Journal of Practical Stomatology 2016;32(4):557-560
Objective:To analyse pros and cons of Shikani laryngoscope anatomically during nasal intubation.Methods:60 pa-tients,with ASAⅠ -Ⅱ,aged 1 9 to 29 years old, undergoing titanium plate and titanium screw removal surgery after orthognathia, were randomly divided into Shikani group (S group,n =30)and HC video laryngoscope group (V group,n =30).Successful intuba-tion rate of the first attempt, total time cost, nasal bleeding rate and the incidence of postoperative airway complications were compared. Results:Compared with group V,the time cost of group S was significantly lower(P <0.05).But the rate of successful intubation for the first attempt, nasal bleeding rate and incidence of complications were the same in both groups(P >0.05).Conclusion:Shikani la-ryngoscope is faster, less invasive with easy maintenance in nasal intubation.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2015;32(6):1354-1358
Penicillin is a kind of β-lactam drug which has been applied in the clinical treatment firstly in the world, and it has still been widely used at present. The synthesis and regulation mechanism of Penicillium chrysogenum, which is used to produce penicillin, has been studied quite maturely, but its proteomics research started relatively late and fewer reports were published. This paper reviews the synthesis and application of penicillin, transformation of Penicillium chrysogenum, and the research progress of its proteomics. On this basis, the study highlights the advantages of proteomics in the research of protein expression.

This paper is to investigate the effect of ischemic preconditioning on cardiac function in the hyperlipidemic rats. The alterations of LVSP,(d p /d t ) max , GSH Px, SOD and MDA were measured in ischemia/reperfusion group, ischemic preconditoning group and control group with in vitro myocardial ischemic precondioning model. The level of LVSP, (d p /d t ) max , GSH Px and SOD was significantly higher in the preconditoning group than that in the ischemia/reperfusion group, and these values were close to those in the control group. The area of contraction component in P cycle was higher and the amount of MDA was lower, whereas the level of LVSP, (d p /d t ) max declined significantly in ischemia/reperfusion group. It is suggested that ischemic preconditoning in hyperlipidemic rats can reduce cardiac functional impairment due to ischemia/reperfusion injury, and may have myocardial protective effects.

Objective To determine how inter-semispinal plane block(ISPB)affects how well in-dividuals recover after having posterior cervical surgery. Methods Seventy-two patients chosen for elective posterior cervical surgery from January to April 2023,41 males and 31 females, aged 18-64,BMI 18-28 kg/m2,ASA physical status Ⅱ or Ⅲ,were divided into two groups using randomized block design:the ISPB group(group I)and the control group(group C),36 patients in each group. Before anesthesia induc-tion,all patients were positioned at the 5th cervical vertebra plane using ultrasound, and 0.25%ropivacaine 20 ml or the same volume of physiological saline were injected into the fascia plane between the bilateral semispinalis cervicis and semispinalis capitis muscles.Anesthetic induction began 15 minutes after injection.QoR-40 and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were recorded 1 day before surgery,1 day and 2 days after surgery, and pain numerical scores(NRS)were recorded 1,6,12,24,and 48 hours after surgery. The number of effective PCIA compressions, the total number of PCIA compressions, the number of relief analgesia, the dosage of sufentanil, remifentanil intraoperatively and postoperatively, and dosage of pentazo-cine postoperatively were recorded. The occurrence of postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV),the time of first independent walking and oral feeding after surgery, and puncture related complications, such as he-matoma,infection,and local anesthetic poisoning were recorded. Results Compared with 1 day before sur-gery,the total QoR-40 scores and various dimensional scores in the two groups were significantly decreased, while PSQI were significantly increased 1 day and 2 days after surgery(P<0.05).Compared with group C,the total QoR-40 scores and various dimensional scores except self-care capacity were significantly in-creased,while PSQI were significantly decreased 1 day and 2 days after surgery(P<0.05),NRS were significantly decreased 1,6,12,and 24 hours after surgery(P<0.05),the number of effective PCIA compressions, the total number of PCIA compressions, the number of relief analgesia, the dosage of remifentanil intraoperatively, the dosage of pentazocine postoperatively and the occurrence of PONV were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the time of first independent walking and oral feeding after surgery were significantly shortened in group Ⅰ(P<0.05).There were no puncture related complications occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Bilateral ISPB can effectively improve the postoperative sleep of patients undergoing posterior cervical surgery, reduce postoperative pain and the incidence of PONV,and improve the postoperative recovery quality.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;28(4):732-736
Based on the CT data, a medical treatment FE model of hip joint prosthesis with stepped stem was rebuilt according the anatomy of the hip joint. Under the loads of 1.5 times standard body weight (70kg), the mechanical behavior of the treatment model was calculated, and the influence of step structure and distribution for stepped stem on femur stress and stability of total hip replacement were analyzed by three-dimensional finite element analysis (3D-FEA). The results show that the step structure changs the bone stress transmission on the interface of stepped stem and femur, and benefits to reduce stress-shielding in the femur. For the same distribution of step, the reduction of stress-shielding for raised stepped stem is better than that for concave stepped stem. The raised stepped stem of which the steps is distributed one of third part of the stem is of the best effect of reduction of stress shielding in all of the analysis models, and is a beneficial mechanical design to relieves osteoporosis or osteopenia of femur caused by stress-shielding and improve the reliability of it in clinic.
