Objective:To investigate the feasibility of rectus muscle insertion measurement with anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) after corrective surgery of concomitant exotropia.Methods:A cross-sectional study was performed.Twenty-five eyes of 25 patients with concomitant exotropia were included in Shenyang Aier Eye Hospital from March 2018 to February 2019, and all patients received concomitant exotropic corrective surgery.The distance of limbus to rectus muscle insertion was measured before operation, at the beginning and at the end of operation with a caliper and at postoperative 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months with AS-OCT, respectively.Degree of strabismus was examined by the alternate prism cover test at 33 cm.The research followed the Declaration of Helsinki and the protocol was approved by a Medical Ethics Committee of Shenyang Aier Eye Hospital (No.2017KJB005). Written informed consent was obtained from the patients/custodians prior to any medical examination and treatment.Results:A total of 44 rectus muscles of 25 eyes with concomitant exotropia were measured, including 25 lateral rectus muscles and 19 medial rectus muscles.The detection rate of the muscle insertion by AS-OCT was low at 2 weeks and 1 month after surgery.The mean distance of limbus to lateral rectus muscle insertions was (12.30±1.40), (11.72±1.45) and (11.84±1.27)mm at the end of operation and postoperative 3 and 6 months, respectively, showing a significant difference among them (F=4.085, P=0.023), and the distance measured at the end of operation was significantly larger than that at postoperative 3 months (P=0.018). The mean distance of limbus tomedial rectus muscle insertion was (5.12±0.42), (5.56±0.61) and (5.28±0.57)mm at the end of operation, postoperative 3 and 6 months, respectively, and there was no significant difference among the three time points (F=3.912, P=0.055). The degree of strabismus of the patients at various time points after surgery were significantly reduced in comparison with that before surgery (all at P<0.05).Conclusions:AS-OCT can track the position of extraocular muscle insertions after concomitant exotropic corrective surgery.

With the advantage of clear target and little side effect, antibody drug has attracted widely attention of worldwide pharmaceutical companies. However, large scale mammalian cell culture and antibody quality analysis are the bottlenecks of antibody drug industrialization in China. Especially due to the significant effect of cell culture conditions on antibody heterogeneity. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to optimize cell culture conditions to favor the demands of antibody drug development. This review summarized the most recent advances in the effect of cell culture conditions on antibody quality, followed by addressing the key issues that might be strategically important for domestic antibody drug development.

Objective To obserVe the clinical efficacy and safety of yiqing caPsule in the treatment of acne with concomitant constiPation. Methods A randomized controlled method was used. One hundred and forty_fiVe Patients with acne and concomitant constiPation were randomized into treatment grouP (n=75) and control grouP (n=70). Patients in the treatment grouP receiVed yiqing caPsule orally and comPound tretinoin gel toPically, while Patients in the control grouP receiVed toPical comPound tretinoin gel only. Both grouPs were treated for 3 weeks. Results The theraPeutic effect of the treatment grouP was much better than that of control grouP (P<0. 01). No obVious adVerse reactions were obserVed in either grouP. In the treatment grouP,77.4%of Patients were relieVed from constiPation,the ratio being much higher than the control grouP (P<0.01). The chance of acne relief was remarkably higher in Patients whose constiPation were relieVed (P<0. 01). The SPearman correlation index between acne relief and constiPation imProVement was 0. 699 (P<0. 01). Conclusion Combination theraPy of yiqing caPsule and comPound tretinoin gel is effectiVe in the treatment of acne with no significant adVerse reactions. The constiPation imProVement from yiqing caPsule can contribute to the efficacy towards acne.

The respiratory burst of neutrophils is an important response in inflammation. The alterations in extracellular pH per se is not a sufficient trigger to the respiratory burst in neutrophils. While neutrophils in respose to conventional agonists, the respiratory burst in neutrophils is affected by the alterations in extracellular pH, and there is a direct relationship between intracellular and extracellular pH. O-? 2 production in neutrophils is decreased while H 2O 2 production is increased at acidic pH. O-? 2 release in neutrophils is enhanced at weak alkaline pH. Na+/H+ exchanger plays an important role in the regulation of the respiratory burst of neutrophils.

