Objective To evaluate the asynchrony of the different segments of left ventricle(LV) and its relation with LV function, QRS duration in the patients with congestive heart failure(CHF) by quantitative tissue velocity imaging(QTVI). Methods Forty normal controls and 40 patients with CHF were studied by QTVI. The regional velocity profiles of 18 segments of LV along LV apical long axis view, apical two chamber view and four chamber view were obtained. The time from onset of QRS complexes to peak velocity during systole and early diastole (T S and T E) were measured. The maximal difference in T S and T E within the same wall (Intra ?T S and Intra ?T E), the same segment (Inter ?T S and Inter ?T E ) and all 18 segments(Max ?T S and Max ?T E ) of LV were calculated. The parameters of LV function calculated included the mean of mitral annulus systolic peak velocities and early diastolic peak velocities of six wall(Mean Vs and Mean Ve), and ejection fraction of LV(LVEF). Results Inter ?T S,Inter ?T E,Intra ?T S,Intra ?T E,Max ?T S and Max ?T E in CHF group were significantly prolonged, all showing statistic significance when compared with control group(all P
2.Dual effects of rapamycin on immuno-suppression and tumor inhibition
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(12):-
Rapamycin is frequently used as an immunosuppressive agent and also plays an important role in tumor suppression. It combines to FKBP12 and forms a compound to inhibit the serine/threonine protein kinase mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR),its activation is required for protein synthesis and cell-cycle progression.Rapamycin can block cell cycle at G1 phase and to inhibit cell proliferation.Furthermore rapamycin may inhibit cytokine production and cytokine signaling. Therefore rapamycin is used in the treatment of post-transplantation organ rejection and tumor therapy due to its dual effects of immuno-suppression and tumor inhibition.

Objective To discuss the influence of the smooth of bile duct examined by choledochoscope during the coInnlon bile duct exploration on the biliary tract theology. Methods Forty patients who were to undergo common bile duct exploration were divided into the control group and the test group with 20 eases in each group. The smooth of the distal common bile duct was examined by choledochoscope in the test group while by routine method in the control group. The T tube drainage volume for 24 h,the pressure, flow volume and resistance of common bile duct and amylase content of drainage were monitored in the two groups within 72 h.Results The T tube drainage volume of the second day increased.the pressure and the resistance of the common bile duct decreased, the flow volunle and amylase content of drainage reduced in the control group, which had statistical difference from those of the test group(P<0.05).Condusion Avoidance of damaging examination of the distal common bile duct, monitoring of the pressure;flow volume and resistance of the common bile duct within 72 h after operation contributed to the confirmation of the time for clamping T tube early.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2014;(23):1536-1539
This work summarizes the research development and molecular mechanism of Ebp1, a member of the proliferation-associated 2G4 family, in tumor proliferation and invasion. This research serves as a basis and support for further research on the mechanism of tumor proliferation and invasion. The low expression of Ebp1 in various cancers promotes tumor proliferation and invasion. Ebp1 inhibits E2F1, cyclin D1, and cyclin E transcription by interacting with Rb, human histone deacetylase 2, and the transcriptional repressor Sin3A. This inhibition triggers cell cycle arrest and suppresses cell proliferation. Ebp1 also influences cancer invasion and migration. However, the underlying mechanisms remain unknown and require further exploration.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between peripheral blood absolute lymphocyte count (ALC) and patients with multiple myeloma (MM). Methods:We obtained clinical features and follow-up data of 102 patients with MM to analyze the prog-nostic value of peripheral blood ALC. Results:Patients with ALC>1.51×109/L were designated as group 1, whereas patients with ALC<1.51×109/L were designated as group 2. Group 1 had significantly lower age as well as concentrations of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) andβ2-MG than group 2 (P<0.05). The overall survival (OS) of group 1 was significantly higher than group 2 (P<0.05). Sex, ALB, Du-rie-Salmon stage, isotype, subgroup, and stage according to the International Staging System in group 1 were not significantly different compared with group 2 (P>0.05). Conclusion:Lower ALC is a poor prognosis factor. ALC may be an important prognostic factor of MM.

Objective To explore the relationship between Mel-CAM and adherence and invasion of trophoblastic cells and proliferation of Mel-CAM defined intermediate trophoblast. Methods Double immunohistochemical staining technique was used to detect the expression of Ki-67 in Mel-CAM defined intermediate trophoblast in human villi during the first trimester and hydatidiform mole. Results In this study there was a significantly stronger expression of Mel-CAM in hydatidiform mole than that in first-trimester villi (P

Objective To explore the expression of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in gestational trophoblastic tumor(GTT) and their significance. Methods The expression of ER and PR in 34 cases of GTT was detected by immunohistochemical method;20 cases of normal villi and 30 cases of hydatiform mole served as controls. Results The positive expression rate of ER in normal villi, hydatiform mole and GTT was 85.00%,83.33% and 44.12%,respectively,and had positive correlation with the malignance degree of GTT.The positive expression rate of PR in normal villi, hydatiform mole and GTT was little. The expression of ER was closely related to these clinicopathological features of GTT(P

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 1993;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate the value and accuracy of M-mode color Doppler echocardiography for detecting left ventricular diastolic function in patients with cardiac disease. Methods The rate of left ventricular filling flow propagation (Vp) and the early -diastolic peak velocity of the mitral annulus(E) was measured in normal subjects(n=40)and in patients with cardiac disease (n=40). All the patients had abnormal left ventricular diastolic function confirmed by isotope-angiography test. Results ① The Vp was significantly lowered in patients with cardiac disease than in normal subjects(P

Journal of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2001;0(01):-
[Objective] To establish a method for rapid identification of Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis (FCS) from different production areas. [Methods] Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy was adopted to identify FCS. The height and position of the characteristic absorption peaks, and I value (a quantitative parameter of peak height ratio) were compared in FCS from different production areas. [Results] Each kind of FCS had their fixed range in peak height ratio I: 0.7-0.9 in FCS from Guangdong, 1.3-1.6 in FCS from Sichuan, 0.9-1.1 in FCS from Zhejiang, indicating that I value can be used to identify FCS from different areas . [Conclusion] For the identification of FCS from different production areas, FTIR spectroscopy is an effective method, in which there is no need for isolation, purification and chemical treatment.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2015;31(2):121-124
Based on analysis of researches in China and abroad on financial burden of hospital acquired infection, the paper named key setbacks in such a study in China and advocated prospective studies in this regard.Furthermore, the authors proposed studies on the financial burden incurred by years of life lost due to such infection, and that on the burden from the hospital perspectives. On the basis of direct and indirect financial burdens, the assessment and dynamic analysis of overall financial burden were proposed,to establish a uniform evaluation method or guidance for such infection and ensure the compatibility of various research outcomes.
