1.Platelets and erectile dysfunction.
National Journal of Andrology 2015;21(9):771-774
Platelets, small pieces of cytoplasm with biological activity, split and fall off the megakaryocytes and mature from the bone marrow. After stimulated, platelets produce nitric oxide to inhibit their own activation and aggregation. Pathologically, the injury of endothelial cells activates platelets and changes their functions. The release of inflammatory mediators and cytokines induces and enhances the development and progression of atherosclerosis, and thereby promotes the occurrence of erectile dysfunction. Besides, platelets and their related functional parameters may serve as important indicators in the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction.

2.A Study on Career Decision-making Difficulties Questionnaire for Undergraduate Students
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To develop a cross-culture revision of career decision-making difficulties questionnaire(CDDQ) for undergraduate students. Methods: A total of 330 college students were tested with CDDQ. Results: ①Cronbach ? coefficients ranged from 0.68 to 0.84;②There were significant differences among different students. Conclusion: The psychometric properties of the inventory developed in this study are acceptable. It can be used as the instrument for measurement of undergraduates' career desicion making difficulties, However, revision should be made in accordance with the condition of China.
3.Metabotropic glutamate receptors and related nervous diseases
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(08):-
Excessive release of glutamic acid plays an important role in the occurring and development of many nervous system diseases.Ionotropic glutamate receptors antagonists are shown to have therapeutic effect in animal models, but their clinical application is limited by their effects of blocking the normal excitatory neurotransmission. However, metabotropic glutamate receptors can suppress the release of glutamic via presynaptic mechanisms, which makes them the new targeting points of certain nervous system disease. This paper reviews the recent research progress of mGluRs in nervous diseases both at home and abroad.

The article analyzed the impact of cultural differences factors and non-cultural factors on cross-cultural adaptation of Pakistani medical students from the following aspects:daily habits, language, religion, values,China's laws and regulations, service mode of social life, curriculum setting, universities' management mode, adolescent growth factors, learning methods and learning ability, higher education and primary education teaching methods, difference between traditional and modern Chinese. Some recommendations were given from several aspects, such as enrollment, management, policy formulation and adolescent education.

Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1995;0(02):-
ve Cardiac output is traditional measured by thermodilution technique. Recent advance in catheter technique has allowed continuous monitoring of cardiac output, but it is invasive and expensive. The new transesophageal Doppler echocardiography (HemosonicTM 100) can measure aortic blood flow (ABF) and ABF is closely related to cardiac output (CO) (CO= ABF/70%). The purpose of this study was to compare cardiac output continuously measured with transesophageal Doppler echocardiography and modified Swan-Ganz catheter. Methods Forty ASA II - III patients aged 40-65 yr undergoing elective coronary artery bypass (CAB) were included in this study. Premedication consisted of intramuscular diazepam 10 mg, morphine 10 mg and scopolamine 0.3 mg. Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.08 mg?kg-1, fentanyl 10?g?kg-1 and pipecuronium 0.1 mg?kg-1 and maintained with isoflurane inhalation, continuous infusion of propofol and intermittent boluses of fentanyl, midazolam and pipecuronium. The sensor of transesophageal Doppler echocardiograph (TDEE) was placed in the esophagus at the level of T5-6 vertebra after induction and tracheal intubation. The sensor faced backward toward descending aorta. Swan-Ganz catheter (CCO/Sv()2) was placed via right internal jugular vein. In addition intra-arterial BP, ECG, SpO2, PET CO2 and nasal temperature were monitored. Results Continuous cardiac output measured with TDEE and Swan-Ganz catheter (CCO/SvO2) were highly correlated (R = 0.801, P

Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(7):593-595
ObjectiveTo analyze the relative influential factors of hearing rehabilitation of the deafened children with multichannel cochlear implant. Methods42 prelingually deafened children who accepted multichannel cochlear implant were evaluated with their hearing ability, hearing thresholds and talent level, while their family and usage of the multichannel cochlear were investigated. Results and ConclusionThe result shows that the factors influencing the hearing rehabilitation are the occupations of the parents, income of the family, the time between diagnosing deaf and the operation, the time after the cochlear implant operation and the talent level. The results of the logistic regression show that the deafened children can gain their hearing developing rapidly if they living in a family with high income, their mothers have accepted more education, and they accepted longer time of continuing hearing-aid, etc.

Aim Toinvestigatetheeffectofbencyclo-quidium bromide(BCQB)on mucus MUC5AC expres-sion induced by lipopolysaccharide in cultured human nasalepithelialcells(HNECs).Methods Primary culture of human nasal epithelial cells (HNECs)was randomly divided into control group (C,with no treat-ment),LPS group (LPS,with LPS 1 mg · L-1 added in),BCQB low dose group(BCQBL,with LPS 1 mg· L-1 and BCQB 10 -8 mol·L-1 added in),BCQB mid-dle dose group(BCQBM,with LPS 1 mg·L-1 and BC-QB 10 -7 mol·L-1 added in),BCQB high dose group (BCQBH,with LPS 1 mg·L-1 and BCQB 10 -6 mol· L-1 added in)and ipratropium bromide group(IB,with LPS 1 mg·L-1 and IB 10 -6 mol·L-1 added in).Af-ter incubation at 37 ℃with 5% CO2 for 24 h,the ex-pression of MUC5 AC mRNA was detected with Real-time PCR and the expression of MUC5 AC protein in HNECs was detected with Western blot, while the ex-pression of MUC5 AC protein in supernatant was detec-tedwithELISAineachgroup.Results Ascompared with control group, the expression of MUC5 AC mRNA and protein increased significantly in LPS group (each P<0. 01 ).As compared with LPS group, the expres-sion of MUC5 AC mRNA and protein decreased signifi-cantly in each group of BCQB(P<0. 01,P<0. 05), and there was no statistical difference between BCQB high dose group and control group (each P>0. 05 ). Conclusion Bencycloquidiumbromidecansuppress MUC5 AC expression induced by LPS in cultured hu-man nasal epithelial cells, indicating that BCQB may be a new drug for nasal mucous hypersecretion diseases.
