Objective: To prepare the immobilized snailase on cross-linked nano-SiO2, characterize its physicochemical properties, and investigate the optimal conditions of hydrolyzing icariin to baohuoside Ⅰ and enzymatic properties. Methods: The snailase was immobilized on the glutaraldehyde cross-linked nano-SiO2 by covalent coupling method. The immobilization conditions were optimized using the relative enzyme activity as the test index. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and elemental analysis methods were used to characterize the physicochemical properties of immobilized snailase. Using icariin as the substrate and free enzyme as the control, the optimal enzyme conditions, enzymatic kinetic parameters, recyclability, and thermal stability of the immobilized snailase were also investigated. Results: The optimal mass ratio of enzyme to carrier was 1:3 and the optimal immobilization time was 6 h for the preparation of the immobilized snailase. The optimum hydrolysis conditions of the immobilized snailase were as follows: pH 5.0, conversion temperature 60 ℃, mass ratio of enzyme to substrate 1:2, and transformation time 12 h. The Vmax and Km of the immobilized snailase was 0.43 μg/min and 0.78 mmol/L, respectively. After repeated use for 5 times, the residual relative enzyme activity of the immobilized snailase maintained above 70%. Conclusion: The immobilized snailase on cross-linked nano-SiO2 has high mechanical strength, strong stability, and good reusability. It can hydrolyze the icariin to the baohuoside Ⅰ with a better activity. The hydrolysis process was simple, easy, and suitable for industrial production.

Objective To explore the diangostic value of serumhigh sensitive C-reaction prtein (hsCRP) serum amyloid a (SAA) and C-reaction protein (CRP) in patients who had HBV hepatopathy.Method 127 subjects with hepatopathy caused by HBV infection and 50 control subjects were incorporated in this research,and 47 cases with HBV hepatitis,35 cases with HBV cirrhosis and 45 cases with hepatic failure and SAA and CRP hsCRP of every sample was detected.Results ①Levels of CRP and hsCRP in cases were significantly higher than controls (Mann-Whitney U test,Z=-2.792,-8.458,P＜0.01).②The hsCRP levels in the three different groups of cases were different (Kruskal-Wallis test,x2=11.625,P＜ 0.01).③The hsCRP level of group 2 and 3 was significantly higher than group 1 in the hepatic damage groups (Mann-Whitney U test,Z=-2.849,-2.902,P＜0.01).④But the level of SAA had no statistically significant in any group.⑤The seropositivity of hsCRP in cases group was 76.29 ％ and it was higher than CRP (11.34 ％) and SAA(26.80 ％).Conclusion The diangosic value of CRP and hsCRP may better than SAA in the patients who got HBV hepatic damage which maybe caused by detection method as hsCRP is better than CRP.

Objective To examine the expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in human hepatitis B associated hepatocellular c arcinoma and to investigate its relationship with the occurrence and development of hepatocellularcarcinoma. Methods AQP1 and VEGF expressionsin the cancer tissues and AQP1 and VEGF levels in the serum were detected in 62 cases of hepatocellula carcinomaby immunohistochemistry and ELISA , respectively. Results The expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in the liver cancers were significantly higher than in the normal tissues (P<0.01). The higher expression was related to pathologic type,degrees of differentiation and lymph node metastasis, but not related to sex, age and TNM stages. In the serum of liver cancer, the concentrations of AQP1 and VEGF were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion High expressions of AQP1 and VEGF in the patients with liver cancer may be correlated to the occurrence and development of liver cancer. Plasma levels ofAQP1 and VEGF may be more meaningful for the evaluation of clinical prognosis.

Objective To investigate effects of Naoxintong drip pill (NDP) in activating blood and removing blood-stasis and on myocardial and cerebral ischemia. Methods The in-vivo effect of NDP on thrombosis, aggregation of platelets, blood viscosity, microcirculation, acute myocardial and cerebral ischmia and the focal cerebral-infarction were observed for study the pharmacodyamic effect of NDP. Results NDP could significantly inhibit the formation of thrombosis and maximal aggregation rate of platelets, and decrease viscosity in whole blood and plasma in rats with blood stasis. It could also promote auricular microcirculation, prolong the survival time of mice with cerebral ischemia, improve the electrocardiogram of ischemic rats, reduce the focal cerebral-infarction area and improve behavior disorder. Conclusion NDP possesses actions of activating blood and removing blood-stasis and improving myocardial and cerebral ischemia and focal cerebral-infarction.

