1.Research on relationship between cyclophilin and carcinomas
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(6):410-412
It has been demonstrated that certain members of cyclophilins (CyP) family are related to tomurigenesis, which might result from the role for Cyp in cell proliferation. Most members of Cyp family express specifically in tumor tissue in contrast to in normaltissue and cancer-brink tissue. It is possible that a novel approach to cancer therapy and diagnosis would be appeared through exploring the relationship between Cyp and tumor.
2.Studies on the pathogenesis of renal insufficiency in acute hepatic failure
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
The experiments were designed to study the relation between endotoxamia and renal insufficiency and the protective effects of RSM on galactosamine-induced acute hepatic failure. The results indicated that galactosamine-treated rats which all accompanied with endotoxamia exhibited significant renal dysfunction (Per, BUN elevated; UV, Ccr, U_(Na)V fell; FE_(H2O), FE_(Na) enhanced). After treatment of RSM, the endotoxemia was reduced while renal functions were improved. It suggested that there was a close relationship between endotoxemia and renal insufficiency. The experiment proved that the endotoxin was an important factor in the occurance and development of HRS. RSM possessed marked preventive and theraputic effects for HRS. In addition, the model of galactosamine-induced hepatic failure could be used to study the pathogenesis, prevention and therapy of HRS simultaneously.
3.The significance of Inhibition of NF-?B by I?B? in Cerebral Ischemia
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(06):-
Nuclear factor-?B (NF-?B) is a nuclear transcription factor that regulates the expressions of multiple genes. It can be activated during cerebral ischemia; it is closely correlated with the inflammatory reaction and apoptosis during cerebral ischemia. NF-?B inhibitor ? (I?B?), an important inhibitor factor of NF-?B, can regulate the survival and death of neuron in the ischemia penumbra. Therefore, the inhibition of the degradation of I?B? and the prevention of the activation of NF-?B with drugs or molecular biological methods has become an important approach in study of the effect of NF-?B at present. Recent studies have indicated that I?B? itself may also participate in the regulation of apoptosis.

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and nursing measures of infection in hospital ICU,and to provide the refer-ence for clinical nursing. Methods From January 2010 to June 2013,116 patients with nosocomial infection in surgical ICU were collected as observation group, and 72 patients with nosocomial infection in the surgery were as the control group. The risk factors of nosocomial infec-tion were retrospectively analyzed, and the problems related to nursing were discussed. Results The nosocomial infection rate was 8. 44% in ICU,which was significantly higher than the surgical infection rate(4. 43%) in general ward (P<0. 05). Whether patients in ICU or surgery ward, respiratory and urinary tract infections were the most common site of nosocomial infection. The mortality rate in ICU was 9. 48%,which was higher than that of nosocomial infection in surgical ward (4. 17%),P<0. 05. The nosocomial infections were obviously related to the age of patients, duration of hospitalization, the invasive operation, antibiotic and immunosuppressive agents and disturbance of consciousness in ICU and general wards (P<0. 01). Conclusion The ICU nosocomial infection rate was significantly higher than that in general ward, the main infection sites are respiratory tract and urinary tract, with a variety of factors, the key is to establish the mechanism of prevention and ef-fective nursing strategy.

China Oncology 1998;0(04):-
Purpose: To examine the drug concentration in axillary nodes after regional injection of carboplatin-activated carbon suspension (CP-CH) in patients with breast cancer, and compared the result with what happened after regional injection of carboplatin solution ( CP-Sol). Methods: 32 patients with breast cancer were divided into 2 groups randomly with 16 patients in each group. One group received regional subcutaneous injection of CP-CH adjacent to the primary tumor. The contrast group received CP-Sol under the same conditions. Modified mammectomy was done 1, 12, 24, 72 hours later. The carboplatin concentration in axillary lymph nodes was examined by atom absorbing spectrometry. Results: At 1, 12, 24, 72 hours after injection of CP-CH, the carboplatin concentration in lymph nodes was 11.23?5. 66u,g/g, 26.40?11. 18u.g/g, 18.72?7. 14u.g/g, 15. 44?6. 92u,g/g, respectively. At 1, 12, 24 hours after injection of CP-Sol, the carboplatin concentration was 0. 24? 0. 06ug/g, 0. 13? 0. 08ug/g, 0. 12? 0. 04ug/g, respectively. No carboplatin was found at 72 hours after injection. The differences between the two groups were very significant (P
