Eating disorders is a weight and eating related syndrome with cognitive, emotional and behavioral barriers.Prevention of eating disorders is significant. There are three theoretical models on the prevention of eating disorders:non-specific vulnerability-stressor model, social cognitive model, and critical social perspectives model. It's necessary to combine these three models together for effective prevention.

Journal of Regional Anatomy and Operative Surgery 2014;(3):287-288,289
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and nursing measures of infection in hospital ICU,and to provide the refer-ence for clinical nursing. Methods From January 2010 to June 2013,116 patients with nosocomial infection in surgical ICU were collected as observation group, and 72 patients with nosocomial infection in the surgery were as the control group. The risk factors of nosocomial infec-tion were retrospectively analyzed, and the problems related to nursing were discussed. Results The nosocomial infection rate was 8. 44% in ICU,which was significantly higher than the surgical infection rate(4. 43%) in general ward (P<0. 05). Whether patients in ICU or surgery ward, respiratory and urinary tract infections were the most common site of nosocomial infection. The mortality rate in ICU was 9. 48%,which was higher than that of nosocomial infection in surgical ward (4. 17%),P<0. 05. The nosocomial infections were obviously related to the age of patients, duration of hospitalization, the invasive operation, antibiotic and immunosuppressive agents and disturbance of consciousness in ICU and general wards (P<0. 01). Conclusion The ICU nosocomial infection rate was significantly higher than that in general ward, the main infection sites are respiratory tract and urinary tract, with a variety of factors, the key is to establish the mechanism of prevention and ef-fective nursing strategy.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To investigate therapeutic effect and toxici ti es of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) with Carboplatin(CBP) and 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) for the patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)by chronomodul ated administration. Methods:73 patients with T3 and T4 OSCC, ad mitted from March 2002 to April 2004, were randomly divided into two groups,37 c ases were in chrono-chemotherapy group (groupⅠ) and 36 cases in routine-chemo therapy group (group Ⅱ). Therapeutic effects and side effects between tw o groups were compared. Results:After two NACT courses, the effec tive rate in group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ was 75.68% and 52.78%respectively (P

China Pharmacist 2017;20(9):1697-1699
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of three bacteriostatic agents ( methylparaben, eth-ylparaben, propylparaben) in taurine eye drops. Methods:The HPLC method was conducted on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column ( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ). The mobile phase was 1% acetic acid-methanol(40 :60). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1 and the de-tection wavelength was 254 nm with the injection volume of 20 μl and the column temperature of 25℃. Results:Methylparaben, eth-ylparaben and propylparaben showed good linear relationship (r>0. 999)within the range of 1. 00-19. 94μg·ml-1,2. 01-20. 08μg· ml-1 and 0. 21-10. 46 μg·ml-1,respectively. The average recoveries were 99. 20%-99. 90%, and the RSDs were 1. 34%-1. 54%(n=9). Conclusion:The method is accurate, reproducible and stable without interference, which can be used for the determination of three bacteriostatic agents in taurine eye drops.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2010;24(1):51-54,68
Objective:To research the effect of the media on women's body image. Methods:The subjects were all from 2 colleges. The subjects of experiment 1 were 63 high and low trait social comparison female students.Among them, high trait social comparison subjects were 31 in the model image group,30 in the product image group.Low trait social comparison subjects were 30 in the model image group,32 were in the product image group. The subjects of experiment 2 were the total of 61 high trait social comparison female students.Among them,30 subjects were analyzed by similarity comparison, and 31 subjects received difference comparison. The instruments included advertisement pictures, body image states scale, the physical apperance comparion scale, and the consumer response questionnaire. Results:Analysis of variance showed that,in the model image level, the score of body image scale in high social comparison group was significantly higher than that in low social comparison group [(5.54±1.05)vs.(4.73±0.92),P<0.001].Regression analysis further showed that social comparison was moderator(ΔR~2= 0.035,P<0.01).For social comparisons mode, score of body image scale in difference comparison group was higher than that in similarity comparison group [(5.55±0.82)vs.(4.56±0.86),P<0.05].Conclusion:These findings suggested that social comparison can be used to prevent female college students' negative body images.

Objective To explore the early-term efficacy of the reconstruction ot acetabular bone loss with porous tantalum acetabular components in total hip arthroplasty. Methods Twenty-one patients (21 hips) were included in this study, which had an acetabular replacement with tantalum acetabular components from August 2009 to April 2012.There were 6 males and 15 females, with the mean age of 55.7±16.2 years (range from 24 years to 78 years). The primary total hip arthroplasty in 5 cases, the revision in 16 cases. The acetabular bone defects were classified as Paprosky classification, which included, type Ⅰ in 9 cases, type Ⅱain 4,type Ⅱb in 5,type Ⅱcin 1,type Ⅲa in 1 and type Ⅲb in 1 case. Results The mean follow-up time was 20.1 months (range,6-40 months). In Paprosky Ⅰ,the Harris hip score was 87.2±7.4 postoperatively, which was significant higher than the preoperative score 41.1±6.3.In Paprosky Ⅱ,the Harris hip postoperative score (79.8±11.8) was significant higher than the preoperative score (38.4±12.5).In Paprosky Ⅲ,the Harris hip postoperative score (79) was significant higher than the preoperative score (24).21 Tantalum components were well fixed by the radiograph imaging. No cases suffered aseptic loosening and migration.Bone ingrowths was obviously performed in 21 hips. But 2 hips had a radiolucent line,1 case occurred in zone 3 and the line was filled 4 months later, the other case still existed at last follow-up without any more widen. No infections or mechanical failures. The survivorship of the tantalum acetabular components was 100%.Conclusion Our short-term results suggest this implants may enhance biological fixation in acetabular defect cases.Porous tantalum cup appears to be an ideal material to facilitate biologic ingrowths in these cases.Long-term follow-up still needs to be confirmed.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2013;(11):42-44,45
Objective To investigate the effect of auricular acupressure on the stress reaction of conscious patients during emergency rescue in the intensive care unit(ICU).Methods Fifty conscious patients admitted to ICU were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,25 cases in each group. The two groups received conventional interventions, all separated by curtains during the rescue for psychological nursing by full-time nurses.Besides, the experiment group received auricular acupressure. The two groups were compared in terms of heart rates, systolic blood pressure, blood glucose, plasma catecholamines(epinephrine and norepinephrine)and cortisol index. Results All the items of stress reaction at minutes 30 and 60 in the experiment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The rescue times of 30min,1H in experiment group, the stress index of experiment group at 30 mins and 60 mins were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0?05)Conclusions Auricular acupressure is of good effects on physiological stress reaction in conscious patients during emergency rescue in ICU?