Abstract: Objective　In order to understand the radon exposure level of homes in Chongqing, this survey was carried out on the indoor radon concentration in 38 districts and counties of Chongqing. Methods　According to the population ratio of every 100 000 people, one monitoring site was arranged, and the number of parallel samples was 10% of the distribution sites. The monitoring sites covered 38 districts and counties in Chongqing. A total of 1 019 residential monitoring sites in 38 districts and counties in Chongqing were measured with radon accumulation detectors from July 2020 to June 2021. Results　The five districts/counties in Chongqing having the highest average concentration of residential radon in the year were Xiushan County 78.8 Bq/m3, Qianjiang District 78.0 Bq/m3, Yubei District 73.9 Bq/m3, Youyang County 71.4 Bq/m3 and Shapingba District 69.8 Bq/m3. The five districts/counties with the lowest mean concentration of indoor radon were 37.6 Bq/m3 in Zhongxian County, 36.4 Bq/m3 in Changshou District, 33.7 Bq/m3 in Kaizhou District, 33.2 Bq/m3 in Liangping District and 27.3 Bq/m3 in Wushan County. The concentration levels of radon in four seasons were 46.0 Bq/m3, 53.4 Bq/m3, 45.1 Bq/m3 and 59.5 Bq/m3, respectively. The concentration of radon was higher in Summer and Winter, and lower in Spring and Autumn, and the difference of concentration among four seasons was statistically significant (P<0.001). The radon concentration of newly built buildings after 2017 was relatively high, up to 61.8 Bq /m3, but there was no statistical significance in radon concentration in different building ages (P>0.05). The concentration of radon in rooms of buildings with less than 10 floors was higher, up to 63.2 Bq /m3, and there were significant differences in radon concentration among rooms of different floors (P<0.05). The average annual radon concentration in houses in Chongqing was about (51.6±19.5) Bq/m3, and the average annual effective dose of inhaling radon and its progeny by house-related people was about (1.38±0.52) mSv. Conclusion　The average annual radon concentration level of houses in Chongqing is within the standard limit value recommended by China, but the prevention and control of radon should be strengthened.

Objective To evaluate the effect of positive end-expiratory pressure (PEEP) on intraoperative pulmonary function in the patients undergoing urological retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the mode of protective ventilation.Methods Forty patients of both sexes,aged 30-64 yr,with body mass index of 16-29 kg/m2,of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ or Ⅱ,scheduled for elective retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotorny,were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =20 each) using a random number table:control group (group C) and PEEP group (group P).After induction of general anesthesia,the patients were endotracheally intubated.Intermittent positive pressure ventilation (tidal volume [Vr] 6 ml/kg,respiratory rate [RR] 12 breaths/min,inspiratory/expiratory ratio [I:E] 1:2,fraction of inspired oxygen 50％) was performed from the end of intubation until the onset of pneumoperitoneum.After the onset of pneumoperitoneum,the patients were ventilated (VT 6 ml/kg,RR 22 breaths/min,I:E 1.0:1.5),and the end-tidal pressure of carbon dioxide was maintained at 35-45 mmHg in group C.After the onset of pneumoperitoneum,the patients were ventilated (VT 6 ml/kg,RR 22 breaths/min,I:E1.0:1.5,PEEP 5 cmH2O),and the end-tidal pressure of carbon dioxide was maintained at 35-45 mmHg in group P.At 5 min before pneumoperitoneum (T1),at 10,30 and 60 min of pneumoperitoneum (T2-4),immediately after the end of pneumoperitoneum (T5),and at 5 min before extubation (T6),arterial blood samples were collected for blood gas analysis.Peak airway pressure and mean airway pressure were also recorded.Dynamic lung compliance,oxygenation index,respiratory index,dead space fraction and alveolararterial oxygen gradient were calculated.Results Compared with group C,mean airway pressure was significantly higher at T2-4,oxygenation index was significantly higher at T3,alveolar-arterial oxygen gradient difference was significantly lower at T3 and T6,and respiratory index was significantly lower at T6 (P＜0.05),and no significant change was found in the peak airway pressure,dynamic lung compliance and dead space fraction at each time point in group P (P＞0.05).Conclusion PEEP (5 cmH2O) can improve the intraoperative pulmonary function in the patients undergoing urological retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery in the mode of protective ventilation.
