Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
In the light of requirements of medical equipment simulation system, the overall framework of joint control system of medical equipment integrated support in the theater is designed in this paper. Such modules are developed with Delphi as communication module, module for equipment basic information, module for equipment video information and module for medical faculty information. A joint control system suiting integrated support simulation sand table for medical equipment is complteted, which provides a multidimensional informational platform for integrated demonstration of medical equipment.

Virologica Sinica 2008;23(1):37-42
The Borf1 protein is encoded by an immediate-early gene of the bovine foamy virus (BFV) and plays a key role in the viral life cycle. Borf1 is a DNA binding protein which can transactivate both the long terminal repeat (LTR) and the internal promoter (IP) of BFV by specifically binding to the transactivation responsive element (TRE). To analyze the subcellular localization of Borf1 during the BFV life cycle, this gene was cloned into a prokaryotic expression vector and expressed in a soluble form. After the purification and immunization, we raised the mouse anti-Borf1 serum with a high titer based on ELISA results. Western blot analysis showed that the antiserum could specifically recognize the Borf1 protein that was expressed in 293T cells. With this specific serum, we revealed the nuclear and cytoplasmic localization of Borf1 in HeLa cells that was transfected with Borf1. Moreover, the immuno-fluorescence assay also showed that the localization of Borf1 during the infection and transfection of BFV was identical.

This study is to investigate the protective effect of longistyline A against corticosterone-induced neurotoxicity in PC12 cells. While PC12 cells were exposed to 100 micromol x L(-1) corticosterone for 48 h, cell survival rate was reduced and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) release increased. In parallel, corticosterone caused significant elevations of DNA fragmentation, [Ca2+]i and caspase-3 activity. However, when the PC12 cells were incubated with longistyline A (4.0, 8.0 and 16.0 micromol x L(-1)) in the presence of 100 micromol x L(-1) corticosterone for 48 h, the effects were evidently alleviated, but dose-dependent manner was not obvious. In summary, longistyline A could generate a neuroprotective effect against corticosterone-induced neurotoxicity in PC12 cells possibly by decreasing [Ca2+]i and caspase-3 activity.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2021;19(4):313-320
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus MOTOmed intelligent motor training in treating children with spastic cerebral palsy, and analyze the effects on lower limb motor function, intelligence development level, immune function and cerebral hemodynamics. Methods: A total of 42 children with spastic cerebral palsy were selected as the observation objects, and enrolled into the observation group. Another 42 cases treated in the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups received MOTOmed intelligent motor training, and the observation group was given additional acupuncture therapy, and the control group was given additional conventional rehabilitation treatment. After 2 consecutive treatment courses, the psychomotor development index (PDI) and mental development index (MDI) of Children's Developmental Center of China (CDCC) scale, the scores of gross motor function measure (GMFM) scale and modified Ashworth scale (MAS), and the changes in CD3+, CD4+, CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ were observed. The peak systolic velocity (PSV) and mean flow velocity (MFV) of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA), middle cerebral artery (MCA) and posterior cerebral artery (PCA) were observed and measured. The clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: Compared with the same group before treatment, the scores of GMFM, PDI and MDI, levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+, PSV and MFV levels of ACA, MCA and PCA in both groups were significantly increased after treatment (all P<0.05), while the CD8+ level had no significant change (both P>0.05). After treatment, the total effective rate of lower limb spasm in the observation group was 90.5%, significantly higher than 71.4% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of GMFM, PDI and MDI, the levels of CD3+ and CD4+, PSV and MFV, and the levels of ACA, MCA and PCA in the observation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the CD8+ level and CD4+/CD8+ between the groups (all P>0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture plus MOTOmed intelligent motor training has a better clinical efficacy than conventional rehabilitation plus MOTOmed intelligent motor training in treating children with spastic cerebral palsy, and is also superior in improving lower limb motor function and the level of intellectual development. And the mechanism may be related to the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2008;33(7):854-859
There are 63 species Melastomataceae plants in 17 genus, which widely distribute along Yangtze River and the south of China ranging from Tibet autonomous region to Taiwan province. They used as herb medicine in China. A large part of the Melastomataceae plants have bitter, pungent and sweet taste. The meridian distribution of them is liver, spleen and stomach, they have many functions such as "cure rheumatism", "clear heat" and "detoxication", "regulate the flow of qi and alleviate pain", "diuresis and detumescence", "activate the blood and eliminate stasis". Melastomataceae plants not only have exact medical value, but also have abundant resource. So it has very bright perspective of exploitation and utilization.

Shanghai Journal of Preventive Medicine 2020;32(6):473-
Objective To explore the relationship between adult tobacco use and health literacy, and to provide evidence for tobacco control intervention and health promotion. Methods By combining PPS method and KISH table method, the 2018 National Residents′ Health Literacy Monitoring Questionnaire was used to investigate the health literacy level and tobacco use, and the correlation between current smoking behavior and health literacy among residents aged 15-69 was analyzed by logistic regression. Results A total of 3 200 people were surveyed, and 3 185 valid questionnaires were recovered, with an effective rate of 99.53%.The current smoking rate of people with scientific health literacy, infectious disease prevention literacy, safety and first aid literacy, basic medical literacy and health information literacy was lower than those without (

Journal of Veterinary Science 2013;14(3):363-365
Our investigation was conducted in order to verify a recent severe epidemic at several swine farms in northern China that indicated a newly emerging disease. Evidence confirmed that the epidemic was caused by a virulent Pseudorabies virus infection in swine herds.
