Pancreatic cancer is a common disease with a poor prognosis. Despite recent advance in the field of diagnos-tic technique, surgical resection and adjuvant therapy for pan-creatic cancer, the overall 5-year survival rate is still less than 5%. This is due to its aggressive growth behavior, early local invasion and metastasis, and resistance to chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Surgical treatment is still regard as the only chance for curing pancreatic cancer. Many new strategies in the surgical treatment of pancreatic cancer, including extended lymphadeneetomy, vascular resection, the use of laparoscopy, surgery for metastastic or recurrent disease, and neoadjuvant therapy, are currently under debate. In this review, we discuss the current status of surgical treatment for pancreatic cancer, and highlight the controversies and focus.

Objective To observe the effects of a-eating stroke constipation with ZengYeChengQi Decoction (ZYCQD) and BuYangHuanWu Decoction(BYHWD). Methods 86 cases of stroke constipation were recruited to receive ZengYeChengQi Decoction (ZYCQD) and BuYangHuanWu Decoction (BYHWD) orally for one therapeutic course, and observe the therapeutic effects. Results Among 86 cases, 65 cases were totally recovery, 16 cases had obvious improvement, and 5 cases were inefficacy. The total effective rate was 94.19%. Conclusion Oral ZengYeChengQi Decoction (ZYCQD) and BuYangHuanWu Decoction (BYHWD) can improve constipation symptom score and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.

Aim The effect of capsule bushenyanshou (BSYS), a compound of traditional Chinesemedicine, on the immunopharmacological activities of mice was investigated. MethodsThe indexes of immunopharmacological activity, such as the clearance rate of charcoalparticles, the lymphocyte transformation and the content of serum hemolysin, were mea-sured. Results Capsule BSYS (400, 800 mg?kg-1, qd ? 12) markedly increased theclearance rate of iv charcoal particles and 1he lymphocyte transformation stimulated invivo by PHA in mice. In hydrocortisone -treated mice(15 mg? kg-1, sc, qd ? 5), capsuleBSYS significantly enhanced the content of serum hemolysin and the weights of spleenand thymus. The results also demonstrated capsule BSYS performed a sighted inhibition ofthe delayed type hypersensitivity in mice. Conclusion Capsule BSYS has the capacity ofimmunological intensification and regulation.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effects and safety of Hedan tablets on the levels of blood lipid,inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM2). METHODS:A total of 118 pa-tients diagnosed as CHD with DM2 were collected from our hospital during Jul. 2013-Nov. 2015,and then divided into observation group(63 cases)and control group(55 cases)according to random number table. Control group received conventional treatment such as controlling blood glucose,regulating blood lipid,vasodilator,anticoagulant. Observation group additionally received He-dan tablets 1.46 g before meal,tid,on the basis of control group. Both groups received treatment for 6 months. The levels of blood lipid (TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),serum inflammatory factors (TNF-α ,IL-10,IL-6,hs-CRP) and oxidative stress indexes (MDA,SOD,NO)before and after treatment as well as the occurrence of ADR were compared in 2 groups. RESULTS:Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in levels of blood lipid,serum inflammatory factors or oxidative stress indexes be-tween 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment,the serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP and MDA in 2 groups were decreased significantly,while those of IL-10,SOD and NO were increased significantly;the observation group was signifi-cantly better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Hedan tablets can effectively improve the level of blood lipid,reduce the lev-el of inflammatory factors,relieve inflammatory injury,reduce the level of oxygen free radical,strengthen antioxidant capacity and lighten oxidative stress injury with good safety.

AIM　To study the effect of 18α-glycyrrhizic acid (18α-GL) on hepatic microsomal drug metabolizing enzymes in rats. METHODS　18α-GL (12.5, 50.0 mg*kg-1*d-1) were given ip to male Wistar rats for 3, 6 or 12 consecutive days. The rats were sacrificed 24 h after the last dose and the liver microsomes were prepared for analysis of cytochrome P450 (CYP) isozymes and phase II transferase activites. RESULTS Aniline hydroxylase (CYP2E1) activities in the rats treated with 18α-GL (12.5, 50.0 mg*kg-1) for 6 days decreased dose-dependently by up to 53.2%; For 3, 6 or 12 days 7-ethoxyresorufin O-deethylase (CYP1A1) activities in the rats of 50 mg*kg-1 dose group decreased time-dependently by 17.6%, 38.3% and 47.3%, respectively; Erythromycin N-demethylase (CYP3A) activities was significantly inhibited from 23.1% to 34.3%. UDP-glucuronosyltransferase activities toward 7-hydroxy-4-methylcoumarin significantly increased ranging from 19.3% to 29.9%. UDP-glucuronosyltransferase activities toward 4-phenylphenol in the rats treated with 18α-GL (12.5, 50.0 mg*kg-1) for 6 days increased by 45.9% and 70.3%. Glutathione S-transferase (GST) activities in the rats treated with 18α-GL (12.5，50.0 mg*kg-1) for 6 days increased by 13.7% and 48.3% in dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION　18α-GL inhibited rat liver microsomal cytochrome P450 while induced phase II transferase.

