1.Prevention and treatment of rotavirus infections in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2013;(3):261-263
Rotavirus(RV) is the leading pathogen of acute gastroenteritis in children, accounting for approximately 5 % of deaths worldwide.By now,no specific antiviral treatment is available for rotavirus infection. The duration of passive immunization is shorter than active,so oral immunoglobulin for prevention and treatment of rotavirus might not be the best strategy.Currently, two rotavirus vaccines-Rotarix and RotaTeq are licensed and used in many countries, and they have been recognized as powerful weapons to combat deaths from acute gastroenteritis. The trials of interventions, such as oral rehydration, zinc preparations, probiotics and nitazoxanide are testified to be effective for some young children with acute gastroenteritis. This paper reviews the progress of prevention and treatment of rotavirus infections in children.
2.Teaching-oriented traditional model and problems-oriented PBL model of information literacy education in medical students
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2016;25(7):73-76
After a description of the combined teaching-oriented and learning-oriented teaching model of medical information retrieval course, the results it achieved were investigated with questionnaires and its advantages were summarized from the aspects of national conditions, information literacy training and medical education.
3.Application of fFN and CRP in the evaluation of therapeutic effect for preterm labor.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(1):77-78
Select 106 pregnant women with threatened preterm labor between 28 and 37 weeks of gestation. They have been treated continually by the preventing preterm labor therapy including antibiotics and magnesium sulfate. Cervicovaginal fetal fibronectin (fFN) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in serum were detected before treatment and after 3-day and 7-day treatment respectively. 100 normal pregnant women were included as control group. (1) The fFN and CRP had significant differences between study group and control group (P<0.05). (2) The fFN and CPR were different compared in the treatment period (P<0.05). Fetal fibronectin and CRP can be used can be used in therapeutic effect evaluation of threatened preterm labor.

4.Progress of immune status in systemic lupus erythematosus
International Journal of Pediatrics 2012;39(4):390-393
Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune-mediated inflammatory diseases in which immunologic derangement throughout this process. There are a varriety of abnormal immunoregulation, including the disturbance of Help T cell 1,Help T cell 2,Th17 cell and regulatory T cell( Treg cell),disfunction of the B cell subsets and deficiency of the immune tolerance, lead to the disturbance of related cytokines.Recently,it was indicated that the abnormal of cross regulation existencd between Help T cell 1 and Th17 cell, and the disfunction of non-antibody-dependent B cells may play an important role in the pathogenesis of SLE,According to different immune status, appropriate and targeted treatment was given in order to improve the prognosis of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
5.MECHANISM OF HYPOTENSIVE EFFECT OF SlLYBIN
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
The mechanism of hypotensive effect of siiybin was studied in anesthetized cats and rats. The results show that the hypotensive action caused by siiybin is not central in origin, and not related to the effect of autonomic nervous system and the release of histamine and prostagiandin, but is mainly due to vasodilation.
6.Recent advances in research of dengue virus receptors
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
Dengue virus receptor is one of the hot issues in the investigation of dengue virus. The structures of many receptors, such as proteins,Fc-R,heparin sulphate and LPS/CD14-associated binding proteins, have been confirmed.Recently, great progress has been made in the research of some special receptors found in cells suseptible to dengue virus, and protein compositions binding to the virus membrane domain have been isolated from several susceptible cell lines. The candidates for the composition of the receptor can be catergorized into heat-shock protein, glucose regulated protein, laminin receptor,DC specific ICAM-3 grabbing non-integrin,etc.This article reviewed the recent advancements in the study of dengue virus receptors.
7.Application of Flow Cytometer for Diagnosis and Prognosis of Tumors of the Salivary Glands
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective In order to investigate the ability of flow cytometer (FCM) to diagnose malignant tumor and evaluate prognosis of tumors in salivary glands, the DNA ploidy and cell cycle had been analysed and the association of these parameters with histologic grades, lymph node metastasis were studied. Methods The fresh tissues of benign tumor, mixed tumor and malignant tumor were detected by FCM. Results DNA aneuploid has not been detected in benign tumors; 44 cases of mixed tumor has been detected with DNA aneuploid nd with high SPF; it suggests that these cases have malignant trend; most of malignant tumor were detected with high aneuploid. DI was not correlated with lymph node metastases, but correlated with histologic grades (P
8.Lung tissue expression of TLR4 and airway hyperresponsiveness in the mice infected by respiratory syncytial virus
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective: To study the lung tissue TLR4 expression and airway hyperresponsiveness(AHR) in the mice infected by respiratory syncytial virus(RSV).Methods:16 clean,6 weeks old BALB/c mice were divided into two groups equally(RSV group and control). One week after RSV infection,AHR was detected by inhaling the increased concentration of methacholine,TLR4 mRNA expression was measured by RT-PCR methods, and the correlation between AHR and TLR4 expression was also analyzed. Results:An important difference was detected in two groups' airway resistance when the inhaled concentration of methacholine was 3.2g/L(P
9.The association of a TA repeat polymorphism in ERa gene with unknown aetiology hypomenorrhea
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the association of a(TA)n dinucleotide repeat polymorphism with unknown aetiology hypomenorrhea.Methods:100 normal menstruation person(control group) and 100 hypomenorrhea patients(case group)were recruited.they all came from southen-western China. The(TA)n dinucleotide repeat in ERa gene upstream hypervariable region were purifed, cloned and sequence analysed.we observe the ERa gene(TA)n dinucleotide repeat polymorphism distribution in the two groups. Results:All samples exhibted 7 different alleles. The(TA)n dinucleotide repeats were 11~17,The most prevalent allele was TA14 repeat in control group. The distribution of the different alleles of the(TA)n dinucleotide repeat sequence in the group and control group has significant difference(?2=13.412,P =0.037).Fisher's exact test was applied to compare the frequency of each a1lele between two groups. The frenquency of the TA13 allele was found to be significantly greater in hypomenorrhea group(P =0.006),and the frenquency of the TA15 allele was less in the group(P =0.033).Conclusion:A(TA)n dinucleotide repeat sequence which is in ERa gene upstream hypervariable region was associated with unknown aetiology hypomenorrhea. The TA13 allele was found to be associated with unknown aetiology hypomenorrhea and may be a risk factor;whereas TA15 allele may be a protective factor for patients.
10.A Study of Kupffer Cell Phagocytic Function and Its Pathological Changes in the Rat with Experimental Obstructive Jaundice
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
Pathological changes of Kupffer cells in number and ultrastructure were studied by means of colloidal carbon uptake, endogenous peroxidase cytochemistry, quantitative histology and ultrastructural stereologic morphometry at various time intervals (3,7,14,21,and 28 d) after common bile duct ligation. Kupffer cell phagocytic function and serum fibronectin opsonic activity were measured. The results show the morphological changes of Kupffer cells coinciding with their functional alterations. Alteration of Kupffer cell phagocytic function is mainly due to the changes of number and cellular activity of Kupffer cells.
