1.Startup flow of nurse workstation
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(03):-
Nurse workstation, a typical client program of "No.1 Military" project, is trailed and speculated with Oracle tools such as TOAD, and then the general startup flow mode for "No.1 Military" project can be determined, which is instructive for its maintenance and programming.

A male patient with hypopharyngeal cancer accepted operation under general anesthesia. Sixth day after surgery in patient with sudden chest pain and obvious difficulty in breathing. Blood oxygen saturation of 90%. The electrocardiogram showed: ST-T change,Tv6 flat;blood gas analysis: pH 7. 491, PCO2 34. 1 mmHg, PO2 54. 7 mmHg; D-Dimer 3. 87 mg/L; white blood cell 17. 50 × 10(9)/L. CTPA showed: right pulmonary artery embolism, pulmonary infection. Another male patient with the right tonsil cancer accepted operation under general anesthesia. Fourth day of patient suddenly appear bosom frowsty and obvious difficulty in breathing. Blood oxygen sat- uration of 88%. Blood gas analysis: pH: 7. 48, PCO2 : 33 mmHg, PO2 : 57 mmHg; D-Dimer: 2. 97 mg/L; white blood cell:11. 80 × 10(9)/L. CTPA showed: the main pulmonary artery and right pulmonary artery branch embolism, pulmonary inflammation. Both were diagnosised as acute pulmonary embolism and recovered well after giving anticoagulant therapy in time.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote essential drug list into practice.METHODS:Relevant problems on the selection of National Essential Drug List were explored and analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:There are some problems on coordination of safety and effectiveness of drugs, price and the selection of traditional Chinese medicine. The advantage of first choice of essential drugs is not reflected completely.Large or small problems exist in selection process and individual drug verification. There was low credibility of drug evaluation. On the whole, the selection and formulation of essential drug list should be adjusted and improved continuously to guarantee the requirement of public medication.

China Pharmacy 2007;0(28):-
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the problems of TCM injection included in Primary Medical Institutions Parts of National Essential Drugs List(2009 edition).METHODS:Danshen injection was taken as an example. The chemical composition of it (including water-soluble ingredients,fat-soluble components, other types of compounds, inorganic elements, proteins, tannins, polysaccharides, volatile oil),adverse reactions and quality standards were analyzed to investigate the problems of TCM injection included in Primary Medical Institutions Parts of National Essential Drugs List(2009 edition).RESULTS & CONCLUSION:Complex chemical composition of TCM injection and poor controlled quality standards require the further study.Because the safety of TCM injection is difficult to be guaranteed,it is necessary that reevaluation, research, consolidation of TCM injection.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(07):-
Objective: To study the characteristics of negative physical self of adolescents from Han, Tibet and Yi nationalities. Methods: 990 adolescents from Han (n=455), Tibet (n=345) and Yi (n=190) nationalities were assessed with Negative Physical Self Scale. Results:Generally, adolescents from the three nationalities were satisfied to their own body (average score 1.34?0.37), and there was no interaction between race and sex.The main effect of the race was significant in the total negative physical self and four sub-dimensions (general feature, appearance, fat, thinness). With their negative physical self, appearance and thinness, the Yi were significantly more dissatisfied than those from Han and Tibet nationalities (Yi:1.42?0.03,1.58?0.06,1.05?0.05; Han:1.26?0.02,1.23?0.04,0.89?0.03; Tibet: 1.26?0.03,1.15?0.05,0.88?0.04, P
7. Interaction between curcumin and bovine serum albumin by fluorescence
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2011;42(9):1715-1718
Objective: To study the mechanism of interation between curcumin (CU) and bovine serum albumin (BSA). Methods: The style of quenching was investigated by changing the reaction temperature. The number and constant of binding sites of CU to BSA were calculated. Results: Static quenching was the main reason that caused the quenching of BSA fluorescence. The apparent combining constants (K0) were 5.26 × 106 at 21°C and 4.60 × 106 at 31°C, and the number of binding sites (n) was 1.35. By calculating the thermodynamic parameters, it can be deduced that hydrophobic force is the main binding force between CU and BSA. Conclusion: Fluorometric analysis is a good method for the study on CU-BSA binding reaction. It has the advantages of high speed and high sensitivity.

Chinese Journal of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation 2013;(2):144-148
Objective To investigate the relationship between cognitive function and emotional status in functional constipation patients. Methods Thirty-five functional constipation patients (the functional constipation group) and 24 healthy controls (the HCs) were enrolled in an event-related potential (ERP),behavior and electroeneephalogram study while performing an oddball auditory task.Response time, accuracy, latency and P300 amplitude were compared between the two groups. The Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD-17),Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA),symptom check list-90 (SCL-90) and Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) were administered prior to the oddball task. Results The average HAMD-17,HAM A and SCL-90 (the somatization,obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety and psychosis dimensions) scores of the functional constipation group differed significantly from those of the HCs.The intro-extraversion and neurosis dimensions of the EPQ were also significantly different. There was no significant difference in response time or latency between the two groups. The ERP results showed that the P300 amplitudes at the F3 and F7 sites were significantly different between the functional constipation group and the HCs.But there was no significant difference in P300 latencies at F3 or F7 between the two groups. Conclusions The findings suggest that patients with functional constipation are more susceptible to depression and anxiety,as well as somatization,obsessive-compulsive tendencies and other neurotic personality characteristics.Patients may employ psychological defense mechanisms to avoid the depression and anxiety. The ERP results imply there may be the implicit cognitive dysfunction with emotion in patients with functional constipation.