Objective To study the dose distribution of the radioactive 125Ⅰ seeds sources in the treatment of prostate cancer and also to explore the more effective method for improving treatment planning system (TPS).Methods Choose the designated TPS and use TLDs dosimeter based on a prostate cancer model.Finally stimulated measurement was focused on dose distribution in prostate cancer.The number of 125Ⅰ seed sources implanted was 89, each with 1.37 × 107 ( ± 5% ) Bq.Results Maximum dose of every layer ranged from 151 to 241 Gy, by 4.1% to 66.0% higher than the prescribed dose (145 Gy).The Minimum dose of every layer ranged from 101 to 128 Gy, by 12% to 30% higher than the prescribed dose.The maximum dose of normal tissue at 10 mm from the edge of model ranged from 46 to 91 Gy.The deviation was 44% -63% compared with the prescribed dose.Conclusions The designated TPS shows that it could be used as a practical guide for treatment of prostate cancer with the radioactive 125Ⅰ seed sources.The research methods offered by the study can provide evaluation of the TPS.

Objective To compare the clinical application value of the real-time fluorescence PCR method and flow cytometry method for detecting human leukocyte antigen B27(HLA-B27).Methods Blood HLA-B27 level in 225 patients with suspected ankylosing spondylitis was detected by using real-time fluorescence PCR method and flow cytometry method.The detection results were compared and analyzed between the two methods.Results The results of 95.1% sample were identical detected by two methods without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Taken the results of flow cytometry as reference, the sensitivity of real-time fluorescence PCR for detecting HLA-B27 was 94%, the specificity was 96%.Gene sequencing was performed if results of a sample detected by two methods were different, which was identical with the result detected by real-time fluorescence PCR.Conclusion Both methods for detecting HLA-B27 all have high sensitivity and specificity.Real-time fluorescence PCR method is more superior to the flow cytometry method in the results accuracy.

Objective To explore the value of imaging diagnosis of nerve-root-type cervical spondylosis(NRTCS)and to study the relative factors to the nerve root disturbance.Methods 188 cases of NRTCS clinically proved and with complete imaging data were retrospectively analyzed.The imaging characteristics of CR,CT and MRI of NRTCS were compared and the relative factors to the nerve root disturbance were analyzed in combination with the clinical characteristics.Results ①CR films in six-position could show the whole expression of the cervical spine.The anterior-posterior and functional position CR showed the physiological curvature change in 122(64.9%),narrowing of intervertebral space in 96(51.2%)and vertebral-body unstability or slide in 49(26.1%).The oblique CR showed the intervertebral-foramen lessening or narrowing in(26.1%)and Luschka-or intervertebral-joint osteophyte in 82(43.2%);②CT scans showed Luschka-or intervertebral-joint osteophyte in 76(40.4%),disc herniation and calcification of cartilage nodus in 80(42.6%)and hypertrophy or calcification of ligamenlum flavum in 66(39.8%);③MRI showed intervertebral-disk degeneration and protrusion in 105(55.8%),hypertrophy or calcification of ligamentum flavum in 51(27.1%),the nerve root and spinal cord compressed in 69(36.7%)and edema or degeneration of spinal cord in 23(12.2%).Conclusion The nerve root disturbance is closely correlated with the imaging appearances in NRTCS.It is of importance in early diagnosis and treatment for NRTCS to analyse synthetically the imaging data and clinical characteristics.

Objective To provide clinical experience in treatment of cook′s fungus infection of evidence‐based medical evidence , separation of medical environment of cook′s bacteria identification and antimicrobial susceptibility test .Methods Collected in the hospital infection of hygiene monitoring ,collection and medical staff hands ,skin and mucous membrane ,air and object surface sam‐ples from 86 strains of cook ,application ATB Expression semi‐automatic bacteria identification of susceptibility analyzer supporting article try ID32 Staph identification and drug susceptibility test Staph 5 ,strain identification and drug sensitive test .Results 86 strains bacteria identification cook 62 strains bacteria ,mutation detection rose cook bacteria strains of 16 ,cook eight strains of bac‐teria .Cook bacterium of norfloxacin(16 .3% ) ,and with nitrofurantoin low because of the sensitive rate(20 .9% ) ,of erythromycin (69 .3% ) and gentamycin(67 .4% ) ,the sensitive rate at nearly 70 .0% ,sensitivity to penicillin and other 12 kinds of antimicrobial a‐gents more than 80 .0% ,even 100 .0% .Conclusion Cook for most still sensitive ,clinicians and microorganism inspection personnel should strengthen the cook .
