Objective:To establish a detection method for bacterial endotoxins in nedaplatin for injection. Methods:The experi-ment was carried out and the result was evaluated according to the appendix XIE of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Vol. II. Results:There was no interference from nedaplatin for injection to bacterial endotoxin in TAL reaction. Conclusion:The method is feasible to detect bacterial endotoxin in nedaplatin for injection, which can replace the rabbit pyrogen test.

AIM:To construct nine novel L-asparaginase mutants and study their enzyme-activity.METHODS:The mutants were constructed using overlap extension PCR according to the principle of alanine-scanning mutagenesis. The enzyme-activity was detected by Nessler's method. RESULTS:The DNA sequencing showed that the mutagenesis was consistent with the theoretical prediction. The enzyme-activity assay demonstrated that each mutant possessed enzyme activity equal to the original enzyme. CONCLUSION:Through gene modification, epitop of L-asparaginase was changed without activity loss. These results provide foundation for further study of the structure-function relationship of L-asparaginase.

Objective:To evaluate the quality status of lithium carbonate tablets and lithium carbonate sustained-release tablets. Methods:The samples were examined in accordance with the statutory standard, and the exploratory studies were carried out. The results were statistically analyzed. Results:In accordance with the statutory standard, among 120 batches of samples, only one was unqualified in dissolution, and the others were qualified. The qualified rate was 99. 2% . Conclusion:The quality of the most products meets the current standard and the quality evaluation standard needs to be improved.

BACKGROUND: Hip arthroplasty and internal fixation with intramedullary cannulated screws are mainly used for senile femoral neck fractures. However, osteoporosis can usually lead to failure in internal fixation.OBJECTIVE: To analyze the joint function after fixed with intramedullary cannulated screws in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures, and to explore the factors related to functional recovery.METHODS: Clinical data of 89 patients with femoral neck fractures undergoing internal fixation with intramedullary cannulated screws after 2-year follow-up were analyzed retrospectively. The sex, age, Garden type, bone mineral density, body mass index, screw distribution, reduction index, operation time, bearing time and Harris hip scores were analyzed. Rank related analysis and accumulative Logistic regression analysis were performed on SPSS18.0 software. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Normal Q-Q plot and normality test results indicated that the Horris scores in all patients after 2-year follow-up presented with skewed distribution (P=0.000). (2) Rank related analysis showed that age,Garden type, bone mineral density, and reduction index were related with Harris score (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). (3) Accumulative Logistic regression analysis showed that the independent variables including age, Garden type, bone mineral density, and reduction index made significant effect on Harris hip scores. (4) To conclude, age, Garden type, bone mineral density, and reduction index are important factors for functional recovery of the hip after fixed with intramedullary cannulated screws.

Objective:To discuss the necessity of upgrade and verification laboratory information management system( LIMS) in drug control institutes. Methods:LIMS was upgraded and validated in a laboratory. Results:The upgrade and verification of LIMS en-sured the primitiveness and accuracy of laboratory date, and improved the work efficiency. Conclusion:The application of LIMS sys-tem ensures the reliability of the date and is of great significance to the development of drug testing organizations.

Objective The nursing treatment ability scale of patients with nuclear radiation damagein the hospital was developed to provide an evaluation basis for improving the nursing ability of nurses with nuclear radiation damage. Methods The scale was prepared by literature review, expert interview and expert consultation, and a total of 330 clinical nurses from a third-class hospital was randomly selected as the research objects. The scales were issued for item analysis and reliability and validity test. Results The scales were divided into 6 dimensions, including basic knowledge of nuclear radiation damage, specialized equipment use ability, specialized ward management ability, basic nursing ability, specialized nursing ability and self-ability recognition, with 51 items. After exploratory factor analysis, there were 6 principal components, and the cumulative interpreted variance was 70.757%. The χ2, df, χ2/df, CFI, IFI, TLI, NFI, PNFI, PCFI, RMSEA fitting indexes of confirmatory factor analysis were all acceptable. Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.976, the retest reliability was 0.823, and the S-CVI (S-CVI/UA) was 0.84. The evaluation content validityS-CVI (S-CVI/AVE) was 0.98, and the content validity I-CVI of the item level was 0.78~1.00. Conclusion The items and dimension Settings of this scale have been tested, and all indicators met the requirements. The reliability and validity test results were good. It can be used as a scale for preliminary evaluation of hospital nursing ability of patients with nuclear radiation damage.
