis confirmed 46/52 patients were with protein-losing enteropathy. The sensitivities, specificities and accuracies of 99Tc m-HSA planar imaging and SPECT/CT imaging for the diagnosis of protein-losing enteropathy were 91.30% (42/46) vs 100% (46/46), 6/9 vs 8/9, and 87.27% (48/55) vs 98.18%(54/55), respectively. The differences in sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were all statistically significant ( χ2 values: 5.73, 4.27, 5.42, all P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on 99Tc m-HSA planar dynamic imaging, SPECT/CT imaging has good diagnostic ability for intestinal protein loss and high diagnostic efficiency for protein-losing enteropathy.
