Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To study the effect of methyl mercury on the development of rat offspring. Methods The male Wistar rats were divided into four groups randomly, each group was administrated methyl mercury by gavage every two days for two months, then, the rats were mated with healthy female rats. The development, growth and behaviors of offspring were investigated. Results Compared with the control, the body weights of offspring in groups of 1.170 mg/kg and 0.580 mg/kg were less and the development was tardy. The indexes that can reflect the level of development showed that the behaviors of offspring in experimental groups were damaged. Conclusion The male rats exposed to methyl mercury may produce an adverse effect on the development, growth and behaviors of their offspring.

Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(07):-
Objective To explore the effect of aluminium on the concentration of intracellular Ca2+ in the hippocampus neurons of postnatal rat. Methods The hippocampus neurons of postnatal rats were primarily cultured and treated with Al3+ at doses of 0,10,100 and 1 000 ?mol/L. Fura-2-AM calcium ions fluorescence indicator was used to determine the concentration of the intracellular Ca2+ when they were cultured for 15 min,30 min and 45 min. Results The concentration of intracellular Ca2+ in the hippocampus neurons increased with the aluminum concentration increased and as the concentration of the aluminium was 1 000 ?mol/L,at the three cultured time points, the concentration of intracellular Ca2+ were (276.2?53.4) nmol/L,(306.5?73.7) nmol/L and (408.8?79.7) nmol/L respectively, significantly higher than the control group(P
3.Otoplasty of slited cartilage to correct flaring ear
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2011;17(1):19-21
Objective To study a new method of correcting flaring ear. Methods Auricular cartilage was slited from posterior auricula. On Gibson's principle of cartilage distortion antero-lateral cartilage membrane was scarified in order of the involute interpolation of anthelix and cartilage membrance was ground. Then the cartilage outside the slited line was put behind the cartilage inside the slited line. Finally, cartilage was operated with Mustarde's mattres suture. Results 12 patients with flaring ear ( 14 ears) were corrected with this operating method and appearance of corrected ears were very good after operation. Following up for 6-18 months, no one recurred. Conclusion Otoplasty of slited cartilage is an effective method of correcting flaring ear.

Chinese Health Economics 2014;(7):79-81
At present, China’s OTC market is developing fast and would become the largest medicine market of the world. Medicine production enterprises explored China’s market one after another. Facing up such fierce competition, it’s an arduous task for inland OTC medicine production enterprises to get market share. It analyzes the necessities and misunderstandings of China’s OTC medicine production enterprises, studies the countermeasures for China’s OTC medicine production enterprises to conduct CIS strategy by analyzing characteristics of OTC medicine and market situation.

0.05).2.5 mg/kg and 5.0 mg/kg avermetine groups can increased the activity of LDH,GS,CK in cerebrum, and decreased the activity of CaN in cerebrum, compared with control group(P0.05).Conclusion Avermectine may cause the toxic effect in rat nervous system through creating the nerve metabolism enzyme activity.

Chinese Journal of Current Advances in General Surgery 2009;0(08):-
Objectives: To investigate the feasibility, safety, indication, and clinical effect of real-time ultrasound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation and surgical resection for adult hepatic haemangioma. Methods: The clinical data of real-time ultrasound- guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation and partial hepatectomy for 79 patients with adult hepatic haemangioma between July, 2005 and June 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The real-time ultra-sound-guided percutaneous radiofrequency ablation was safely carried out in 18 lesions of 11 patients with hepatic haemangioma. The Surgical resections were done for 68 patients. The surgical procedures were safely carried out in all 79 cases of adult hepatic haemangioma. No one died after operations. The average operation time were(67.2?23.2)min and(108.4?26.3)min in percutaneous radiofrequency ablation group(PRFA)and surgical resection group(SR)respectively(P

Drug Evaluation Research 2017;40(2):190-195
Objective To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Zuojin Pill on gastrointestinal system. Methods Through ig giving 0.1% methyl orange solution, the gastric residual rate was calculated, and the effect of Zuojin Pill on gastric emptying in mice was observed.By ig administration of 5% carbon powder, the advance rate of carbon powder was calculated, and the effect of Zuojin Pill on intestinal motility in normal mice and the antagonistic effect on intestinal motility hyperfunction induced by neostigmine were observed.Effect of Zuojin Pill on contraction of isolated guinea pig ileum induced by histamine was observed. After D-xylose solution was ig given to rats, the serum xylose level was determined 1 h later, and the effect of Zuojin Pill on rat intestinal absorption was observed. The anti-diarrhea effect of Zuojin Pill was observed by giving castor oil to mice.At the same time,we have made a comparison between Zuojin Pill and Wuji Pill-berberine,to evaluate the rationalization of Zuojin Pill. Results It was obvious in experimental results that Zuojin Pill had a regulating effect on gastrointestinal system.Zuojin Pill dose-dependently inhibited the gastric emptying.Zuojin Pill demonstrated more effective suppression on the accelerated movement induced by neostigmine, but did not inhibit normal intestinal transit in mice.Zuojin Pill markedly inhibited sperm motility in mice.Zuojin Pill concentration-dependently inhibited the contraction intensity of isolated ileum muscles in guinea pigs induced by histamine.Zuojin Pill markedly inhibited diarrhea induced by castor oil.Compared with Wuji Pill-berberine,the effect of Zuojin Pill on gastrointestinal system was more visible in the same dose. Conclusion Zuojin Pill has obvious regulation effect on the gastrointestinal tract, there are indications that the application of Zuojin Pill to clinic is scientific and reasonable.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote essential drug list into practice.METHODS:Relevant problems on the selection of National Essential Drug List were explored and analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:There are some problems on coordination of safety and effectiveness of drugs, price and the selection of traditional Chinese medicine. The advantage of first choice of essential drugs is not reflected completely.Large or small problems exist in selection process and individual drug verification. There was low credibility of drug evaluation. On the whole, the selection and formulation of essential drug list should be adjusted and improved continuously to guarantee the requirement of public medication.
