Combined with the partial least square regression, the oc tane number (RON), density, temperature evaporate (50%,90%), aromatics and olefi n concentration of gasoline were determined by the Fourier transform infrared spe ctroscopy at the wavenumber region of 1550～660cm－1. The experimenta l results showed that the actual values measured by the standard method were agre e with the prediction values by the proposed method.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus (MRS) isolates in Staphylococcus auricularis and S. hominis and detect their drug resistance. METHODS MRS isolates were detected by cefoxitin disc test and susceptibilities were tested by agar dilution method. RESULTS 94.7% and 91.7% MRS isolates were in S. auricularis and S. hominis. MRS strains were resistant to most of antimicrobial agents. There were no isolates resistant to vancomycin and teicoplanin. CONCLUSIONS MRS isolates are highly prevalent in S. auricularis and S. hominis with resistance to most of antimicrobial agents.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence of meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus haemolyticus(MRSH)and resistance in S.haemolyticus isolates. METHODS MRSH was detected by cefoxitin disc test and susceptibilities were tested by agar dilution method. RESULTS There were 86.4% of MRSH isolates.MRSH was highly resistant to penicillin,cefazolin,cefuroxime,ceftriaxone,tetracycline,ciprofloxacin,and clindamycin.The resistance rate to amikacin,rifampicine and chloramphenicol was 16.9%,11.2% and 28.1%,respectively.All isolates were susceptible to vancomycin and teicoplanin.Except for tetracycline,amikacin,rifampicin,and chloramphenicol,the resistant rate to other antimicrobial agents was significantly higher in MRSH than in MSSH. CONCLUSIONS MRSH is mostly occupied in S.haemolyticus isolates and resistant to most of antimicrobial agents.More attention should be paid to survey and detect these strains.

Objective To investigate the expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) after cerebral infarction and treatment with curcumin combined with electroacupuncture.Methods Middle cerebral artery occlusion was successfully introduced to simulate cerebral infarction in 60 healthy,male Wistar rats.They were then randomly divided into a control group,an electroacupuncture group,a curcumin group and a curcumin combined with electroacupuncture group (the observation group),each of 15.After the modeling,the four groups were given the planned interventions for 2 weeks,with the control group receiving no intervention.All of the rats were sacrificed after neurobehavioral scoring and immunological staining of brain tissue from the infarction area was used to detect the expression of BDNF and NGF.Results The average Bederson score in the observation group was significantly lower than those of the other groups.Cells expressing BDNF and NGF were significantly more numerous in the observation group than in the other three groups.Conclusion Curcumin combined with electroacupuncture can significantly improve the expression of BDNF and NGF in the infarcted area,and this may play a neuroprotective role.

OBJECTIVE To investigate pathogens and their resistance in infective endocarditis patients.METHODS Pathogens and their resistance were detected by MicroScan WalkAway-40 system.RESULTS Most of pathogens were Streptococcus pyogenes and Staphylococcus.The resistant rate of S.pyogenes to tetracycline,erythromycin,ampicillin,penicillin,gentamicin and chloramphenicol was 78.6%,42.9%,14.3%,0,0 and 0,respectively.Four were MRS in 10 Staphylococcus isolates and they were resistant to most antimicrobial agents except vancomycin and higher than MSS.CONCLUSIONS Most of pathogens are S.pyogenes and Staphylococcus in infective endocarditis patients;most S.pyogenes isolates are resistant to tetracycline,erythromycin,but susceptible to penicillins;MRS are resistant to most of antimicrobial agents except vancomycin.

Objective To explore the association between the genetic polymorphism of CYP3A4,CYP2D6 and response to methadone maintenance treatment(MMT)among heroin-dependent patients.Methods Patients undergoing MMT in 6 MMT clinics were randomly selected,information about general socia-demographic characteristics,drug abuse history,and MMT data of patients were collected,genotypes of peripheral blood CYP3A4 and CYP2D6 polymorphic loci were detected.Results A total of 820 patients were enrolled in the study,210 cases were with good response and 610 cases with poor response to MMT.Difference in age between different response groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Distribution of genotype frequency and allele frequency of CYP3A4 rs2242480 and CYP2D6 rs16947 between good response and poor response groups was not significantly different(both P>0.05).Conclusion The association between CYP3A4 rs2242480,CYP2D6 rs16947 and response to MMT has not yet found in heroin-dependent patients.

Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Ershen Pills extracted with petroleum ether, which contains Psoraleae Fructus (PF) before and after processing, and initially set up the pattern recognition technique of the extract, so as to provide reference for quality control. Methods HPLC was used, and the separation was performed at 30 ℃ on an Spolar Hplc Packed C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). Gradient elution was performed with the mobile phases of methanol-acetonitrile (1:1) and water containing 0.1% formic acid. The flow rate was 1 mL/min, and sample size was 10 μL. The UV detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. Furthermore, the fingerprint was analyzed by similarity analysis, as well as pattern recognition technique, including hierarchical clustering analysis and principal component analysis. Results The fingerprints were established respectively consisting of 28 common peaks well separated. There into, six compounds were identified (psoralen, isopsoralen, methyleugenol, methylisoeugenol, dehydrodiisoeugenol, and backuchiol). Compared with the reference spectrum, the similarity degrees were greater than 0.9. When dealing with principal component analysis, the samples were well divided into two categories, which was consistent with the principal component analysis. Meanwhile, the results of principal component analysis prompted some chromatographic peaks which could be used to distinguish between two species. Conclusion The method is stable and reliable, which can be used for quality control of Ershen Pills extracted with petroleum ether. Meanwhile, it is contributing to the entire quality control and quality evaluation when combined with chemical pattern recognition.