The distinctive LT siRNAs were designed according to the LT sequence .During the process of cultivation ,siRNA targeting the LT gene ,non‐specific control siRNA ,negative control siRNA and culture medium were added into siRNA group (siRNA‐LT1 group , siRNA‐LT2 group) ,siRNA‐coa3 group ,siRNA‐NC group and blank control group ,respectively ,and three times in each group (1 nmol each time) .After siRNA added at the first time ,bacteria was collected in 45 min (A) ,90 min (B) and 135 min (C) time points .The expression of mRNA in three time points (A ,B and C) were detected by real‐time fluorescence quantitative PCR .The protein level of LT in siRNA‐LT1 group ,siRNA‐LT2 group and blank control group were detected by Western blot in three time points .Results The results of real‐time fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that inhibition of siRNA‐LT1 on the expression of LT mRNA at the three time points(A ,B and C)were 70 .9% ,70 .1% ,72 .5% respectively ,and inhibition of siRNA‐LT2 on the ex‐pression of LT mRNA at the three time points(A ,B and C)were 70 .1% ,69 .2% and 70 .5% respectively .In the three time points (A ,B and C)the inhibition rate of the expression of LT mRNA in siRNA‐LT1 group and siRNA‐LT2 group were statistically lower than that in the siRNA‐NC group ,siRNA‐coa3 group and blank control group (P<0 .05) .The results of Western blot showed that in siRNA‐LT1 group the inhibitory rate of expression of LT protein in the three time points were 43 .1% ,18 .4% and 5 .0% ,re‐spectively ;in the siRNA‐LT2 group were 38 .2% ,15 .4% and 30 .1% ,respectively .Conclusion The specific siRNA could inhibit the expression of LT gene in vitro .

Shotgun proteomic analysis identified proteins in WBH aqueous extraction: keratin, collagen, desmoglein, etc. Ultrafiltration and LC-MS/MS were used to separate and identify the peptides in WBH aqueous extract, as a result, identified peptides were mainly derived from nonspecific degradation products of keratin and collagen, which including C-terminal peptides and non C-terminal peptides. Hypoxanthine, uridine, guanosine, and adenosine were identified by comparing with the standards. The strategy in present study could be used in analyzing water soluble components of animal horn derived TCM. It provides a reference for investigation of the material basis of animal horn derived TCM.

PurposeTo explore the value of prenatal ultrasound in diagnosis of fetuses with limb body wall complex (LBWC).Material and MethodsThe ultrasound images and follow-up results were studied retrospectively in 20 cases of LBWC, and the ultrasonic features of LBWC were analyzed.ResultsAll 20 cases showed rather severe body wall defect and spinal abnormality, including 16 cases of abdominal wall defect, 4 cases of abdominal thoracoabdominal defect, 8 cases of idiopathic scoliosis, 2 cases of kyphosis, 3 cases of twist into a corner, 1 cases of distortion as S shape, and 6 cases of vertebral body arranged in disorder. Moreover, 16 cases presented abnormal umbilical cord,among which 11 had too short umbilical cord, 1 without umbilical cord, and 7 as single umbilical artery (3 cases with short cord). Five cases showed limb abnormalities, among which 2 cases were left lower limb absence, 1 cases as left upper limb absent, 1 cases as left foot varus and right foot slightly varus, and 1 cases as left foot drop.ConclusionPrenatal ultrasonography can accurately diagnose LBWC in time, so as to provide evidence for early clinical intervention.

Objective To investigate the related risk factors of old cerebral infarction patient.Methods Tbe related data of 248 old male patients(>65)who weared the 24-h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring at our depanment from September of 2007 to December of 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups according to WHO diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction:cerebral infarction group(n=58)and non-cere-bral infarction group(n=147).The correlation between related risk factors with cerebral infarction were further stud-ied.Results①The result of multiple factor logistic regression analysis(α=0.05,β=0.01 is the selected criteri-on) showed:cerebral Lacunar infarction and the level of blood uric acid had the significant impact on the occurrence of cerebral infarction.To compare with non-cerebral lacunar infarction,the relative risk of cerebral infarction morbili-ty was 7.443 in cerebral lacunar infarction.The level of blood uric acid decreasing l μmol/L,the relative risk of cer-ebral infarction morbility increased 0.994.②Every ingredient of blood pressure deploy independent-samples T test showed that the highest value of systolic blood pressure(167.12±22.08)and the highest value of pulse pressure (88.03±20.81)raised up obviously compared with non-cerebral infarction group.Conclusion In old male,the incidence rate of cerebral infarction is predominantly correlated with cerebral lacunar infarction and the level of blood uric acid,and is closely correlated with the highest value of systolic blood pressure and the higheat value of pulse pressure in all the ingredients of blood pressure.
